Legg gelatinplatene i kaldt vann. Kok opp vannet, ha i gelèn og rør til sukkeret er løsnet. Ha i gelatinplatene. Dekk en form 20 x 30 cm med bakepapir og hell røren over - det skal bli et tynt lag. Sett kaldt til det har stivnet (2 - 3 timer). &lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Ha sukker og sirup i en kasserolle, tøm over resten av 
vannet (1 1/4 dl). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Varm forsiktig opp 
til sukkeret har løst seg opp, så kan du skru opp varmen slik at det 
koker. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;La dette koke til sukkertermometeret viser 130 C 
(det er ok om det går opp til 140, men temperaturen bør ikke være under 130 
C)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Pisk gelatinblandingen litt i bollen først, 
deretter kan du begynne å tømme i sukkersirupen, litt om gangen mens vispene 
går. (Pass på at du tømmer ned langs innsiden av bollen, dersom sirupen treffer 
vispene kan den lage tråd-lignende sukkerkrystaller, og det vil man ikke ha i 
marshmallowsene.) &lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Når all sirupen er tømt inn, 
fortsett å visp &lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;helt til blandingen er blitt tykk og fin. Du 
vet at den er ferdig når den oppfører seg litt som myk tyggegummi. Jeg hadde 
også oppi noen dråper rød konditorfarge siden jeg ville ha lyserosa 
marshmallows, men det gjør du som du vil med.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Hell over i den foliekledde og smurte formen, 
stryk blandingen litt utover med en slikkepott som du også har smurt litt med 
olje. &lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;Legg også et stykke plastfolie 
over overflaten, men husk å smøre også dette godt med olje!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

store eller små biter du vil. Husk å smør kniven din med litt olje, ellers får

Smelt sjokolade over vannbad, her har jeg brukt dronning kokesjokolade. Ha i litt delfiafett (til 100 gram sjokolade trenger du 1 ss delfiafett) Smør litt sjokolade i former, la det stivne, fyll sjokoladen med ønsket fyll. Her har jeg brukt smeltet smilsjokolade (ville hatt sausen men den fant jeg ikke i butikken), knust oreokjeks, daimkuler og nonstop. Fyll deretter på med mer smeltet sjokolade og sett formene kaldt til de er stivnet. Jeg har laget julekalender til min søster. Var i skogen og fant en pinne, pyntet den med sølvfarget julebånd. Kjøpte gud jul-bånd på søstrene grene og festet pakkene i båndet til pinnen. Kjøpte to ulike størrelser på pakkeeskene da to gaver ble litt større fordi hun har bursdag den ene dagen og får litt mer på julaften. &lt;li&gt;200 g sukker&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50 g fersk gjær &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 egg&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6 dl melk, lunken&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 g smør, romtemperert og i biter&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;malt kanel, sukker og smeltet smør til fyll&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;Bruk en kjøkkenmaskin med eltekrok. Ha mel, kardemomme og sukker i miksebollen. Smuldre gjæren mellom fingrene og bland i melet. Ha i egget og start maskinen. Hell melken i en tynn stråle mens maskinen går på lav hastighet. Når all melken er i, økes hastigheten. Elt deigen til den er smidig, ca. 10 minutter. Ha i smøret og kjør til alt smøret er godt blandet inn og deigen er glatt og smidig, ca. 10 minutter. Dekk bollen til med plast og la deigen heve i 1 time og 30 minutter.&lt;br /&gt;
Ha deigen ut på et&amp;nbsp;oljet bord og kjevle ut et rektangel, ca. 1,5 cm tykt. Pensle på et lag med smeltet smør og strø på sukker og kanel. Fold den ene langsiden inn mot midten og den andre over slik at du har brettet deigen i tre lag på langs. Del deigen i strimler på tvers, ca. 2-3 cm brede, tvinn dem og knyt dem i en knute. Legg kanelsnurrene over på en stekeplate dekket med bakepapir og la dem etterheve i ca. 30 minutter. Stek midt i ovnen på 220 grader i 10-15 minutter.&lt;br /&gt;
