The state government has announced a scholarship scheme for the students of Gujarat. Gyan Sadhana Scholarship has been announced for the bright stars of the state. This new scholarship scheme will be beneficial to make the student's education more effective. The implementation of this scheme will start from the academic year 2023-24.

Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Eligibility

Gyan Sadhana Scholarship 2023: In this scholarship scheme, students will be selected for the scholarship through examination. For which the following eligible students can fill the form.

Have passed class 8 after studying class 1 to 8 consecutively in a government or grant-aided primary school.

OR Have studied up to 8th standard after getting admission in class 1st under RTE ADMISSION scheme.

Exam Fees of Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme

There is no examination fee of any kind for filling the form for the examination for this Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme.

Structure of the test of Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme

Selection of students in Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme will be done through examination. In which the structure of the test will be as follows.

The question paper of this test will be of 120 marks and the time will be 150 minutes.

The question paper of the test will be in Gujarati/English language.

A student can take the exam in Gujarati or English as the medium of their choice.

SAT Intellectual Aptitude Test :- 80 questions, 80 marks

Scholarship Amount of Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme

Under this Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme, the student is eligible for the following scholarships.

9th and 10th Annual Rs. 20000 scholarship is available.

11th and 12th Annual Rs. 25000 scholarship is available.

Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Selection Process

The selection process of students for this Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme is as follows.

First of all the student has to fill the form for this Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme exam.

Then the provisional selection list will be declared based on the cut merit through the test.

Then the documents are verified at the district level.

Then the final merit list and selection list are released.

Online Application Process of Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme

To fill the online form for Gyan Sadhana Scholarship, the following procedure has to be done.

First of all one has to go to the official website of the State Examination Board https://www.sebexam.org/.

Click on Apply Online in it.

Select Gyan Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Test in it.

After that, entering the student's Adhar UDI number in the opened form, the required information of the student will be available.

Then submit the other requested information and upload the student's photo and signature.

Finally check your form and confirm.

Take a print out of this form.

Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme To avail this scheme, students have to appear for the examination and based on the merit, the scholarship will be awarded.

Let us tell you that in the 'Gyan Sadhana Scholarship Scheme' announced by the state government, 25,000 bright students will be given scholarships every year. While the std. 20,000 rupees per annum during studies from 9th to 10th. Thus the standard. A scholarship of 25000 will be given annually during the course from 11th to 12th. Apart from this, the students of class 1 to 8 will also get the benefit of the scholarship scheme.

25,000 scholarship per year will be given to the bright students included in this scheme and ₹ 20,000 per annum during the course of class 9 to 10 and ₹ 25000 per year during the course from class 11 to 12. The scholarship amount will be deposited directly in the bank account through DBT and it is necessary to study consecutively in government or aided school in class 1 to 8. Every year 25,000 new bright students are selected and they are given Rs. 20,000 and during studies from class-11 to 12 Rs. 25,000 scholarship will be given.

It may be mentioned here that the Gujarat government has also come up with a new scholarship for students taking admission under the Right to Education Act 2009 (RTE). Gujarat government has decided that special category students will be given 20 thousand rupees every year. In its annual budget for Gujarat 2023-24, the government has made a provision of Rs 50 crore to provide Rs 20,000 to students admitted under the Right to Education Act 2009 (RTE). The state education department will conduct a competitive examination for class VIII students and the top scorers will be awarded Rs. 20,000 voucher so that they can pursue further education in a private school.
