Godaddy.com provides domain forwarding. &lt;p&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Register dsofile.dll.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Needed Office 2003 even though 2007 was already installed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Needed to install the old ASP.NET AJAX Extensions 1.0:&lt;/p&gt;
