Paranoia vs Hypervigilance

Paranoia

paranoia tends to endure and to not get better of its own accord

the paranoiac will not admit to feeling paranoid, as they cannot see their paranoia

sometimes responds to drug treatment

the paranoiac often has delusions of grandeur; the delusional aspects of paranoia feature in other forms of paranoia is a form of mental illness; the cause is thought to be internal, eg - a minor variation in the balance of brain chemistry

mental illness, such as schizophrenia

the paranoiac is convinced of their self-importance

paranoia is often seen in conjunction with other symptoms of mental illness, but not in conjunction with symptoms of PTSD

the paranoiac is convinced of their plausibility

the paranoiac feels persecuted by a person or persons unknown (eg "they're out to get me"), sense of persecution

the sense of persecution felt by the paranoiac is a delusion, for usually no-one is out to get them

the paranoiac is on constant alert because they know someone is out to get them

the paranoiac is certain of their belief and their behaviour and expects others to share that certainty

Hypervigilance

is a response to an external event (violence, accident, disaster, violation, intrusion, bullying, etc) and therefore an injury

wears off (gets better), albeit slowly, when the person is out of and away from the situation which was the cause

the hypervigilant person is acutely aware of their hypervigilance, and will easily articulate their fear, albeit using the incorrect but popularised word "paranoia"

drugs are not viewed favourably by hypervigilant people, except in extreme circumstances, and then only briefly; often drugs have no effect, or can make things worse, sometimes interfering with the body's own healing process

the hypervigilant person often has a diminished sense of self-worth, sometimes dramatically so

the hypervigilant person is often convinced of their worthlessness and will often deny their value to others

hypervigilance is seen in conjunction with other symptoms of PTSD, but not in conjunction with symptoms of mental illness

the hypervigilant person is aware of how implausible their experience sounds and often doesn't want to believe it themselves (disbelief and denial)

the hypervigilant person is hypersensitized but is often aware of the inappropriateness of their heightened sensitivity, and can identify the person responsible for their psychiatric injury

heightened sense of vulnerability to victimisation

the hypervigilant person's sense of threat is well-founded, the hypervigilant person often cannot (and refuses to) see that the pathological is doing everything possible to get rid of them

the hypervigilant person is on alert in case there is danger

the hypervigilant person cannot bring themselves to believe that the pathological bully cannot and will not see the effect their behaviour is having; they cling naively to the mistaken belief that the pathological will recognise their wrongdoing and apologise

In the past decade, the use of the Internet as a forum for communication has exponentially increased, and research indicates that excessive use is associated with psychiatric symptoms. The present study examined the rate of Internet use in adolescents with personality disorders, with a focus on schizotypal personality disorder (SPD), which is characterized by marked interpersonal deficits. Because the Internet provides an easily accessible forum for anonymous social interaction and constitutes an environment where communication is less likely to be hampered by interpersonal deficits, it was hypothesized that SPD youth will spend significantly more time engaging in social activities on the Internet than controls.

For every day that goes it feels as if I get less and less motivated to put out any information at all on the internet. That is just the way it is. Doesnt feel productive, good or even meaningful anymore. I guess I am leaving this internet culture due to things that are going on in my life. For good or bad. Or should I say things that are changing in my life.

Today I have been taking it easy, feeding my rabbits and taking my daughter to the emergency to fix a earring.

Being outside of the system totally is strange in itself. Suddenly I dont feel the strane of the welfare systems demands on me but at the same time in a sense I am obvioulsy in between worlds. It is as if I was put in limbo. I saw a movie once with a wizard who was in Limbo and managed to make something good of it. Because other people were dropping into limbo to and he took advantage of them. Stole their powers.

Anyway, that was just a TV serious, I think it was called the witches or something.

I myself am also sometimes a bit sad but nowadays I can handle that myself. Life is slow and mostly rabbits. I will have to slaughter them eventually unless I get money. But I dont feel like doing it in advance. Especially since summer is coming and I will be able to get food for them from the field. These rabbits are populating themselves faster than humanity. Doesnt feel nice to kill a rabbit. And nowadays I prefer vegetarian food because I dont move around so much.

But it is in swedish. Kind of boring though with all these labels. They all try to fit you into the system and you find out in the end that it was at your own expense. Some people seem to not be wanted in this system. I seem to be one of them. Sometimes I think that if people dont want me in this system, then why should I try to fit in. Why should I make an effort to function in a system that doesnt want me anyway. So I stopped trying to fit in. And here I am.

Yesterday I discovered that my unemployment program has already been cancelled. Which means that I have no income from the fifteenth of april. I basically am outside of the system of support. So I decided to see if the state insurance would finance some sick money from me since I have low energy. We will see what happens.

I am doing another post today. This day is just another day in the new world order I guess. People are mostly tied up by their economic situation in some way or other or busy trying to find amusements between their working hours. Yes some people who have money are actually bored, trying to make it by other means than financially. They actually try to not get too bored with their life.

Some people who have a good salary and have had it for some time. Their main problem in life is boredom. They have a working relation with their employer and they have enough money to buy whatever they really need but life is empty in some way, they are looking for something to amuse them, something to stop them from feeling the boredom.

Terrible isnt it that we have this stuff in life nowadays. People who go through life bored, looking for something fun, often in an irresponsible manner, unwilling to really help. But in todays society which is so corrupted and based on false values, luxury, sex, narsissism and sometimes even luciferian and satanic influences. In this society nothing really amazes you anymore and so people become bored.

Their soul meets its death in this boredom. It petrifies and dies, unable to experience anything.

Today is another day in this world. People running like rats in a rat raze, running from ghosts and racial hygenists that they cannot really see but expect in the shadows to emerge as soon as they stop working. People who never feel safe. Why try to make someone safe if they arent feeling safe ever. Why try to make someone happy if they arent happy ever. Why try to make someone free, if they never feel truly free. Why try to help people if they take you for granted. Why try to help this system, if it enslaves you. Why bother about any of these memes on the internet if it doesnt ever help you personally in any lasting substancial way.

These are questions you should ask yourself before you dive deeply into the matter.

My site, matterik.com, was down yesterday, but it is up and running again today.

Well what can I say today. I can say that people dont understand how deeply they already are connected to the matrix. They dont understand the power of behaviour theory and continous perpetual behaviour control and social engineering in a system. They dont understand how even their own thought processes can be created and manipulated by the state and the authorities that intervine and give them their salary. Because everyone wants money so that their own little personal life can be maintained.

So people dont understand the true extent to which social engineering and programming affects their lives. From birth they are affected and maybe intelllectually they can deprogram themselves from some of this, but you see we are all animals to some extent and we are all to some extent the result of our experiences and love etc. Love creates footprints on consciousness and if you can control, and socially engineer people from birth, if you can control he who rocks the cradle etc, you see there is no end to the amount of confusion (babel) that you can create in the minds of the moulded masses who are forced into servitude by the monetary system, whether they live on the state or on a private entity.

Today it is repair time for the car or else I lose the right to drive it in May. So it is not kind of by choice. Apart from that I am dwelling on the fact that the unemployment office basically seems to have come to the conclusion that I dont have a work function except possibly lifting. So they designated me for lifting work and I refused so now I am eternally unemployed, well not just unemployed but also outside of the system, that is I am not even going to be registered as unemployed or sick or whatever. Just non existant.

I am again writing a bit on this sunny day. Thinking about things and wondering where I am heading. Yesterday I took a walk in the forest. It was lovely. You can listen to my podcast that i did during that walk. It is available via matterik.com and is called "Matteriks Podcast 20100417".

Anyway today I am going to let my daughter buy a little bag that she wants at a second hand place. Apart from that I have nothing planned except buying some milk maybe. Taking it easy is what creation wanted us to do. I have also been reading in a masonic lexicon from the mid 1800s. Kind of nice. I like the idea of old masonic rules that are not allowed to be changed. I am not a mason though but it is interesting to read about this stuff.

Anyway I have also today been posting one post at outlaw forum.

Personally I am sitting here, mainly as I said enjoying reading the masonic book. Now and then, eating wheat free porridge and drinking tea.

Yes I am writing a bit again. I know that it is appreciated by some people. Those who dont like it might as well turn away from me instead of complaining. At the moment I am unemployed and living a pretty calm life. I like that though because I have low energy but sometimes it becomes a bi wierd in the sense that I dont really have any work to go to or any clear thing to do every day. But due to my low energy level it is what I have ended up doing.

Life goes on and some people who I used to know complain to me about who I am. This I think is pretty immature. Maybe they should look into themselves instead and realize that there might be something wrong with them if they complain to me. Some people just chose to be immature instead of responsible. And here I dont think responsibility necessary means working. There is a responsibility to your soul that you have to take also. At least it can be beneficial to your soul if you take it.

It is often a difficult jouney to take but it is worth it. The right road is narrow and not straight but it is the right road. Travel it rather than taking the broad road that the masses go. The broad road is a road where you have to sacrifice your soul often as a price for going on living. You chose by yourself which road you take by the very step you take in your life. A step is enough in the right direction to begin a positive journey.

Some people dont realize that they are only a step away from taking the right road in life. This system is not made for everyone in it. It will try to force a round plug down a squared whole. That is the nature of this system. Dont believe it is divine and the only right way to travel, that could cost you your soul. It wont cost you your life but it will cost you your soul. This is the scary thing about this world that it is not easily understood by normal means. Only intuition and wisdom can be used successfully to guide you through the mess.

Some people attack me because I am different and because they blame me for their difficulties. It can be tiring to realize that you cannot bring anyone else with you on your journey. Only yourself. The others will leave you and as they do they will sometimes harazz you and sometimes oustrocize you. They hate you because of that you take the road that they dont take from a personal level.

Dont be discourage because of their hate. Instead learn to see things from the perspective of he who travels on the narrow path.Wisdom and knowledge and intuition is your strenght and your tools in life. Us it on the narrow path. You are now travelling on a path that others didnt dare to take or couldnt found. They were afraid of getting lost in the wildness so they chose the road of the many, the big road. You chose your own narrow road. I can tell you that it will be a more rewarding experience to go on your road, even if it is tought at times. There is no simple remedy for surviving on the narrow path, that is what makes it difficult. but it is not meant to be easy to live. Life is supposed to be a responsible thing, a responsible thing towards your soul. Travel with dignity towards your own soul.

Hello again. Just want to say that there are a lot of control freaks out there on the internet who want to control you and tell you who you are and label you good or bad or put some other label on you. These people have failed to grasp some basics on humanity, they lack certain kinds of wisdom about the complete truth about human nature that makes them victims of life rather than livers in life.

They lack a complete understanding of humanity, this makes them label others as faulty just because they are not the same as them. Some are narrow minded, unable to grasp the possibility that others are alive even though they are not the same.

It is an inner nature of their mind to not be able to grasp and see certain things. Dangerous in a sense, very dangerous. But also they can have certain other abilities or twists on things that can be interesting to be aware of. Mostly though what I have found is that these people are not helpful to you and their lack is to dominant for them to be of any value.

Only through a complete understanding of yourself and the universe can you get passed these narrow minded half blind people. It is not a bad joke to use the half blind symbol to personify these people since in a sense they are just that, half blind. Dont trust them for thruth and dont expect to be able to have a fruitful discussion with them ever. They are stuck in their own world unable to relate to others.

So here I am living my little secluded life, looking out on the world, or on the sticky net called the web that catches you and keeps you stuck until it is time for the big spider to eat you, or what ? No I am not planning to get eaten by any spider. The google spider comes by now and then to check what is in the net. That is how dead this little, or should I say vast net is. Dead, no life in it, only technology, centralized controlled, datamining the masses, the new conciousness is nothing more than a control structure designed with the precision of television and mind control for the masses to find their eternal peace in. What a joke for anyone with a functioning brain.
