New Host

Well, if there is one thing I have learnt it’s that I need a new host. Streamline just seems to grind to a halt when you use a database driven site. I’ll be sorting that out once I have finished coding the whole site, this host will do for testing.

Georgina Giles has her exhibition up now and her posters are out and about so feel free to pop along to the private view next week if you want to see some amazing Cyanotypes.

Art on the Pier

It’s Art on the Pier in Southsea over the next few days, just getting the last few pieces together and it should be a fun weekend! I’ll be selling a triptych of Cyanotype diptych prints, along with a selection of other photographic prints. George has an array of Monsters, Buttons and even Gingerbread men!

On a website note: Ignore the dodgy footer on single post pages, I’ve not coded the sticky footer yet. I’ve also to format the links in the text.

I have the blog page all coded up and ready for the WordPress tags. I’m just working on the other pages now. I guess I should note that I have yet to implement @font-face so the fonts are not yet correct.

There have been a few layout tweaks here and there but it’s pretty much the same.

I’ll get there soon enough, just some night shifts to deal with first of all.
