Many months in the making the time has come for Lee Burridge and Matthew Dekay to cast off into the sometimes murky waters of label ownership on their beautifully crafted and elegantly named vessel, “All Day I Dream.” A label with it’s sound weaving in and out of the beautiful : “The melancholic and the pretty area of house music but with a wiggle”.

The label’s sound parallels a daytime party that’s about to beguile the world’s sunny Sunday afternoons. Having already received an overwhelming response to the first three rooftop parties in New York, we wait in breathy anticipation to see where it will take us. Unfortunately due to European touring commitments Matthew has been unable to join Lee playing thus far, but will be taking to the stage by his side for the final party in September, which will coincide with the launch of the label.

All Day I Dream 001 is a glittering and glowing double-header that finds Barcelona based Audiofly sharing the stage with the label chiefs themselves. Luca Saporito and Anthony Middleton have, over the last 3 years, set about building their own musical empire. With their tireless touring and release schedule the boys are the driving force behind their own label Supernature and it’s accompanying booking agency of the same name. Their series of ‘Flying Circus’ parties sees them hosting events across the globe.

“Sunrise BCN” finds them combining beautifully wistful and breathy vocal splashes of a lonesome female with an authoritative spoken male vocal. Both hover seductively over the combination of wooden percussion, a melodic glockenspiel line and the weird organ that arrives in the drop. As with all great stories they save the best for last when everything eventually bows to the scene-stealing baseline. Fantastico!

Matthew and Lee’s first delivery for the label oozes beauty. With an incredible combined knowledge of the dance floor and shared love of melody, it really is no surprise of the level of quality found on this release. “Gemini Spell”’s warm funky bassline brings the magic while a glassy melody delights on top of eerie strings and crow squawks all evoking dream like images of the distant dawn approaching.

Already melting hearts at the “All Day I Dream” events it dares you not to fall in love.

Each vinyl release will be complimented with the same beautiful artwork used at the parties. A single unique cloud in a gorgeous blue sky.

Release date end of September on vinyl.

In between this busy summer Matthew and Lee somehow managed to find two free weeks in July between gigs to have fun in Matthew’s Berlin studio and also get down to business with some new food for the soul, written and ready for release in the upcoming months.

A follow up to the Matthew Dekay and Lee Burridge Cecille Records smash ‘Wongel’, one of 2010’s most charted tracks on Resident Advisor, comes the new single ‘Out of Order’.

This long awaited release with it’s appegiator driven bass line, the Dekay and Burridge signature shuffle combined with a main organ riff remenicant of the classic Jaydee track “Plastic Dreams”, in addition to the likes of Marco Carola supporting it from the pre master stage, this track is destined to be a dancefloor destroyer!

Release date for both Vinyl and Digital first week in September.
