Judy Nicastro is a former Seattle City Councilmember. She raised hell for working class people and renters. Not able to shake her Jersey roots, she often put her foot in her mouth. Judy stated in a New York Times article that sometimes Seattle is “Mayberry with Highrises”, this did not endear her to the people she represented and they voted her ass out of office.
