Anlayamadığım şu : neden ekmek pişirme makinede kuru maya tavsiye ediyorlar,ortak'mı çalışıyorlar acaba ?&lt;br /&gt;
Dün elektrikler kesilmişti ,yarım saat kadar,makineye ekmek koymuştum,aradan 2 saat geçti ,bakayım dedim ekmeğe ve ne görsem : makine çalışmıyoru ,ekmek kabarık duruyoru,yani hamur ,hemen fırını ısıttım,hamuru yuvarladım ,fırına koydum,bu arada fırını sadece ısıtmak için açtım,sonra kapadım,bukadar'mı güzel olurmuş yaş maya ile ekmek mmmmm.&lt;br /&gt;

malzemeler :&lt;br /&gt;
- 600 gr. un&lt;br /&gt;
-380ml.su&lt;br /&gt;
-1 tatlı kaş. tuz&lt;br /&gt;
-2 tatlı kaş.toz şeker&lt;br /&gt;
-10 gr.yaş maya&lt;br /&gt;
-2 çorba kaş.sıvı yağı&lt;br /&gt;

hazırlanışı : su ile mayayı karıştırdım maya eriyene kadar ,malzemelerin hepsini karıştırdım ,kapaklı kabta &amp;nbsp;( ben makinede yoğurdum ,tamam makine karıştırdı ,yoğurdu ) 20 dak. sonra bir kere hamuru yoğurun ve bırakın mayalansın.Mayalandıktan sonra yoğurun ,yağılı tepsi alın ,biraz hamurun üstünü bastırın ,mayalandıktan sonra önce 2-3 dak 300' ısıtılmış fırına verin,sonra 170'düşürün ve kızarana kadar pişirin .Mis...&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/6726918084909820019-5840017751862404504?l=mazesinyemekleri.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;HAZIRLANIŞI : 2 büğük portakal kadar köfte için hazır kıymaya 1 su bardağı yıkanmış pirince ,1 tatlı kaş.tuz,2 çorba kaş.sıvı yağı,karıştırdım,üstüne 2 parmak gelecek kadar sıcak su ilave ettim,karıştırdım,karıştırmasaydım top,top olacaktı ( böyle pilav et suyu olmamasına rağmen çok güzel oluyormuş ,biraz yapışkan ama bizim kavurukta yaptığımızdan daha lezzetli geldi bana ,herhalde pilavı böyle yaparım ,genelde bu köfteyi kalan pilavdan yapardım ),göz ,göz olunca (kısık hateşte pişirdim )tencereyi kağıt havlu ile kapattım,soğuyuncaya kadar beklettim,kıyma ile yoğurdum,önce una sonra yumurta beyazlara bulayıp iki tarafını kızarttım.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

inanılmaz puf ekmek ,içinde yumurta olasına rağmen kokusu gelmiyoru,kahvaltı için super ,yine rus blogda buldum .Her işte hayır var diyorlar'ya :ekmek ,hamur işleri ekmek makinede yaparım ,kuru maya 2 senedir kullanırım ,büyük paketler,son 3 paketim son kullanma tarihine çok olasına rağmen atmak zorunda kaldım,makineden,undan şüphelendim,un deyiştirdim,makineyi örttüm pişerken,en son mayayı ,yok olmuyoru.Cumartesi başka marka maya alayım dediğim ,şansa yoktu,yaş maya buldum ,hani ekmek makinede kuru maya tavsiye ediyorlar'ya ,hiiiç alaka yokmuş.Yuva marka kuru maya kullanırdım,Dr.Oetker'in çok iyi mayaları,daha güzel kabarıyoru hamurlar , ama paketleri küçük .Bu işte hayır :yeniden yaş mayayı keşfettim .&lt;br /&gt;

-1çorba kaşığı toz şeker&lt;br /&gt;
-2 tatlı kaşığı tuz&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
-4 su bardağı un -unu azar azar ilave edin&lt;br /&gt;
-mayalanmış harç&lt;br /&gt;

hazırlanışı : &lt;u&gt;reçetede un daha az yazıyordu&lt;/u&gt;,ben 100gr. daha fazla koymak zorunda kaldım,yumuşak ,ama ele yapışmıyacak hamur yoğurulur ,mayalanmaya bırakılır,arada bir kez daha hamur yoğurulur,10sm.yüksek,15sm.geniş kalıp yağılanır,hamur yağılı el ile yoğurulur,kaba alınır ,mayalanır,190'ısıtılmış fırında 20-30 dak. pişer .Çok kabarık,ama hafif bir ekmek çeşidi oluyoru.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;hazırlanışı : &lt;/span&gt;3 kişilik köfte uzun yap,kızart ,patatesleri kızart ,tuzla,tepsiye diz ,biberler halka kesilmiş üstüne gelişi güzel sepele,domates halkaları en üstüne sırala .&lt;br /&gt;

Bu pasta aslında iki kişi hatırına yaptım.Küçük kızımın doğum gününde abla ile Iğıdır'daydık,17.2. ablanın doğum günü vardı,ama kendisi Iğıdırda ,o baktı biz pastanın tadına baktık,ikisine'de mutluluklar dilerim.&lt;br /&gt;

malzemeler .&lt;br /&gt;
-4 yumurta&lt;br /&gt;
-12 silkeleme çorba kaşığı un&lt;br /&gt;
-12 silkeleme çorba kaşığı toz şeker&lt;br /&gt;
-1 tutam tuz&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
hazırlanışı : yumurta beyazlarını tuz ile katılaşıncaya kadar mikser ile çırpılır ,yavaş toz şeker ilave edilir çırpmayı bırakmadan,yumurta sarılarını teker teker çırparak beyazlara ilave ediyoruz ( çırpmalarına gerek hiç yok ,bazı programlarda sarıları şeker ile ayrı çırparlar ,kabartma tozu katallar ,sanırım bu sadece göz boyamak için),sarılar tamamen beyazlar ile karıştırdıktan sonra mikseri kapatın.Telden bir delikli kaşıklar var ,unu azar azar katarak,tel kaşık ile yavaş karıştırarak unu yedirin yumurtalara,delikli kaşığınız yok ise elinizi daldırın yumurtalara ,çok güzel karıştırıcı görevi görür ,önemli olan yavaş karıştırmak ,sonra yağılanmış ve un sepelenmiş kalıba dökmek ,alttan bir iki kere tepsiye vurmak ,hava kabarcıklar yüzeye çıksınlar,180' mutlaka önceden ( pastaya başlarken fırınızı'da ısıtın ) ısıtılmış fırında pişirin ,üstü tamamen kızaracak ( kenarları tepsiden ayrılmaya başlayacak )&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Ben 200 gr.krem şanti kullandım bu pasta için ,küçük paketlerde ...ml. süt yazıyoru,nedense bu ölçülerde süt katığımda krem şantide istediğim kavamı bulamıyorum,daha az süt katıyorum.&lt;br /&gt;
