Essential responsibilities
Take responsibility for the quality of CA (Custer Order Management Center) compliance with internal and external rules and regulations to minimize liabilities.
Collaborate with all groups involved to ensure that the impact of any changes is fully understood and catered for
Provide management reporting both regular and ad-hoc to the regional CAs
Provide compliance reporting and monitoring and work with the regional CAs to resolve any compliance issues
Support the regional CAs in carrying out data reconciliations and audits as required

Tax Team : (B.Com + MBA Finance Only)

The primary responsibilities are:

Assist with the preparation of VAT/GST Returns for the Thomson Reuters entities across the region.
Submission of VAT returns to Tax authorities on a timely manner.
Instigate VAT payments and follow up VAT refunds
Detailed reconciliation of AR and AP VAT registers with VAT reports and VAT returns
Assist with standardization and continuous improvement of VAT compliance.
Continue to update standard VAT procedures and documents.
Assist in VAT Audits

Skills Required:

1. Excellent Communication skills

2. Good knowledge on Excel

3. Experience working on ERP & CRM tools would be a preferred.
