Now at Level 4!

It was a hard grading with 12mins of suprise attacks from 3 attackers!!

The grading was fun and intense and I had a great time with it!

Now it is time to look forward to teaching my students some awesome gun, bat and knife defences!

Training on cold days was great!! It was -19 somedays! COLD to say the least!

It was awesome though after 12-14 hours of training a day to stick my head in the snow outside the training location!!!

Some of the people thought it was crazy, but trust me, nothing felt better than getting a little snow on the head to cool you down!!

The course itself was very intensive and I am happy that I passed and finished the course with flying colours!

I am looking forward to training with Moni next year!!

It has been a great holiday season and I am happy that we are at 2008!

I hope everyone has had a great year!

I was thinking over this weekend about the new years resolutions that people have and a lot of people want to make this the year that they get into shape!

We are now offering Commando Krav Maga (CKM)!

We will have classes every Tuesday/Thursday 8:15p-9:15p and Saturday 1-2p

Elite fitness bootcamps will run Tuesday 7:30-8:15p and Saturdays 2:30-3:30p
