So i went to lidl last night and found a nice little scales that was under 20... so sorted&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the last time i weighed myself it was in July and i was 11.5 st ~73kgs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so since then i have gained a stone!!! I am so angry at myself... (or more because i have noticible lost weight over the past few weeks)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So i weighed in last night at 12.5kgs ~80kgs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now my goal has gone from 2 stone to loose to 3... eek!!!
