Did you even notice I hadn&#39;t posted since May? That&#39;s because as I was taking those last photos of those kids (not so much kids anymore) going to prom, we had some huge stuff going on behind the scenes.

Short story... we moved! Back to the place we lived a couple years ago... to go back into full time ministry. WHAAATTT?

They&#39;ll forever hold a big part of our hearts. 

We met most of them when they were in 7th grade... and now they&#39;re old enough to have gone to their senior prom.

Which means they&#39;re graduating. 

And if I contemplate that too much there will be much emotion. And not much brings emotion like that...

Big Bro has started playing t-ball.  All the funny things and cuteness you&#39;re imagining? It&#39;s real life. And it&#39;s awesome.

I met them at Allume. Speaking of... you need to go this year in October!




Back to Shining Light International. So one of the things this organization does is allow you to host scarf parties where you get to see the beautiful infinity scarves and grab some up.  I may have gone a little crazy and purchased a ton.

Life lately has been lots of hanging out in the sunshine.



The boys are now wearing the same clothes and shoes... wonder how long that will last?



The windows have been staying open with the cool breezes blowing in.




And our biggest project... the garden. The Hubs tilled it and we planted some strawberries, spinach, lettuce, potatoes, and marigolds. Big Bro gets to play t-ball this year... he&#39;s a tad bit excited.



We&#39;re training Lucy to be the catcher. She&#39;s got the &quot;go get it&quot; part down... just giving it back is still a work in progress.




He&#39;s pretty intense when he gets in the game... it should be pretty fun to watch!

Last week we had a couple days of great weather, so we decided to take Lucy on her first trip to the river to &quot;get her feet wet&quot; since she&#39;s a water dog.

But once she did, she loved it.

Last week we had a Snowpocalypse.

The boys were given silly string to play with, which WAS going really well until we got to the end of the canisters. Did you know it just kind of explodes into tiny pieces you can&#39;t really get off the walls?

What is it about puppy breath that can melt a person&#39;s heart? (I guess only a dog lover&#39;s heart.)

Because this one smelled like perfect puppy-ness.

And in two weeks we get to have her home, to smell that sweetness all the time!









Can&#39;t you just smell the puppy breath from here?
