Once again I must apologize for my long absence. I vow to try to keep you all apprised of my adventures more frequently. Today is a sad day for me and for many because my controversial friend, Malcolm McLaren is gone. I am listening to "Madame Butterfly" and "Buffalo Girls" and reminiscing about the fun times he and I had in London. Soon I must pay a visit to Vivienne and share some memories and a bottle of Pernod with her.
I have been neglecting this blog this past week or so. I just got done with a meditation retreat. One solid week in utter silence. Now after such an experience you'd think I'd be fit to burst with things to say and this is what I'd anticipated. But the adverse occurred and I have become so accustomed to silence that even writing this is odd for me. Still, I had to let you guys know what I've been up to lately. Seems it may be nearly time for me to return to the Valley since the seasons are changing again. I very much want to attend A Meating at The New York Shop Exchange in Northampton this Friday evening. Be there from 6 to 8 pm and you may get to meet me.

Sneezy and coughy is she. So, I, Meaty, am filling in for her. I am traveling again and am en route to St. Barthes, where I typically Winter. This Winter, as all who were present at the last Cirque know, I felt compelled to lend a hand in Haiti before enjoying sun, sand, and umbrella drinks. Maybe I'll be able to catch up with my mate Keith, who often makes appearances at St. Barthes and who dined at The People's Pint with me, some 9 months ago. We are now in a tea cycle of the magazine and, in keeping with this, the upcoming issue will be themed "Mint." This refreshing edition will be released on May 8th, at The Elevens.
