&lt;a href="http://www.vadosicuro.it/" target="_blank"&gt;Vado Sicuro&lt;/a&gt;, da anni, vede migliaia di ragazzi e bambini al fianco della Provincia di Rovigo per offrire all’intero territorio una opportunità concreta per riflettere sull’importanza di rispettare le regole e di pretenderne il rispetto, un evento che coinvolge tutta la collettività, che vuole fare da cassa di risonanza a messaggi basilari per la convivenza e per la qualità del vivere in ogni comunità.&lt;br /&gt;
La consapevolezza e l’assunzione di responsabilità rispetto ai comportamenti di tutti i giorni, così come quelli che teniamo sulla strada, richiedono tempo, devono penetrare nel nostro modo di vivere, di ragionare, di sentire la vita.&lt;br /&gt;
Per questo tanti bambini e ragazzi, dalle Scuole dell’Infanzia agli Istituti Superiori, sono i principali attori di &lt;a href="http://www.vadosicuro.it/" target="_blank"&gt;Vado Sicuro&lt;/a&gt;, perché è da loro che deve partire una nuova cultura della sicurezza stradale; &lt;a href="http://www.vadosicuro.it/" target="_blank"&gt;Vado Sicuro&lt;/a&gt; 2012 si rivolge a questi giovani chiamandoli ancora una volta ad essere protagonisti, a riflettere, a fermarsi a pensare.&lt;br /&gt;

- secondarie di secondo grado&lt;br /&gt;

Calamandrei individuava nella mobilità sociale il principale compito della scuola.&lt;br /&gt;
L'opportunità aperta a tutti, indipendentemente dalla nascita, di entrare a far parte della classe dirigente, come garanzia di una giustizia sociale, ma anche come necessità di un rinnovamento efficace dei gruppi dirigenti.&lt;br /&gt;
Considerava la scuola "un organo costituzionale" della democrazia e come la più iniqua e dannosa delle disuguaglianze il privilegio nell'istruzione.&lt;br /&gt;
Privilegio rafforzato dall'indebolimennto della scuola pubblica a vantaggio di una privata ricca e protetta.&lt;br /&gt;
Ancor peggio quando questa, col finanziamento statale all'istruzione privata, diventa scorciatoia verso una scuola di partito, o di setta, o di chiesa.&lt;br /&gt;
Sono argomentazioni di grande attualità, oggi resa ancor più bruciante dal fatto che il sistema dell'istruzione in Italia sembra riavvolgersi intorno agli stessi problemi irrisolti.&lt;br /&gt;
E il non averli mai definitivamente risolti fa di questi appassionati e lucidi interventi sulla scuola lontani mezzo secolo, scritti con l'eleganza letteraria e la sapienza di uno dei padri più nobili della Costituzione, anche una lente per rileggere la storia d'Italia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"L'analisi di Calamandrei - scrive Tullio De Mauro nell'Introduzione - si impone oggi come ieri. Passa attraverso la capacità di promuovere una istruzione che rialzi in tutta la società i livelli di cultura, la possibilità di realizzare una compiuta democrazia che dia a tutti e tutte una effettiva pari dignità".&lt;br /&gt;

L’Istituto &amp;nbsp;Comprensivo &amp;nbsp;“Via Fontanile Anagnino” &amp;nbsp;di &amp;nbsp;Roma, con il Patrocinio della Regione Lazio, della Provincia di Roma, del X Municipio e del CCR bandisce il &amp;nbsp;6° &amp;nbsp;Concorso &amp;nbsp;Musicale &amp;nbsp;Nazionale &amp;nbsp;per l’anno scolastico 2011/12.&lt;br /&gt;
Il Concorso è stato istituito nell’anno scolastico 2006/07 &amp;nbsp;per commemorare il trentennale dell’istituzione della Scuola Media Statale “Anna Magnani”.&lt;br /&gt;

Bambini e adolescenti: lo sviluppo dei disturbi ansiosi dipende molto dalla qualità del legame con i genitori.&lt;br /&gt;

Possibile che un bambino di neppure dieci anni soffra di un disturbo d'ansia?&lt;br /&gt;
Certo, e non è neppure un'eventualità troppo remota: secondo i dati raccolti di recente su circa 3500 bambini di nove anni da Francesca Neri e Renata Nacinovich, della Clinica di neuropsichiatria dell'infanzia e l'adolescenza dell'Università di Milano Bicocca presso l'ospedale San Gerardo di Monza, circa il 10 per cento dei ragazzini presenta tratti d'ansia.&lt;br /&gt;

Oggetto di una molteplicità di tentativi di catturarli con una formula, una parola, un titolo. E quindi oscurati da una nebbia lessicale e semantica. Io stesso ho partecipato a questo inseguimento, nel passato più o meno recente. Ma ora tutte le definizioni, tutte le formule, tutte le parole, tutti i titoli vertono su un solo aspetto: il lavoro, o meglio, il non-lavoro. E sulla variante della precarietà. D'altronde, l'Istat stima oltre il 30% il tasso di disoccupazione giovanile (che sale al 50% nel Mezzogiorno). Il più alto dell'Eurozona. Le statistiche ufficiali, inoltre, valutano il peso dei lavoratori atipici e irregolari oltre il 30% tra i giovani (e intorno al 15% nella popolazione). Anche se aggiungono - nell'ultimo anno pare che, in Italia, anche il lavoro atipico sia diminuito. E non è una buona notizia, ma il segno - e la conseguenza - della crisi, che sta riducendo l'occupazione di tutti i generi: formale o informale, stabile o flessibile, tipica o atipica che sia.&lt;br /&gt;

L'Unione Europea ha firmato ufficialmente il trattato ACTA (Accordo Commerciale Anti Contraffazione). Una decisione grave, perchè avviene pochi giorni dopo le grandi mobilitazioni in Italia e negli Stati Uniti che hanno mostrato la contrarietà dei cittadini in tutto il mondo contro provvedimenti che, con il pretesto della proprietà intellettuale, impediscono l'accesso ai farmaci dei paesi in via di sviluppo e mettono un bavaglio ad internet. La questione ancora più preoccupante è che l'Unione Europea trascura completamente la diffusa critica presente contro ACTA, proveniente non solo da parte delle ONG che si occupano dell'accesso ai farmaci, come Oxfam o Health Action International, ma anche dai principali partner commerciali dell'UE.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
È urgente che le diverse mobilitazioni nazionali come quella italiana contro l'emendamento Fava e quella americana contro SOPA e PIPA si uniscano contro il liberticida trattato ACTA che avrà un impatto negativo sulla libertà di espressione, l'accesso alle medicine ma anche alla cultura e alla conoscenza. I cittadini europei devono reclamare un processo democratico, contro le influenze delle multinazionali. Ci saranno diverse votazioni al Parlamento Europeo prima del voto finale di quest'estate e speriamo che non solo Agorà Digitale ma tutte le forze politiche unite in questi giorni contro i bavagli alla Rete vogliano fare pressione sui nostri parlamentari europei.&lt;br /&gt;

Ben nove articoli del nuovo decreto legge sulle semplificazioni riguarderanno e accresceranno qualificazione e competitività di scuola, università e ricerca scientifica.&lt;br /&gt;
La laurea perderà peso nei concorsi pubblici, anche se non ne verrà abolito il valore legale.&lt;br /&gt;
Anche il voto non avrà più valore. In pratica tutta la seconda sezione del provvedimento: dall’articolo 54 all’articolo 62.&lt;br /&gt;
E’ questa una «corposa» novità del nuovo pacchetto preparato dal governo.&lt;br /&gt;
Il testo del decreto (40 pagine e 67 articoli) che sarà varato oggi dal Consiglio dei ministri è stato illustrato ieri dal premier Mario Monti al Capo dello Stato, Giorgio Napolitano.&lt;br /&gt;

I collettivi studenteschi di Roma Tor Vergata protestano contro il titolare dell'Istruzione: “Ci preoccupa la vicinanza del ministro alle banche e la sua continuità con il precedente governo”. Lui risponde: ”Io modello Gelmini? Semmai modello Profumo”.&lt;br /&gt;

Francesco Profumo, ministro dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca, alle contestazioni deve averci fatto l’abitudine. Da Alessandria un mese fa a Roma solo ieri il copione è sempre lo stesso: studenti che chiedono un cambio di passo rispetto alle politiche del precedente governo.&lt;br /&gt;

Il comunicato del MIUR 145-13/01/2012 che invita tutte le scuole italiane ad aderire al Safer Internet Day, organizzato dalla Commissione Europea per il 7 febbraio 2012, è solo una delle tante azioni intraprese da Enti e Istituzioni con lo scopo di sensibilizzare la cittadinanza rispetto all’uso sicuro e consapevole delle nuove tecnologie. Sempre più nelle scuole si parla di potenzialità e pericoli di internet, di tecnologie didattiche, di LIM (Lavagne Interattive Multimediali), di problematiche legate all’utilizzo di foto, video e cellulari, di diversi stili di apprendimento e comunicazione, di situazioni nuove o che si presentano con vesti diverse come i fenomeni del cyberbullismo, degli emo o dei pro-ana. L’Era Digitale pone nuove sfide all’educazione e nasce quindi l’esigenza di riflettere sul ruolo della Scuola in questo contesto.&lt;br /&gt;

"Quasi azzerati i fondi destinati alle scuole per l'autonomia scolastica".&lt;br /&gt;
L'allarme è stato lanciato dalla Flc Cgil, che chiede un incontro urgente al ministro Francesco Profumo.&lt;br /&gt;
In oltre 10 anni, il finanziamento della legge 440/97 ("Istituzione del Fondo per l'arricchimento e l'ampliamento dell'offerta formativa e per gli interventi perequativi"), quella che finanzia l'autonomia scolastica, è stato ridotto all'osso.&lt;br /&gt;
Degli 87 milioni di euro previsti dal Parlamento per lo scorso anno scolastico (ma che sono stati erogati solo quest'anno), poco meno di 11 andranno direttamente alle scuole per realizzare i progetti del Piano dell'offerta formativa: una specie di elemosina se si considera che le scuole italiane sono oltre 10mila e potranno aspettarsi qualcosa come mille euro a testa.&lt;br /&gt;

Firmato a Norcia un protocollo d’intesa tra il Comune, la sede provinciale dell’INAIL di Perugia, l’Anmil provinciale e l‘Istituto Comprensivo “A. De Gasperi” di Norcia. L’intesa fortemente voluta dalla scuola e dalle istituzioni coinvolte mira a divulgare tra i giovanissimi la cultura della sicurezza e della prevenzione sui luoghi di lavoro, nell’ottica che anche gli istituti scolastici sono luoghi di lavoro e pertando la sicurezza e la valutazione dei rischi a scuola è un aspetto da non sottovalutare in questo ambito.&lt;br /&gt;

Di solito, questo tipo di autorizzazioni sono richieste dal gestore dei contenuti pubblicitari che appaiono all'interno dell'applicazione.&lt;br /&gt;
Nulla di grave, direte voi.&lt;br /&gt;
Certamente. Ma non definitele applicazioni gratuite.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando impareremo che i nostri dati, le nostre attività, la nostra vita ha un valore di certo superiore a quello di qualsiasi altro strumento o passatempo che sia, smetteremo di regalarli a chiunque: cani, porci e Facebook.&lt;br /&gt;

Consente l'accesso a fonti di localizzazione precisa, come il sistema GPS del dispositivo, se disponibile. Le applicazioni dannose possono sfruttare questa possibilità per determinare la tua posizione e potrebbero far esaurire più in fretta la batteria&lt;br /&gt;

Il numero dei disoccupati nel mondo raggiungerà i 200 milioni quest'anno: 27 milioni in più rispetto a prima della crisi del 2008. A stimarlo, secondo quanto riferisce il settimanale tedesco 'Der Spiegel', è l'Ilo, l'Organizzazione internazionale del Lavoro che presenterà i dati a Davos in occasione del World Economic Forum.&lt;br /&gt;
Sono 74,8 milioni i disoccupati tra i 15 e i 24 anni nel mondo: quattro milioni in più rispetto al 2007. Tra i paesi sviluppati, &amp;nbsp;gli unici a migliorare il loro livello di occupazione in questi anni sono stati l'Australia e la Germania.&lt;br /&gt;

Partirà a fine gennaio la seconda edizione di “Memoria, Scuola e Democrazia”, iniziativa realizzata da SPI e FLC CGIL, in collaborazione con ANPI, ARCI, ANED. Incontri formativi con i ragazzi delle scuole, sui temi della Democrazia, della Costituzione, della Storia e della Resistenza. Docenti d’eccezione: i Partigiani.&lt;br /&gt;
Obiettivo del progetto e far rivivere questa memoria storica e favorire nei ragazzi la comprensione dei valori condivisi della nostra Costituzione, stimolando la partecipazione attiva degli studenti, rendendoli consapevoli del loro ruolo di custodi e futuri testimoni indiretti.&lt;br /&gt;
L’edizione dello scorso anno ha coinvolto circa 500 studenti delle scuole Arzelà, Parentuccelli, Poggi-Carducci di Sarzana e medie di Vezzano, Romito e Ameglia.&lt;br /&gt;

Nessuna riforma della scuola secondaria, a ben guardare, è mai stata introdotta da un’analisi approfondita degli studenti, della loro condizione e dei loro bisogni. Né è stato mai fatto un esame accurato delle due difficili fasi di transizione: dal primo ciclo al secondo e dal secondo agli sbocchi successivi.&lt;br /&gt;
Al centro ci sono sempre gli eterni “personaggi” della nostra vita scolastica: i Programmi, oggi Linee guida o Indicazioni, gli Orari, gli Organici, le Cattedre. &amp;nbsp;E non ci si rende conto che il rapporto con i giovani che studiano (oggi tutti obbligati) è la questione fondamentale, non solo per la drammatica situazione italiana dei drop out e dei neet.&lt;br /&gt;

A scuola di videogame, o meglio: a scuola con i videogame. Non è uno scherzo, solo una conseguenza inevitabile della popolarità dei giochi elettronici. La conferma, l'ennesima, che fanno parte della cultura contemporanea. Al pari di un libro ora vengono usati negli atenei, nelle scuole e nei licei di mezzo mondo come strumento didattico. Dagli Stati Uniti all'Inghilterra, dal Giappone a Singapore. E, da qualche tempo, perfino in Italia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"Sono entrati nelle nostre scuole in punta di piedi due anni fa", spiega Manuela Cantoia, che insegna psicologia alla Cattolica di Milano. "Tutto grazie a un accordo fra il ministero dell'Istruzione e l'associazione italiana degli editori di videogame, la Aesvi. Servono per far conoscere la tecnologia agli studenti e servono come strumento di indagine. World of Warcraft per esempio, il gioco di ruolo di massa online frequentato da oltre dieci milioni di utenti, al liceo Marconi di Milano lo usano come campo di indagine sulle relazioni sociali. Ma è solo uno dei tanti casi".&lt;br /&gt;

Il basket americano arriva a Milano e il sogno di molti bambini, quello di imparare i segreti delle stelle Nba, potra' diventare realta'.&lt;br /&gt;
L'appuntamento e' per &lt;b&gt;sabato &lt;/b&gt;al Lido di Milano, dove 250 ragazzi tra gli 8 e 11 anni avranno la possibilita' di allenarsi sotto la supervisione di Neal Meyer, ex coach Nba con all'attivo esperienze in molte franchigie. L'evento e' realizzato da Nba in collaborazione con il Comune di Milano.&lt;br /&gt;

Una guida che risponde alle domande di chi, gli studenti e le loro famiglie, deve scegliere la scuola superiore dopo il ciclo dell’obbligo. Una documentazione esauriente e multimediale, &amp;nbsp;in forma tradizionale cartacea e on line, nata dalla collaborazione tra Provincia di Siena, Ufficio Scolastico Territoriale di Siena, le scuole superiori del territorio senese e il Centro Studi Pluriversum. &lt;br /&gt;
L’opuscolo sarà distribuito gratuitamente a tutte le scuole medie del nostro territorio, e può anche essere scaricato dal sito della Provincia di Siena, &lt;a href="http://osp.provincia.siena.it/primo_piano.asp?ID_PrimoPiano=122" target="_blank"&gt;Osservatorio Scolastico provinciale&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;e sul sito &lt;a href="http://www.uspsiena.it/" target="_blank"&gt;dell’Ufficio Scolastico Territoriale&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

Ma sono le immagini a far circolare con particolare efficacia le informazioni: su &lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/user/lamiascuola" target="_blank"&gt;You Tube&lt;/a&gt;, per iniziativa della Provincia, un filmato introduttivo e tredici schede personalizzate, una per ogni scuola superiore, tracciano l’identikit completo dell’offerta formativa.&lt;br /&gt;
