4* Install the software on the Administrative PC and apply the patch:
(Make sure you have the port mentioned before opened on this PC)
Finish the set up and before running the program from the first time apply the patch by coping the patch.exe file from the extracted folder to the program directory and executing it.

5* Limiting the bandwidth using a rule:
