For high speed and good accuracy follow this tip. First click on tools then click to customize and then make sure you have click on autotext and then you would be able to see a picture of kayboard with finger click on it and now you would see a window with headings of autocorrect, autoformat as you type, and autotext which is clicked, and autoformat and now you can see preview and look in headings and make sure you have clicked on normal.dot (global template).

This can also be found just simply by pressing ALT then stroke T and then stroke A. Now you can reach the four headings i.e. autocorrect, autoformat as you type, autotext, and autoformat. Now click on autotext and make sure you have clicked before you start file.

This global normal.dot template is the key for high speed and accuracy in medical transcription. This normal.dot. global templates stores all information if it is on as an autotext and also autocorrect if you save your things by clicking on formated text.

You can find this normal.dot template simply by searching in C drive of your computer or where you have installed your window, but this it may be hidden as well so there may be some difficulty, but you can ultimately find this.

Use this normal.dot template for autotext for high speed and autocorrect for good accuracy. The great important thing is that now you can save your previous autotext and autocorrect entries. Make sure you monthly save a copy of your normal. template by saving in E-mail or any other computer and you can use this copy when you PC stop working suddenly and you must have to format your computer.

You can use your autocorrect enteries by ussing xxxxxxxxxxxx before and after xxxxxxxx the right word i.e. as you heard HPV DNA and later on noticed it was HBV/DNA then first copy HPV DNA and then select HBV/DNA now press ALT and then stroke T and then A you would see window for autocorrect window now paste the HPV DNA word on the left side and make sure you clicked on formated text and now then click on add and then on ok and you entery is ready for future good accuracy
