What Will NASA Announce On Monday…. Disclosure?

March 7th, 2009 NASA launched the Kepler Space Telescope as part of a mission to detect Earth sized planets orbiting their parent stars in the “sweet spot” that allows a planet to be habitable. At 11am EST on Monday NASA will hold a Press Conference at the Ames Research Center to discuss new findings made by the Kepler Space Telescope. Nearly a year ago NASA held a similar press conference and announced the discovery of over 1,200 alien planet candidates. According to NASA officials, Monday’s conference will provide an update to statistical findings made by the Kepler mission. It will also “introduce a new confirmed planetary discovery”.

So far Kepler has discovered a confirmed 27 planets. Without detracting from the scientific importance of the Kepler discoveries, their announcement could hardly be called “disclosure”. Why then did I bandy about the D-word in the post title? The answer to that is buried in Space.com’s article announcing the conference. According to the article one of the participants in the press briefing will be Jill Tarter, director of the Center for SETI Research at the SETI Institute. From my brief research this is the first time that a representative of SETI has been included in a Kepler mission press conference (please correct me in the comments if I am wrong). To me, at least, this would seem to indicate that there may be more to the “new confirmed planetary discovery” than a simple “yup, we found another planet”.

This press conference may be the first step toward disclosing the truth about the UFO phenomenon and life outside of our planet. It is widely believed by many (myself included) that if the government were to come out and say that UFOs are real and they are not from our planet, there would be widespread panic that could have lasting negative effects on the entire planet. If instead, NASA were to announce that they have identified a planet that may contain intelligent life that is so far away travel would not be possible (as long as faster than light travel can’t happen) it would be a shock, but nothing that would have a direct impact on day-to-day Earth life and would be much easier news to hear. This would give us time to come to grips with the idea we are not alone before having to deal with more shocking truths. In the end, though, this is all just wild speculation and we will have to wait until Monday to find out what NASA has up their sleeves.

Triangle UFO Spotted Hovering Near Ohio Shopping Center – November 27, 2011

According to the video’s description, a couple noticed this triangular UFO/light formation while leaving a shopping center somewhere in Ohio on November 27th. The report goes on to say that the object held its position for at least an hour before disappearing. Even without any more background information, this video is still interesting. First, we have what appears to be the original audio track and it does not seem to contain any aircraft-type noises. Also, there is plenty of “framing” footage that gives us a good frame of reference and clearly shows that the object is in the sky. Additionally, there is none of the telltale flicker of a Chinese lantern visible. At the end of the clip, we are presented with a zoomed in view of the craft. Here, we can just make out some sort of strobe like flashes present in the lights, which might indicate a terrestrial aircraft, however the light configuration/color scheme doesn’t seem to indicate an aircraft following FAA regulations. This combined with the audio evidence would lead me to believe that this at least not a “normal” aircraft. What then could it be, a UFO, a TR-3b type secret aircraft, or something else? What do you think?

Time Lapse Footage Of A Chemtrail Grid Being Sprayed

Even as someone who is aware of the chemtrail problem, I can’t help but find this video shocking. By compressing approximately 40 minutes of time into 2 minutes, this clip clearly shows chemtrails being sprayed in a deliberate grid pattern. Honestly, if this footage isn’t enough to convince the staunchest skeptics that “something” is going on over head, I don’t think anything short of a public confession from the chemtrailers would. Granted, this video seems to have been shot near an airfield given the presence of the radar dish, but I don’t think that even explains the precise grid we see being laid down in front of our eyes. What do you think, is this clear evidence of systematic spraying or am I off my rocker?

UFO Formation Filmed Over Bergen, Fyllingsdalen, Norway

This interesting piece of UFO evidence comes to us from Bergen, Fyllingsdalen in Norway. Unfortunately we don’t have a date the sighting took place, but it is probably safe to assume this footage was taken sometime near November 14th, 2011 (the date it was posted to YouTube). While there isn’t a great framing shot to give us a clear point of reference, there is a moment where the witness fumbles with the camera and we can see that the objects being filmed are indeed in the sky. Also there doesn’t appear to be any of the tell-tale flashing (or multi-colored lights) that would indicate that the object is aircraft. Additionally, the color of the objects is too light for them to be Chinese lanterns (and again, no flickering). What do you think was in the skies over Bergen?

CERN Scientists Occupy Relativity, Faster Than Light Neutrinos Not Slowing Down

It seems that those plucky scientists at CERN were not about to take the “debunking” of their Earth-shattering discovery that faster than light travel was possible lying down. Amid claims that their original experiment was flawed, the CERN team designed an improved version of their experiment that addressed the alleged shortcomings in the previous tests. Even after addressing “concerns” raised by the scientific community, the CERN team is continuing to observe neutrinos traveling faster than the speed of light. Once again, it would seem that Einstein was wrong when he set a universal speed limit.

If they are indeed correct, the CERN team may have made one of the most important discoveries in the history of man kind. A discovery that has the potential to usher in a new era in our history and take our species into the stars. Unfortunately, the powers-that-be are not fond of change and view anything that could potentially upset their precious status quo as a threat. Previously, we mused that the “debunking” of the original experiments might be the result of a conspiracy to suppress the truth about faster than light travel. If this is correct, the CERN team will no-doubt face increasing attacks on their work that seek to keep faster than light travel in the realm of science fiction and out of the realm of science fact.

Strange Noise Roars From Florida Sky

Over the past couple of months, I have been hearing reports of strange sounds that seem to be coming from the sky. The strange thing is, these reports have not been localized to a specific area. Individuals have reported “sightings” of the sound from all over. Quite a few people have jumped on the HAARP bandwagon, but I think that label gets slapped on phenomena way to easily, so I am refraining from joining in for now until there is better evidence of that. What we do know is that this low bass rumble seems to continue for extended periods of time and no one know what it is or what is causing it (at least anyone who is talking). This example comes to us from Tallahassee, Florida, posted May of this year to YouTube. According to the witness, 911 and the local news station reported receiving multiple calls about the sound that lasted 20 minutes.

The witness reports that the final “answer” offered by the local news was that the sound was thunder. As a life long Floridian who has been in his share of storms, I can tell you, that is no thunder. Sheilaaliens on YouTube, thinks that the noise may be from NASA’s rocket tests at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. However, Stennis is over 300 miles from Tallahassee. If the sound was so loud witnesses thought there was a tornado coming, the test would have been deafening in closer communities, including the city of New Orleans (which is only 40 miles away), but we don’t have any reports of the sort. Especially when you consider this video from St. Petersburg (450 miles away) that was taken at the end of August of a similar noise, if NASA testing is to blame for the racket, it sure doesn’t seem to be coming from the Stennis Space Center.

This only begins to address the Floridia “sightings” of the sound. In similar videos you can hear the sound in Maryland, Spain, Denmark, and many other places all over the world. These sounds all seemed to suddenly start this year. What could be causing the racket? HAARP? A geologic event? UFOs? Tell us what you think in the comments.

Triangle UFO Filmed Flying Silently Over Virginia – November 13, 2011

Here is a really interesting video that was taken Sunday, November 13, 2011 somewhere in the state of Virginia. According to the witness, he had just returned from grocery shopping and was unloading his car when his wife noticed something streak across the sky. This is when he started filming in the direction of the streak, capturing the triangle-shaped craft we see in the video. Now, from the audio track we can infer that the witness had a pre-existing interest in the UFO phenomenon. Sometimes, this sort of pre-existing interest can lead a witness jump to conclusions about what they are seeing. (Just search UFO on YouTube. You will become an expert in aircraft navigation lights in no time.) However, I don’t think this is the case with this video. There are just too many factors that seem to indicate that this is a legitimate UFO sighting.

First, we have the video footage itself. The recording appears to have started mid sighting, which matches the statement the witness submitted to MUFON and is what you would expect in a sighting where the witness was caught off guard by the appearance of a UFO. Also, we can see buildings and lights, so we have a frame of reference to judge the object by. Not only does this give us an idea of orientation and position, it also lets us make assumptions about the true color of the lights on the object. Because the other lights in the footage appear “normal” (i.e. how you would expect exterior lights to look if you were sanding outside at night), we can safely assume that color of the lights on the object is true. Since the object is moving towards the camera, if it were an airplane or a helicopter, we would expect to see the red and green marker lights that are required by FAA regulations. In this footage we merely have a triangular array of white lights. Additionally, the audio track is also telling. In it, we can literally hear everything from crickets chirping to the breeze passing over the microphone. What we don’t hear is any engine noise or rotor chop as the UFO passes overhead. Taking all of this into consideration, it would seem that this is legitimate UFO footage.

Fingering The Chemtrailers With ADS-B and Plane Finder

Head over to YouTube and search for “chemtrail”. You get about 56,000 results. The numbers are about the same on Flickr. It is safe to say that everyday, somewhere, someone puts a video or a picture of a chemtrail online. The problem is, that despite the growing amount of evidence showing what clearly seems to be intentional aerosol spraying, there is not much more “investigating” that can be done. Sure there are groups like The Chemtrail Project that test rainwater samples for trace compounds they believe are indicative of geo-engineering activity, but there is still no way to tie a positive sample to a specific spraying (or realistically, even chemtrails – though their work is still very important to the anti-chemtrail movement). The problem is that anytime you see a photo or a video of a chemtrail plane caught spraying, there is no easy way for the person collecting that evidence to identify the aircraft other than make and model (maybe).

Fortunately though, this is rapidly changing thanks to the new air traffic control systems being deployed around the globe and some nifty software. As part of the Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen) the FAA is requiring the majority of aircraft in US airspace to be equipped with ADS-B transponders by 2020. While that may seem a long way off, the NextGen program is already in full swing and a large number of aircraft are already equipped with ADS-B transponders. In addition to transmitting navigational information about the plane, the ADS-B signal also broadcasts a wealth of information about the aircraft, including its registration info. All of this data is transmitted “in the clear” as it were. Anyone with a properly tuned receiver and some software can know exactly what is going on in the skies above them.

While this in itself is a major win for anyone wanting to identify a potential chemtrail plane, it can be cost prohibitive as receivers can range in price anywhere from $150 and up. However, there is a large community of aviation enthusiasts that have hooked their ADS-B setups to the internet. This data is then collected by a free service called Plane Finder that plots all the aircraft it has data for on an easy to read map. Plane Finder also has several apps available for Android, iOS and Windows Phone 7 devices that making using the service simple even when you are out and about. They even have an app that allows you to use your phone as an augmented reality device, creating a heads-up display visually identifying the planes overhead. Plane Finder offers free, ad-supported versions of the apps so you can test their coverage in your area. While, the free versions don’t display as much information as the website and paid apps (the free version only shows the registration number), for a chemtrail-spotter this can be more than enough info to use to start an investigation since the FAA provides a publicly available database for searching aircraft registration numbers that includes ownership info for the aircraft.

Unfortunately, using Plane Finder to identify chemtrail aircraft requires the planes to be carrying and ADS-B transponder and Plane Finder to have a nearby receiver. However, everyday more planes are adding transponders (outside of the US the ADS-B adoption rates are even higher) and Plane Finder is constantly expanding its coverage (though, even if you live in an area without coverage, setting up your own ADS-B receiver is always an option). This also relies on the chemtrail aircraft to be operating within “the rules”. Researchers may find that chemtrail craft are operating without transponders or with transponders assigned to other aircraft. Even with the potential limitations, I still think that ADS-B receivers and services like Plane Finder can find a place in a chemtrail-spotter’s toolbox. Hopefully, by leveraging tools like these, we can begin to unravel the chemtrail conspiracy and find out who is doing the spraying and what exactly they are spraying us with.

Strange UFO Lights Caught On Film Over Carp, Ontario – August 19, 2011

Filmed in Carp, Ontario this past August, this video shows a triangular formation of flashing lights. What particularly drew me to this footage is that despite how incredibly close the object or objects seem, you cannot hear anything other than the witness and passing traffic. Had this been an airplane or helicopter, there should have been some sort of familiar sound audible. Also, the lights all appear to be white. Since the object appears to be traveling toward the camera, we would expect red and green marker lights to be visible on an airplane. Additionally, all three white lights appear to be flashing. On an airplane, we would only expect 2 white flashing lights and maybe one or two red flashing beacons. This all seems to lend some credibility to the statement made by the witness in the video that he checked the “radar” and there is nothing nearby. What could have been in the Canadian skies this August night?
