This design is a reference to an old german folk-song about two rabbits munching some grass somewhere in the hills until a hunter shows up and shoots at them. But ‘lo and behold, after getting over the shock of being shot at the bunnies realize that they are alive and just hop off. Classic Hollywood-Ending.

The Ampersand is one of my favorite typographics symbols. It looks beautiful and simply says “and” or “more”. Did you know that Ampersand means “and per se and” which translates to “and the symbol which by itself is and” ?
Anyway, I wanted a shirt with a lot of ampersands to say “more, more, more!” and I wanted to to look funky, so I came up with this design.

The “Lorem Ipsum” Dummy text has been used since the 1960s to provide an easy overview about typefaces and other typographical needs.
However, some historians claim that the “Lorem Ipsum”-Text has actually been used since the 15th century for exactly the same reason. This is a very obscure and unproven claim, but it gave me the idea to make this design, because gothic or black lettering is almost exclusively used for headline-type text these days, no one uses these type of fonts for a paragraph.
