  We ducked into this place mostly to get out of the rain. What a find! Relaxed atmosphere and great food. This is like a Benny, but taken apart. Two dungeness crab cakes, topped with two poached eggs and hollandaise sauce, with the English muffins served on the side. Great combination of flavours.

  I promised a customer, who loved this tart, that I would post the recipe. It&#8217;s closely based on a recipe from Simply Sensational Desserts by  Francois Payard , with the only difference a slight modification in the sugar. I have found that Payard&#8217;s book has given me the greatest baking success of any cookbook, so I highly recommend it.
