Boy was putting on this weight a lot more fun then trying to take it off! You would think with all the running around I do chasing my kids, cleaning up after the messes and the over all lack of time to eat that I would be as thin as my pinky! Life doesn't always "work out" that way... yes I agree that was lame and as my daughter would say in as sarcastic as a 5 year old could get voice "ha-ha very funny".

I have been walking 3-4 miles 5 times a week and it seems that I'm not really gaining or for that matter losing anything! Every time I lay in my bed I can see into my walk in closet and I can see the section of my closet that holds my "dream" clothes. Those that my fat BUTT cannot fit into anymore and it's getting extremely frustrating! I also think my husband is getting frustrated with me saying that I don't have anything to wear when I have a full closet. I tell him I cannot fit that stuff and he wants to know why I hang onto it.

I have a fear I guess... that if I donate those clothes that I will be giving myself permission to stay this weight forever. It always feels worse too when I catch a glimpse in the mirror or in a reflection. If my small fiber neuropathy I have in my feet didn't hurt so bad I would run myself thin but even the walks take everything out of me and leave me in pain for the rest of the day. I just cannot take it guys really what do I do?!

I wouldn't mind eating healthier... in fact I have been more and more but it's not happening. And my scale is broken so even if I have lost a few pounds I cannot find out and have no real motivation to continue. I feel like I have all these emotions about it building up and stressing me out which I know isn't good for weight loss either and I just need to get this all out!! Someone help!!! I wasn't expecting to look different overnight but I did expect to at least start noticing a change....

Country Save Laundry Detergent Review!

Alright lets get started on the review!

I decided to get this laundry detergent after reading a blog posting giving it full stars for cloth diapers. I needed something that day and it was getting late and I couldn't find anything else. I was pleasantly surprised as not only was it wonderful on my cloth diapers but my son didn't experience any chemical burns or stains in the cloth. We used this detergent for quite a few weeks and then found ourselves out of our detergent for ourselves and decided to give this a try for our clothes. And amazingly it worked great! Long story short we use this detergent now for everything! Cloth diapers, children's clothes, and our clothes too! It is great for the environment and great for us too! My daughter Renee has eczema and for the first time in her 5 years of life it is going away! She has been getting dry skin now that the cold air is coming but I have noticed a huge difference since using this laundry detergent on her clothes. This really has been a lucky find for us for the whole family! I'm grateful for the power of research and for being able to locate this soap located at our local store! I love anything that I can do to help the environment as our family becomes more aware of our impact on this earth.

OK guys so if your looking for a new detergent to try might as well give this a go! It's not too expensive and it might just help!

One of the BIG problems I have is late night snacking. Something I find myself doing is having a successful day in my diet and then all of a sudden craving a meal when I'm not even THAT hungry. I admit many times I get fast food that is probably as many calories as I should during the day! Well I cannot remember the last time i was able to go to sleep without a late night snack and honestly I think the last time I did it was because I didn't have a choice! I want it to be because of self control because I know I will fall back into it if it's not a choice. Well anyways getting to the point, last night I started to get cravings and I really listened to my body and realized I wasn't really hungry but a little thirsty and really just bored. I had to keep self motivating but I got to bed without eating! I don't know if it was because of that that I kept waking up all night and had trouble sleeping but I'm not going to let my body lie into being unhealthy! I feel so much better waking up today knowing that I was about to drink some water and go to bed. I did notice that the sleep I got was deeper in between the few wake ups. I don't know if the wake ups were for that reason or because I was worried about my son who had gotten shots yesterday. (Hes doing fine and slept better than I did). I'm hoping I can do it again tonight!! Wish me luck and baby dust to those TTCing and weight loss dust to those trying to lose weight!

Today was my daughters birthday and I feel like a piggy wiggy! I ate pizza and cake and had like 3 sodas! AAAHHHHH!!! But I did skip the ice cream and stopped drinking soda when I still did want another one :) so say what you want I'm a little proud LOL. Any who I'm writing mainly not to rat myself out but more to rant a little about the "support" team in my life. I'm not stating it with "" because I think people are mean but because I feel like they do not believe in me. More like sure yeah you will lose the weight suuuuuuuuuuuuure. If they realized how hard it was and how bad my feet hurt maybe they would try to support instead of treat it like I'm blowing smoke. Part of me wants to say YOU WILL SEE... YOU WILL ALL SEE... but then I sit back and I'm thinking you know what I don't want them to congratulate me and tell me how good I look when it's like and where were you?! I almost feel like I don't want them to notice... I know this all sounds horrible but honestly it's just really frustrating because it's like maybe part of the reasons I have failed so many times is because it goes like this:
Me- man I really want to lose this weight and this time I'm really going to start
Them- uh huh
Me- No really I cannot live like this anymore I feel so sick and I know my feet could use some sense of relief
Them- what? oh yeah ummm want some of this unhealthy food that you love? I know I never get it but umm I was in the mood want some?!

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH it's like it's sabotage or something!! UGH...... OK off my rant and on to it!! I don't want to feel paranoid about others this is about me for once THIS is FOR me and ABOUT me! I have been taking care of other peoples feelings before my own and I'm sick of eating my feelings! I will lose the weight and I will fit into all those nice pants in my closet that I always dreamed and this has nothing to do with anyone but me and my health.... (of course my children are a huge motivation and the reason I want to do it in a healthy manner and not just for weight loss!)

I love you Renee and Ramonsito mommy will be healthy and show you how important it is!

Pre-Weight loss journey: My feelings

On August first I plan on changing my life and they way I have been living it for the last five years. I am over weight and so sick of looking at myself in the mirror and not being able to go shopping and like the way I look. Nothing gives me more anxiety and fear than needing to go clothes shopping. I avoid it at all cost and pretty much have been wearing the same clothes for as long as possible. I do not want sweats to be my main "go to" pants. If you know me personally you are probably sick and tired of hearing how sad I am and how I used to not be this big and blah blah blah.... All I have to say to myself is STOP IT. It's a saying someone close to me has said to me numerous times when I start acting a fool like this. STOP IT!

I will be doing video's on YouTube about my weight loss journey hoping that gives me the motivation to not only do it but stick with it. I will be blogging as well to let you in on my inner most thoughts and feelings about my journey and so that maybe if someone else feels this way they will know YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!! I REPEAT YOU ARE NOT ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been ashamed of my feelings and how I use food as a way to keep people away from me when all it has done is make me miserable. Let's be honest I want to look good and that is why it's hard to stay motivated but I know my health needs to be a front runner for this journey. I do not want my kids to watch me keep gaining weight and to tell them basically "do what I say not as I do" when it comes to healthy choices with food. The big problem I have is my small fiber neuropathy that causes pain in my feet and make it hard to be able to exercise. With every extra pound I have I know it adds to the pain in my feet as it is very heavy to carry this all around. Guy's I'm scared, I'm scared of failure, of relapsing back into my old habits and that this weight will haunt me for the rest of my life. However I am more scared that I will wake up and realize I've wasted my whole life being miserable. I've already wasted long enough! Please help me guys and lend any support you can and I promise to do the same for you in anyway you need me!

I want to remove this extra weight and be the person I feel like I am inside. I want healthy foods to fill my fridge without going bad or only being eaten by my husband and children. I hope I can use the fear of failure as the adrenalin I need to get through this!

My little man is doing wonderful! I had my 32 week appointment today and his heart rate was at 156! Hes growing so fast and I cannot wait to hold him in my arms! I went over my birth plan with my doctor and he agreed with everything on it! I'm going to make a YouTube video about it and post the link in my next entry. We are naming him Ramon after my husband so he will be the fourth! The middle name will not be announced until I have him so hold tight for that :) I will be packing my hospital bag in the next couple of weeks and cannot wait to be completely ready for him! I'm in the nesting stage so I'm getting more anxious about being ready for him. I want to know how many people would love to have another giveaway? I just did one on YouTube and think I'm going to do one that includes you guys too that don't watch my video's. I want to make it a really good one so what do you guys want? Long Time No Post

Hey everyone!! I know it has been a VERY VERY long time! I have been so sick this pregnancy and out of it! I wanted to come on here and see who checks my blog! I am in my 22 week and about to start physical therapy. I told my doctor about the horrible pains in my lower back and ligaments and he explained about the stretching getting worse with every pregnancy and that my spin is separating a little in the lower part sooooooooooo off to physical therapy for me! I will be blogging about that for those that are curious and may need the same thing. Sleeping is the hardest, I just cannot get comfortable and the pain is so deep and strong! Well I have good news though!!!!!!!!!! We had our ultrasound done yesterday and..................... IT'S A BOY!!!!! I knew it would be ;) we couldn't be happier and cannot wait to meet our little man :) I have not told youtube or facebook yet so if you are a reader you will be happy to know the news first :) In the ultrasound he wouldn't stop moving so we didn't really get too many pictures he wouldn't show a profile :( but the cute news is she called him a jumping bean! haha I LOVE IT! And he showed the goods what more could you want? He weighs 1 pound 1 ounce already and is measuring a head by a couple days!!! Go baby go baby go baby GO! haha
I hope everyone is doing well and good luck to all my TTC friends out there :) I 'm your personal cheerleader and cannot wait as each one of you get your BFP's! That's right everyone!!!!

Hey everyone update time!
It's CD 23 so I'm heading in the home stretch of this cycle. My thoughts on the fertility products I used this cycle are good happy thoughts!
The fertilaid helped me ovulate so much earlier this cycle than I've been used to and fertile CM have me fertile CM! The fertilitea was a must have as it helped me feel even better and warmed me up with a wonderful taste! The bend, breathe and conceive DVD is something I will use for years! Every time I want to relax I will use it (except when pregnant). I plan on keeping that and using it every time I try to conceive in the future, along with now since I'm still TTC. Now on to the fertile focus, it was so amazing to see the ferning on the microscope and was amazed at the accuracy. As I told you I used it and the ovulation test strips to check to see if there was a difference. I noticed the fertile focus was showing ferning a little before the ovulation test strips were showing completely positive. I find that to be a funny note as it widened the time we baby danced. It was so easy to use and its not expensive! I won time cost! Everyone I almost feel like crying!!! It is CD 14 a cycle day that is like any other as I NEVER ovulate on this day and NEVER have fertile CM on this day it is always later.... well at least since my miscarriage last September.... Today I have so much fertile CM its amazing! I really do owe it all to fertile CM! I am in shock so I desided to take an ovulation test strip and use my fertile focus saliva scope to see what they had to say and this was the result of the ovulation test strip...... yes its probably hard to see but if you can tell there are TWO count them TWO DARK lines on it... now yes the second line should be a little darker so probably either in a few hours or by tomorrow I should be "officially" ovulating! So on to the saliva scope the new product Im trying out from fairhaven health to see what it had to say and it still says transition like I told you guys.... I do not know how quickly transition can turn into fertile or what have you want to do more research cause I had just had a bowl of cereal and I wonder if food can affect it? Bless everyone that reads my blogs! I have been feeling so wonderful! I still am taking the fertilaid for woman and the fertile CM and I have been so happy! I have been feeling wonderful. I added a new tool to my belt..... fertili tea! isn't that just the cutest name you have ever heard? It tastes wonderful, almost like jasmine tea! It's herbal and its so warm I immidiatly smiled and enjoy ever last drop of my cup! It really is the greatest addition to my little belt of fertility tools :) I feel that I have a better quality of life with these products, that I get more out of life and that I can enjoy every minute of it. It's a new cycle today is cycle day 3, nearly over since it is almost midnight on my side of the world. The not so good news that is good news

Did the title make you wonder what I was talking about? It did the same to me too!!!
So you remember the ohhh so wonderful test result? I got a call stating that they forgot one more test and needed me to come back in so I did that. I should be finding out in the next couple of days whats going on but frankly they are checking my prolactin levels.... Let's hope that they are normal because the only causes for that is PCOS hypothyroid (which i do not have) and a tumor. Frankly the doctor is not worried she believes I have an "unexplained" infertility... Ramon will be tested hopefully soon but hes probably ok too! Let us hope!!! So she told me that I could have a prescription for clomid and that wipped the smile right off of my face. I told her about the fertilaid I was taking and she was sooo happy she was like well that will do it! Are you sure your not pregnant yet even? She told me that I have all the right hormones but they are not balanced right and the fertilaid will do wonders for me and I know she is right!!! I have already been feeling wonderful and cannot wait to try the tea! Oh did I mention I am going to be product reviewing tea aswell?! I'm so excited and cannot wait for my little delivery and tell you guys how I fare with that! So in the mean time I'm getting more and more excited about my fertilaid that I'm taking! TEST RESULTS!!!!

So here we go... drum roll please ok enough stalling LOL.....

The doctor said that I'm in perfect health, well as far as blood work goes. No diabetes, thyroid problem, amenia, and hormone levels are "perfect". So what is going on with me? I'm thinking my weight, I've gained so much its probably making me AF lighter than it should be. And honestly I do not understand what the doc means when she says my hormones are good level maybe they are just going to the wrong place because since I've been taking the fertilaid I have been feeling SO MUCH BETTER! I know that it helps I feel like things are balancing out the right way. SOOOO I'm going to the doctor again tomorrow to talk... maybe there is something wrong with me that doesn't show up in the blood? what could that be? hmmm well ok we shall figure this out! I'm going to keep taking the fertilaid because it IS helping fertile CM and doing the yoga DVD... and more as you will all be finding out soon! Next step is to also have Ramon get a semenanalysis done. It's no big deal we are sure he will "count" wonderfully! LOL I cannot believe I said that how corney! I wanted to tell everyone how amazing I have been feeling. I have been waking up earlier, lately I was feeling like I could sleep for 12 hours at a time and then some! But I have been waking up after 8 hours of sleep! And I'm not tired. I have also noticed, and maybe it sounds weird but I feel more feminine. I asked my husband what he thought and he said (being the loving man that he is) no not more feminine you have always been feminine but you do seem to care about yourself more. And it's true I have been looking in the mirror and liking more of what I see... now of course I still see my dark circle and area's of improvement but I haven't been focused on that, I focus on the fact that I feel prettier. Now what could this be? well honestly I feel that it is the fertilaid, it does say that it restores hormone balance, and I do feel low in estrogen, so wouldn't it make sense? Honestly it has only been sense I have been taking them that I have felt this way. I was watching out for signs that I felt better, was shocked when I felt better so soon and never expected to look better! Maybe it is my self esteem, maybe in feeling better I look better you know what I mean? TTC update!

Hey everyone it is CD 24 today! This should be a 32 or 31 day cycle I'm hopping according to my ovulation from CD 18. I have been feeling a few signs but I am not getting my hopes up any long especially since I've been let down so much. I'm just going to continue doing what I need to and taking steps to getting really healthy and waiting for my blood test results from my doctor to find out if I have thyroid problems or hormone problems or something like that. It is only like 6 dpo and even if I end up pregnant I am so worried about having another miscarriage that if I do end up pregnant I am going to be so careful and do everything I can. I know it is up to God and what is going to happen will. I just want to do my part to make sure everything is ok. I see everyone around me the ones struggling to conceive and the ones conceiving like nothing. And I know either way it is a precious gift when it does happen and we all could learn a thing or too from those that struggle of how important and precious it is. There is a group I pay attention to that is on youtube called 5 waiting wombs, they are a group of woman helping spread the word and support on infertility. They are now on facebook and I really like to watch the video's and if any of you struggle or don't or know someone that is you should really check it out. Spreading awareness is so important, even if you do not struggle with infertility someone in your life probably does! Learning about it helps support and hopefully the more we are aware the more we can do. Hey everyone I said I would update after my first day so here it is!!!
I successfully took the fertilaid and the fertile CM and even did the yoga DVD! can I tell you that I had no nausea and no negative side affects from the pills? In fact it helped me to make sure I got my 64 ounces of water that you're supposed to have daily!!! I took the fertilaid with my breakfast and I think that is a smart idea, I also took my first fertile CM with breakfast one with lunch and the third with dinner. It's so much easier having it on a schedule like that it makes it convenient and doesn't seem like I'm doing too much extra work. it's almost like really? I'm taking things to help my fertility? hmmm I didn't notice I was just enjoying my food! LOL So yes I was impressed, I always have to take my allergy pill first thing when I wake up and even thought I have horrible allergies I forget and its annoying to have to take it! Maybe I should try taking it with food too and seeing if it is as delightful as taking the fertilaid and the fertile CM?! Seriously though guys no problem here and VERY happy about it! I will update you guys soon on those to let you know if they continue being delightful and better yet if I see the positive affects as stated on the bottle like better quality and quantity of CM, and I'm sure a vitamin helps you feel better and lets keep our fingers crossed for a pregnancy out of this!
On to the yoga DVD.... I really enjoyed the atmosphere it brought, it was very calming, peaceful and relaxing. They explain the different breathing techniques you will be using so I suggests that before you begin make sure your nose is clear and you can breathe fine through it! They also recommend a few items that you should have during your workout, I did find that as some people may buy this DVD without knowing too much about yoga they should put on the website in the descriptions to make sure you buy a non slip mat. It's just better when you are fully prepared and do it properly like you see them do! I suggest that if you are not good following oral commands to watch it one time through and see what is happening because I kept trying to watch but that was breaking my concentration when the move was a position where I couldn't really be watching my TV. It was nice and the lady is so good at all the poses that its a blessing that they tell you an easier way to do some of the poses if your a beginner like myself. I really enjoyed trying it out and would recommend very highly to do the DVD when either no one is home or no one will be making noise as the DVD is so enjoyable as is so centered on relieving stress that you do not want your concentration to be broken or noise to penetrate the wonderfulness that is the calm this DVD can bring you. The wonderful thing I believe is that many people are not master yoga guru's so its a journey to learning and growing through this DVD, as there is also suggestions for more advanced poses, you can continue growing with this DVD and learning it and mastering it more and more. I mean lets be real if it was completely simple and blahhh would we want to keep using it?! The setting is outside and I like that I wished I could be where she was and enjoy the calm that was her surroundings and I was so grateful to her for giving me the opportunity to enjoy it in my own home. I cannot wait to continue with this DVD and learn how to master it more each day.... One more wonderful note about it that I have come to realise is that its probably best do do the yoga in the morning when you find time, it sets a nice mood for the rest of the day and the best part?! if you had a stressful day the end of the DVD has a 10 min relaxation part and you could pop it in if you already did your yoga for the day and just do the 10 min relaxation and find that ease and bring your mind back to calm before you go to bed for the night! Product review for fairhaven health #1

I have received a very wonderful opportunity to review some products for fairhaven health and cannot wait to get started! The products I am going to be reviewing are: Fertilaid for woman I take 3 a day and I currently have a one month supply. The next one is fertile CM which I am most excited about because my CM quality is low and not good quality and I cannot wait to find out if it improves it or not! The last product at the moment that I will be writing about is Bend, Breathe and conceive DVD. I have not done yoga for years so it claiming that its for all levels is exciting and I cannot wait to find out if that is true! As you know I have been trying to conceive for one year with no success and with these products I hope to give myself the edge that I need to become pregnant. I am going to do another post tomorrow after I try the DVD and let you all know how I feel about it.
