Hydraulic Roller bending machine

Hydraulic 3 roller plate bending machine is a hydraulic three-roller bending machine and used to pre-bending of end of plate , Rolling round, getting cone style and correct plate round as well as complete other processes at one feeding for all sorts of vessel carbon steel and low alloy steel plate as well as stainless steel under normal temperature without turning back.

The upper roller can move vertically and horizontally. Pre-bending is achieved by means of horizontal movement of upper roller to be in asymmetrical position relative to the lower roller.

Rolling round, it is proceeded with the motor and reducer to drive two lower rollers. As the elevation of lower roller is constant, it is very convenient to feed and operate. Detailed electrical schematic diagram will be provided and electrical wiring shall be made strictly as required by the drawings. Both ends of every connecting wire shall bear clear and intact number with marks of the same wire number with the connecting wire number put up on the wire terminals, which shall be indicated clearly on the electrical wiring schematic diagram.

Hydraulic Roller Bending Machine

All electrical parts of the equipment shall be superior quality products from noted enterprises and electrical protector parts shall be tested carefully before the installation to insure effective operation. Hydraulic units used for the equipment shall be products from chinese famous Company. The equipment shall run stably and control flexibly without blockage, leakage and abnormal noise. The paint surface shall be clean, level and shining brightly with even thick paint film while without flow mark, leakage and other defects.

The tipping frame shall be of hydraulic tipping type and high speed. Hydraulic transmission shall be applied for vertical displacement of upper roller and high mechanical transmission speed shall be applied for horizontal movement.

พลาสม่าเป็นสถานะที่ 4 ของสสาร (หลังจากของแข็ง, ของเหลว, แก๊ส) เกิดจากการกระตุ้นอิเล็กตรอนให้หลุดจากอะตอมของสสาร ทำให้เกิดพลังงานสูงมาก จนกลายเป็นพลังงานความร้อนที่นำมาใช้ในการตัดโลหะ

ข้อดีของพลาสม่าคือ สามารถตัดงานได้หนามาก โดยสามารถตัดสเตนเลสได้หนาถึง 3mm (ขึ้นอยู่กับกระแสไฟที่ใช้) และสามารถตัดได้ด้วยความเร็วสูงกว่าวิธีอื่นๆ

ข้อด้อยของพลาสม่าคือ ร่องตัดมีขนาดค่อนข้างใหญ่ และเอียง(เตเปอร์) ด้วยข้อด้อยเหล่านี้ ทำให้การตัดด้วยพลาสม่าไม่เหมาะกับงานที่ต้องการความละเอียดสูง

โดยทั่วไปแล้ว จะเหมาะกับงานหนา ที่มีรูปร่างไม่ซับซ้อน ยอมรับความคลาดเคลื่อนและความเอียงของสันชิ้นงานได้ประมาณ 1-3mm (ขึ้นอยู่กับความหนาชิ้นงาน และ ความสามารถของเครื่อง) หรือ หากเป็นงานหนาที่ต้องการความละเอียดมากขึ้น ก็อาจจะตัดด้วยพลาสม่า แล้วนำไปกลึง หรือ เจียร์แต่งเพิ่ม เพื่อให้ได้ขนาด และ ผิวชิ้นงานตามที่ต้องการ

The machine frame is all-steel welded structure, which is stress relieved to make the frame strong and free from deformation, and one-piece steel structure assures the optimum accuracy of the frame. Highly rigid parallel device ensures upper apron smooth operation to achieved maximum parallelism between upper and bottom apron and the smallest bending angle difference possible. Hexahedron guide plate has widen guide surface and extended guide plate to ensure guide surface not falling off the guide plate in movement. The machine has center correcting device to protect the central angle problem when bending full length. Equipped with numerical control then the accuracy can be reached. With special designed hydraulic circuit, the machine operates smoothly with no noise and high sensibility.
