<p><span>I started this journey with JENNY CRAIG to lose some of my weight left over after the birth of my third child. To most people it didn’t look like much but to me, boy, I felt like another person. <br /><br />Some people think that as a celebrity, I have a chef, personal trainer and nannies so I can do lunch with the girls all day. I wish! I am, like many of you, a busy working mother with three beautiful children who needs to ensure she is not only looking after her family but looking after herself.  Calling JENNY CRAIG for help was the best decision I ever made.  <br /><br />I did have a little help along the way – my very own JENNY CRAIG consultant - but the good thing is that everyone who joins JENNY CRAIG gets this – and it honestly makes the world of difference!<br /><br />JENNY CRAIG has provided me the tools to know what to eat, when to eat it and how much to eat – better eating habits for life.  And I’m making sure that what I learnt from JENNY CRAIG is passed on my family.<br /><br />So, I know you want to know… what did I do when I reached my goal?
