The Holiday edition of Muscle Mustang Magazine has hit the stands. We shot this Cover in Downtown Tampa, I am lucky enough to have had the opportunity to be on this cover in the past. But this is by far my favorite shoot for Muscle Mustang magazine. It has to be my favorite shoot due to the fact that I had my best friends as my stylists, I got to work with the Editor who gave me a tour of the Publication offices, and I got to play with the awesome cars there. For all the American Muscle car enthusiasts out there this is definitely a magazine to buy. And for myself a shoot to remember.

Hitting the stage in 2014

My last competition prep I focused on a holistic and clean diet. As well as circuit training & lifting weights. Incorporating BLOX into my recovery shakes certainly helped me get all my amino’s in. I’m getting ready for next season and focusing on building more lean muscle in the off season. I have been lifting heavier then I have ever been able to and I changed my entire training program around. Cant wait to hit the stage in 2014 and am so proud to represent BPI Sports!

Just wrapped up a shoot with Corona to be released in 2013, We had a great crew on set with us. The shoot was on Hollywood beach and in Delray, FL. We had the wonderful experience of shooting fun beach activities from Beach volleyball, biking, swimming etc. Keep an eye out for the print version this spring and summer.

Working in the fitness industry is one of my favorite things to do, I love to be inspired and I hope to one day inspire others. I have the pleasure of representing one of the Best Supplement companies in the world BPI Sports. I’m blessed to have them as a competition sponsor through my 2012 & 2013 season. Looking forward to this years Arnold Classic & Mr Olympia in Vegas.

We recently just wrapped up a Shoot for this years advertising which will not only be featured in fitness mags (like Shape, Mens Health & Womens Health) but in mainstream magazines like Star etc. And I had the pleasure of interviewing Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler for some fitness videos with Q&A this past week and cant wait to share them with you soon!
