Tudo começa e termina em vendas. Ao abrir uma empresa você pensa em vender produtos e serviços e obter lucro, ao vender você deve pensar em se relacionar da melhor forma com os clientes para que possa mantê-los e aumentá-los visando maximizar este lucro, e quando se pensa em relacionamento com clientes deve-se pensar também nos clientes internos, o bom relacionamento interno

Quando pergunto para vendedores qual valor eles levam para seus compradores (clientes) geralmente obtenho uma resposta típica, repleta de obscuridade. Quando eu pergunto para compradores, obtenho uma resposta inteiramente diferente. Geralmente, este valor que os compradores dão os vendedores são mínimos.

Há uma simples razão para que isso ocorra: grande parte dos vendedores levam somente
