Hey guys how are you? I was feeling really inspired by the hot weather and thought it was a justified reason to wear all of my brightest garments together. I think when it comes to neon, there are no boundaries in terms of how your pair it. I would say that colour blocking would be the easiest way to wear neon. When you become a pro at it, you can add patterns and prints into the mix. Just have fun with it!

Hello guys how have you been? We have had such GLORIOUS sunshine in London and boy oh boy has everyone been enjoying it! I absolutely soak in the hot weather I just enjoy it so much!

I think the weather can have such a big impact on your mood and we all know that our moods affect the way we dress. I for one am prime example of dressing according to my mood.

If I want to dress like a flower I will dress like a flower and I will be the best flower that ever did it. Beleeeee that!

With the hot weather I like to feel really completely comfortable so I try to wear things that don't cling to me too much. Also, due to England being such a temper mental country in terms of weather, I felt that it was more than necessary to drap my blazer over me. It can go from hot to cold in 0.10 seconds. Draping a blazer over your outfit is a good way to stay warm and stylish at the same time.

These silk trousers were perfect and very airy for the warm weather. I will be packing this ensemble on holiday with me! I'm going to the dominican Republic in the month of june for my annual 'best friend holiday' with Roberta. I think I'll vlog (video blog) everyday so you guys can get to see a bit of what we get up to. Would that be a good idea?

I think its better when I put up high re images from the shows this year rather than the images that I've taken as I didn't bring my camera with me this fashion week and all my pictures were taken with my iphone!

Many designers seemed to have a spring pep in their step this season which has sometime left me confused but none the less in love. This collection has a bit of a retro orientation to it but I really loved it.

The Zoe Jordan catwalk show was the first to open up for fashion week at sommerset house. With a 10am start, I'm sure the little to no one felt groggy due to the shock of colour, metallic and stylish ensambles that eased through the catwalk.

Playing into the cocoon shoulder trend. My favourite trend this season.

Yesterday I went out for my best friends older sisters birthday! We went to the lounge in central London which is basically a private cinema where they serve you a 3 course meal along with cocktails and drinks whilst you watch your film. We had a great time and its great to get out of the house having had tonsilitis again. I've been feeling down lately so I wore some really bright colours to create a positive aura.Funily enough it actually worked! We watched the film 'flight' with denzel washington even though it was my second time watching it this week, it was quite humorous to see roberta (my best friend) and jennifer (her cousin)'s faces. This is not how I wanted to wear my shoes for the first time but I like that it added to the candy coated theme that my outfit was headed towards. Also can I say that these shoes are fairly comfortable. I wore them for about 5 hours and they were comfy for the first 3 then killed after. Bear in mind that I walked in them for about 30 mins. Way better that Louboutins. Also I'm loving the 'my coat is on but not really on' trend. I'll blog more about it later.

How cool are these shoes that my best friend roberta got me for my birthday? She always gets me the best presents and I'm grateful to have a friend like her. These shoes remind me of a better version of charlotte olympia shoes. Nicholas Kirkwood is known for his crazy, fashion forward designs but I think these is a less amplified version of 'crazy' in whichever context. Although I must admit he did true to his brand with the lime/acid yellow snake skin on the platform and heel on these shoes and this is something that makes this shoe and his other shoe designs unique. Can't wait to rock these during fashion week!

Yesterday (saturday 2nd of Feb) was my 22nd. I celebrated by dining is Gauchos in sloane sq with 7 of my closest friends. I had an AMAZING time. All of my friends dressed to the nines. When it come to class they know when to turn up! Here are some of the pictures from last night.

I decided to design a dress to wear for my birthday. I was sick an tired of purchasing the generic aqua by aqua dress so I wanted to design somethin the oozed elegance and class.

So that concludes the night! I had a GREAT time! Thanks to all who came.

Lipsinka shoes - Louboutin Advice

Hey guys! I wanted to do this post to show you my Louboutin lipsinka's in detail. I'm so in love with these shoes and I never really got to introduce them to everyone lol. I love shoes more than I love bags and clothes I think... I think.

I just feel like killer shoes can turn up ANY outfit if styled properly and I feel like investing in a pair of designer shoes is not a bad idea. Shoes CAN be timeless and last a very long while if treated with proper love and care so I think if you invest in a pair of designer shoes buy a pair of shoes that you will actually wear. I know so many people that buy expensive things and don't use/wear them which makes no sense at all. Material items are perishable and you're not going to die with them so enjoy them whilst you can.

I have 2 pairs of louboutins. 1 pair of nude patent 120mm pigalles and black leather 120mm lipsinka heels. Hopefully my collection will grow as time goes on and it is my birthday on saturday HINT INT NUDGE NUDGE.

Louboutin measure their shoes im millimeters (mm) so 120mm its about 4 1/2 inches which is pretty high for a shoe with no platform but I love how elegant they look! they do sell this type of shoe with a platform "Pigalle Plato" but I'm not the biggest fan!

If you really want a pair of pigalles or louboutins and you have the money for them buy them as soon as you can! Honestly they are so hard to find and you'll be so lucky to find your size. As louboutin isn't a mass production brand (and example of a mass production brand is Topshop. They produce thousands of the same item louboutin doesn't do this) finding your size in the style you want can can be hard and if you have big feet like me you will have trouble as most shops only get deliveries of one of each size per style.

Also, these pointy style shoes come up very big so you'll have to go a size down (I recommend trying them on first)

(I know I know, they need to be re-heeled)

Seeing all the Pre fall is getting me so excited for AW13 fashion week. This is the stuff that gets me buzzing. Designer jena theo (who are actually two people. Jena and Theo) represented by goodley PR were right on trend. Their garments were orientated around soft prints and establishments that were to die for. The laid back approach that came across with their garments was so attractive as it represented realism. During fashion week designers forget that even though their pieces are works of art, they have to be worn by functioning human beings! I think that's something that Jena and Theo understand which is why their pieces are so easy on the eye! There was nothing that I saw that I didn't like!

I managed to run behind stage to get some candid photos of the models, designers hair and make up. I was such a great experience as you could really see all the effort that goes into the shows. Also, the designers were so friendly and welcoming in explaining the vision and inspiration behind the collection.

During LFW I never really got to post from the shows that I attended. Reason being because my camera packed up but I've just rummaged through and found some images from the Christinan Blanken show. I've attended Christian Blanken's AW12 and SS13 and will hopefully get to attend the AW13. What I love about Christian is that he creates pieces for every niche. He has every type of fabric included in his collections which means there is something for everyone. I love the pop of colour he used as well as they flowly fabrics, metalics and chiffon. Also, his stuff is fashion forward and completely on trend and is definitely something that I will buy into! When I get a bit more moeny this is the brand I will be rocking. MAKEUP - Affordable lip glosses and lipsticks

I've been told a couple of times to do a blogpost on affordable make up. Its easy to understand why people would want to see such a post because everything is so expensive these days and I LOVE a bargain myself so I thought this blogpost would be a helpful one as I love make up nearly as much as I love clothes!
This post is going to be pretty long and I'm really sorry about that but it should be really beneficial. You can buy ALL of these products from superdrugs but I will list the concession brands that they come from so they may be easier for you to find/buy (if you live internationally). I usually like more expensive lipsticks because of the packaging and cheaper drugstore brands usually put these ugly thieve protecting stickers on it that just ruins the look. I've just realised that I left some lipsticks and glosses out but I honestly cannot be bothered as this post took a million years to do.

REVLON LIP BUTTER - RASPBERRY PIE Price £5-£7

This colour looks very pink in pictures but it has a very berry undertone. The lip butters are like heavy/ thick based lip balms but have high coverage like a lipstick. I really love them as they are very moisturising for the lips. This lip butter has a very high lustre (shine)

REVLON LIP BUTTER - PINK TRUFFLE £5-£7

The same as before but in a nude colour. I love this for when I do very heavy eye make up. Its very simple, classy and classic. It also has a very high lustre. I do find that I have to reapply a lot though but I guess thats the difference between this and some MAC lipsticks.

RIMMEL LONDON - VINTAGE PINK (£5-£6)

This is a very cute and girly lipstick with a baby pink base and a very slight lilac undertone. The coverage is quiet full and has a medium lustre.

RIMMEL LONDON - DIVA RED (£5-£6)

I dont really like this lipstick LOL I dont know I think the lustre is too high and it clashes with my skin. Not my favourite but it has a high coverage.

RIMMEL LONDON - SLOANE'S PLUM (£5-£6)

This lipstick is a high lustre purple berry kind of lipstick. Does that even make sense? Anyway I like it lol

KATE MOSS FOR RIMMEL LONDON - 01

I didn't even know I had this lipstick but its ok I guess. It has a low lustre and has a nice rouge colour.

KATE MOSS FOR RIMMEL LONDON - 107 (£5-£6)

This is a red lipstick is a cranberry tone. I LOVE this lipstick so much but it doesn't suit me! I dont know if its in my mind but It makes me look proper ugly and nobody has time to look ugly! But anyway its gorgeous. The only thing I dont like is its floral smell. I hate make up thats has a light fragrance to them.

COLORSENSATIONAL - VELVET BIEGE 630 (£7-£7.50)

I just got this today from tesco lol I really like this lipstick I think I'll be using this as a daily lipstick. it has a medium lustre. (sorry I forgot to remove the red lipstick off my hand)

RIMMEL LONDON VINLY MAX LIPGLOSS - 701 outrageous

(£5-£7)

My all time favorite lipgloss!! My go to when it comes to any make up look! It has a slight minty/menthol feeling so it makes your lips feel very soft. It has a full coverage and a high lustre.

COLORSENSATIONAL CREAMGLOSS - NUDE PEARL 622

(£5-£7)

I would say that this is a buildable lipgloss. The more you put on the more it will have a fuller colour like a lipstick. I wear it on top of some of my lipsticks. I had that is has this tangerine smell like why can lips glosses just be unscented?!?!

REVLON COLOURBLAST - CRYSTAL CHIC 002

I like this lipgloss. it reminds me of the Chanel one that I have and love! The only thing that I dont like is this metallicy/ultra shine look that is has. I dont even know if I'm making sense :s

Hey guys! How are we? I hope everyones new year is going well! These days I'm so happy and I honestly think its because I've been more spiritually involved with God! I'm trying to be so positive you know, the whole my glass half full thing and its really working! I've cut all the things that have made me unhappy in life and focused in the things that do make me happy and its actually working! This year will be orientated around achieving my desired career role, maintaining a consistent relationship with God as well as my family and friends and to have a more positive outlook on life! Hope this post doesnt seem like ive rolled out of high school musical LOL!

Cold Cold Cold

I went shopping the other day and it was so cold! I ended up trading these heels for my dirty 'white' converse as central london was so busy! Everyone was barging me and starring in my face so I decided to leave lol Hopefully my next trip will be more successful! my skin no longer has that lovely holiday glow as the cold has dried it all up :( P.S I think I want to take my braids out! I hate when they look messy! Messy hair makes me feel ugly lol is it just me?
