&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cup soft butter or margarine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 cup brown sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 eggs&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1- 3.4oz. instant vanilla pudding mix&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp. vanilla extract&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 1/4 cup all purpose flour&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cup instant oats&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tsp. baking soda&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp. salt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cup chopped malted milk balls&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3/4 cups chopped English toffee&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add one egg at a time, beating well after each one. Then add the vanilla and pudding mix. Combine the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt and then add that mixture to the other. Next, fold in the toffee and milk balls. Drop, 2 inches apart by tsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake for about 13 minutes or till browned. Let cool a couple minutes before removing to a cooling rack or plate. Should make about 6 dozen cookies. Yummmmmmmmmmmm!&lt;br /&gt;
