The Kast off Kinks play a unique show featuring special guests Robyn Hitchcock, Bruce Foxton of The Jam, and other well-known artists, as part of Ray Davies' Meltdown.The band consists of ex-members Mick Avory on drums, John 'Nobby' Dalton on bass and Ian Gibbons on keyboards, as well as Dave Clarke (formerly of the Noel Redding and Tim Rose bands) on vocals and guitar. They have previously been joined on stage by other ex-Kinks including John Gosling and Jim Rodford, whilst on occasion, Ray Davies has been known to sing with the band.They perform over two hours of Kinks tracks, with the first half featuring selections from Arthur, Muswell Hillbillies and Everybody's in Showbiz, and the second half dedicated to hits and rarities.Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances Steve Diggle will now not be able to perform.
