People write in, asking me what an open relationship exactly is. It’s exactly that – open.

It means that each partner is free to have sex with some one else openly, no hiding, being devious or cheating. It means that both partners have an greement to be sexually free, even if they are married.

Often these type of  relationships take place between married people after being in a relationship for many years. Both agree that they want to live together, share finances, care for the grand kids and generally get old together but have sexual freedom.

Some people think it’s a cool set up but when in practice they can’t deal with the truth of it. Usually one partner is left feeling jealous and insecure, even though they agreed to it.  It’s not unusual for one partner to accept the situation because they don’t really want to leave or still love their partner, so they just go along with the arrangement. This can turn out to be hurtful so open relationships are only recommended for  couples that can deal with the consequences of it.

Generally though healthy relationships in western society are monogomous. In an open realtionship a woman can feel free to seduce a man and bring him home to the house she is living in with her current partner. Sometimes this even leads to a threesome in the bedroom. Personally I’ve encountered a couple of relationships where this type of freedom was being practised. Seems exciting and open minded but at the end there was resentment and pain and the relationship didn’t survive. Now I’m not saying this is the case all the time.

Some couples realise that they want sexual freedom but have a deep bonding with their partner based on friendship. They both agree to be together and have an open ended relationship.

Is it a good idea to have an open ended relationship? Can’t say, it all depends on the couple.

A man was sitting on the edge of the bed, watching his wife, who was looking at herself in the mirror. Since her birthday was not far off he asked what she’d like to have for her birthday.

‘I’d like to be six again’, she replied, still looking in the mirror .

He leaned over his wife with a big smile and lovingly asked, ‘Well Dear, what was it like being six again?’

Her eyes slowly opened and her expression suddenly changed.

‘I meant my dress size, you f—ing retard!!!!’

Great men are hard to find. So when you find one, don’t ruin your chances by making these deadly mistakes. Remember, attractive men have dated a lot of women so they know what’s going on. The result? They’ll disappear before you realize you’ve done anything wrong.

• Mistake #1:
  Sharing your feelings with him too early

Men love their freedom and independence ­ no mysteries there! So when you announce that you love him, it often sets off a trigger that you might be

  Trying to push it too far too soon

It’s natural to wonder about the nature of your relationship, “Does he want more? Or is this just a fling?” But remember, if you start talking about
marriage after only 12 months, you could ruin your chances to take things further. And if you don’t live together, cooking dinner or doing his laundry
isn’t a good idea.

A nice meal once in a while is okay, but don’t make it a regular thing. Yes, it’s true, many men are scared of commitment; but just because they don’t want it now, doesn’t mean they don’t want to settle down. They just need time.

• Mistake #3:
  Being too available

You might think this is playing a mind game or being manipulative, but putting your best side forward is also manipulative.

Why? Because it’s done to get a desirable outcome. This is simply a reminder to be who you were before you met the man and continue to be that person,
rather than use trickery.

Remember that your busy, interesting and fun life only has so much time for him, no matter how much you like him. And remember, men love a challenge, so this actually works in your favor.

  Not being yourself

Men love confident women with a strong sense of self-worth. Unfortunately, women often try to guess how the man wants them to act and try to
accommodate his mold, which leaves very little room for your own personality to shine. (And yes, men do this too.) In other words, they love her strength. It’s very attractive.

• Mistake #5:
  Appealing to his sexual side too much

Believe it or not, it’s NOT make-up, dyed hair, pretty clothes or even nice shoes that attract men, not into a successful long-term relationships
anyway! While “looks” is the obvious factor that seems to get an instant response from men, long-term success comes with finding a man who
admires and respects you regardless of your exterior. If your man only likes you for your looks, then he doesn’t really love you.

So there you have it. The 5 big mistakes that women make while they’re dating men. Avoid these mistakes and you’ll dramatically increase the chances of succeeding with him.

The bad bacteria has no resistance and can live happily ever after.I’m not saying never wash, just be reasonable. Rinsing with warm water on the outside is good enough. You don’t need to get in there and rinse!
• Underwear
  Get your self some sexy cotton under wear. This gives the good bacteria a chance to breath so it can continue to provide immunities to the bad bacteria.  So think about it next time you want to swaddle your bod into skin tight jeans. Your nunu needs to breathe.
  
• Food
  Ah food is one of my next favorite subjects besides men, love and sex. What you eat contributes a lot to whether you will have bacterial vaginosis or not. (I have another blog where I’ve written the truth about nutrition, feel free to read it.)

• Punctual – so although he’s lied to you, up until now he was always on time so you give him a 100 points.

• Attraction -  you feel a bit attracted but it’s not like, oh my God, get moist between the legs  just thinking about him, so you give him 60 points.

Are you wondering whether men want naked or hairy fannys?

Well according to my research men do like a hair free zone, especially for kissing and licking your honey pot. But not all men want a nunu that is completely naked. I’ve had men tell me a totally bare cookie is like looking at a very young cookie and they want to know and feel like they are with somebody that is legal.

Then on the other hand there are guys that love big hair. If it wasn’t so there wouldn’t be a whole niche in the porno industry for those that like it hairy.

As for me I keep it bare around the anus and actual cookie part with a racing stripe above. I find it is hygenic. But God gave us hair for a reason and that is to protect our intimate part. Considering wer’e highly civilised and not living our lives naked we don’t really need that hair. After all we’ve got Victoria’s Secret to cover up with.  My friend who loves going to nudist places keeps her natural bush, just trimmed neatly at the sides so those hairs don’t peek out onto her thighs when she is in a bathing suit.

So then let’s take a look at the different methods for keeping the hair styled down there.

Shaving

1. Before you get out the razor – stop. Get a pair of scissors and cut off the hair first. cut as close to the skin as you can. Other wise shaving will take a long time and cause you suffering. First cut hair with scissors.
2. Now that you’ve cut off as much hair as possible get ready to shave. You need to get your skin soft and free of irritants before you proceed to shave. The best way is to immerse yourself into a nice warm bath. The warm water will soften the hairs and your skin. You could also take a warm shower, spraying the warm water onto the are which you want to have hair free. Afterwards you should dry yourself and then begin the shaving ritual.  But I’ll admit I shave whilst I’m still in the bath.
3. You need to generously apply shaving cream to the genital area. Don’t use your mans shaving cream. If you must use his razor use one which he has already used or the blade will be to sharp. Use a shaving cream that is free of perfume. A  porno star told me that vaseline works wonderfully. I tried it out and it really did prevent rashes.  Take your time to shave your genitals. Shave in the direction of your hair. You may have to shave over the are more than once to get a completely smooth skin.
4. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
5. Give your pubic area some loving attention with a good natural skin oil. Aloe Vera and vitamin E are wonderful for sensitive skins. If you are planning on a love making session after shaving then wash away all oils and lotions if you are using condoms to prevent pregnancy.  The reason being that latex is affected by lotions and oils, thereby becoming more porous.

Waxing
Is a method for removing the hair with warm wax. The procedure can be painful but when executed by a pro is over quickly. Also you are hair free for a couple of weeks and the new hair grows out less bristly than from a shaved job.

1. Brazialian
   This term was invented in Brazil where beauty salons offered to do a bikini wax removing hair around the anus and labia so that there was nothing sprouting out of the tanga.
2. Full Brazialian
   All the hair is removed, the genitals are completely naked – like the day you were born.

Something which makes me cringe is when I see young girls or even grown women chasing the opposite sex.  (Not to say that I haven’t been guilty of this behaviour myself!)

In all my years of observing men and women I’ve noticed that men need to be the pursuers. I Know this concept seems so old fashioned as we are living in a liberated age, we as women have voting rights, earn money and pretty much get to do what we want – well at least here in the west.

My observations have led me to believe that men are hunters and when women lay down at their feet they’ll just toy with them. Much like a cat with her killed mouse – throwing it up in the air and then walking away to never look at the thing again.

Now I know that men can be shy, which doesn’t surprise me – they’ve been told not to come across as a pervert. So it can make communication difficult. And yes I know you have the right to like a man and to even to pursue him. But how will you feel if he rejects you?

My main reason for being hard to get is firstly to protect yourself from rejection and secondly if he’s into you he won’t just give up like that. Obviously show that you’re interested. Flirt with him, enjoy the converstaion but don’t hope and expect that now you’ll be married for ever. Cause chances are he won’t ask you for your phone number or if he does he might not call you. He may call you and even go out with you and you’ll be feeling over the moon and then he may never call you again.

Don’t make excuses as to why he never called you – it’s not like he’s too busy or lost your number – he’s just not that into you. Accept it and move on. Don’t call with a lame excuse you just look silly in his eyes and are making your self vulnerable for feeling hurt.

In  fact in my observations I’ve even noticed that in long standing happy relatonships the men were the pursuers of the woman. And even after x amount of years the woman is not a doormat and the man still is chasing her in a more subtle way. It’s not game playing – it’s just the way we as humans seem to be wired.

So my advice is play hard to get.

It’s come to my attention that many women have no idea how a penis functions. Yeah we all know it’s a genital that is used for urinating and having sex. But do you know what to do with a penis so that he is putty in your hands?

There is an art to handling a penis!

Even though men are tough on the outside they love special attention to their tool box.

The glans is  sensitive and especially the frenulum.

Most men born in Europe are uncircumsized. It is common for men in the USA and other countries to be circumsized.

Jewish men are circumsized due to religious reasons. If you read the old testament you’ll learn that men were required to get circumsized as a bonding act to God.

As you can see in this diagram a circumzised penis has had the foreskin removed.  In western countries this is done after birth. In some other countries circumsicion is a ritual that is done when boys become men. It is very painful.

Uncircumsized men are a lot more sensitive in the frenulum and glans area than uncircumsized men.

But all men love attention to their private part.
