I am excited to share with you some of my thoughts and expertise in the world of skin care, cosmetics and especially inner beauty.

It is a gorgeous day here in Mendocino on this first week of the new decade and we celebrated a Blue Moon, too!  We are beautifully poised to start any project or intention we wish.

From this auspicious beginning I offer you this suggestion:

Take a moment today to take 6 deep breaths from your deep belly, through your nose, and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Visualize your 2010 self. Who will you be this year? What are your beauty and wellness goals? How do you look? How does that make you feel? Anything you don’t like?  Why just re-vision to your hearts content….

There, don’t you feel and look great? Practice often for magical results!
In an instant we can experience positive change that was easy and enjoyable to achieve.

Let’s have a great year and work together to look and feel our best!
