I know that there are so many products out there on the web that seem to promise you the world when it comes to your divorce and child custody battles. Unfortunately, many of these product/downloads/services don't always deliver or they are full of divorce advice and information that you can find for free all over the internet on websites just like this one. So at the request of several visitors to The Mens Divorce Headquarters, I am going to attempt to give my most unbiased opinion on whether these divorce products are really worth the money. This post will be constantly updated as I buy and review the many divorce products that are out there. And if you have a particular request, do not hesitate to request a review. I will get to all the requests as soon as I can.

Just like any other aspect of your divorce you need to be prepared when going into your first consultation/meeting with a divorce attorney. There are certain questions that you need answers to from the beginning, and, in return, the divorce attorney will need some vital information in order to better understand your case. If you don't make the best out of this first consultation, it is like dropping off a blank check at the front desk and turning around and going home. Ask questions!! Choosing the right divorce attorney for your case is crucial!

Often, under the guidance of her divorce attorney, your wife might try to make false accusations of threats and/or abuse against you. It is your job to prevent this from happening or at least take the necessary steps to have the evidence to fight those accusations. The best advice is to never put yourself in the position where your wife and her divorce attorney can gain the upper hand by presenting lies about you.

Includes such issues as father's rights, choosing a divorce attorney, the roller coaster of emotions that comes with a divorce, and a whole lot more. I recommend it as it illustrates a lot of the points that I talk about throughout this site.

When you hire a divorce attorney you cannot assume that he/she is a child custody lawyer. Child Custody is a specialized field in family law that requires knowledge that basic attorneys do not have, and unless you ask them specifically, they will probably not tell you that until it is too late. So if you know that there is going to be a battle for custody in your divorce, then make sure you choose your attorney accordingly. It's not as hard as you may think, and may only require that you ask the right questions when talking to a lawyer for the first time.
