			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many people I know love eating out at different cafes and restaurants. They love trying out new places almost as much as they love returning to their old favorite spots. They love trying new menu items and discovering new ways to eat the foods they enjoy the most. Eating out can be both a wonderful and very dangerous thing.</p>
<p>In America we are blessed to have restaurants dotting the streets of many streets in towns and cities of all sizes. We are rarely at a loss for places to eat out. One of the greatest things about eating out is that it saves time that many busy people do not have to waste. After spending long hours at our workplaces, few people have the time or energy to return home and cook a gourmet meal. Eating out seems to be a great solution at the end of a long, tiring day.</p>
<p>Eating out can also be great because we can try a wide variety of foods and drinks that we don&#8217;t have the ability to make ourselves. No one loves eating the same basic foods over and over again, so eating out can be a good way to give our tastebuds something new.</p>
<p>However, if we are not careful, eating out can also be dangerous for a couple of big reasons. First, we must use caution in eating out for the sake of our health. Most restaurants and cafes offer huge portions of items that are unhealthy to eat and drink. Eating out often means filling up on appetizers, a main course, a few high calorie beverages, and a dessert to finish off the evening. Think about how many calories you can consume during a meal like this. I am not, of course, saying that we should never enjoy eating out. I am, however, saying that we need to be careful, for our health&#8217;s sake, about eating out too frequently. We must be careful to watch our choices when we are eating out. Choose healthier items or commit to only eating half of the meal you choose. There are ways of eating out healthily, it just takes conscience effort.<br />

Another huge reason to be careful about eating out too often is your pocketbook and budget. It is no secret that eating out costs more, on average, that cooking meals in your own home. It is easy to accumulate large bills, especially at nicer places. So be careful that you stick to a budget when you make plans for eating out.</p>
<p>Beware. Eating out can be one of the greatest pleasures or one of the most dangerous things. Enjoy it, but do it with caution.</p>

<p>Peoples lives have become so busy and rushing around, that we no longer eat the way we should. In some places, there is a McDonalds on every major corner, if not some other fast food restaurant. <p>Because food is so processed these days to make it faster to cook, as well as more convenient for the way our lives have become, it is actually not as good for you as it once was. Recently the food administration even changed the food pyramid to coincide with how we eat these days and food is made. They are suggesting more whole grains than ever before, as well as vegetables. This may sound like what has been told to children for years, but even whole grains are deceiving on packaging these days. With all the new diets out there for low carb, no carb, low fat, no fat, etc., foods are coming out that say whole grain but are just as processed as its white counterpart. They are made with enriched wheat. This process takes out all the nutrients and other things that take time to digest for a healthy life. Reading the ingredient is a good way to find the real whole grain product. They are now more expensive than the over processed product because manufacturers could make the enriched version cheaper and faster. Dont eat the bread if you can stand not too. Its along the lines of the South Beach Diet but thats where lots of your weight gaining properties are. Dont get anything fried, this includes French fries, onion rings, or even fried chicken. Get a diet pop, tea, or water. Avoid the desert and the salad, both have sugar in them and I dont just mean in the toppings. Watch Super Size Me for a real eye opener. The show is on McDonalds but you can bet that all fast food restaurants are basically the same. Limit how often you eat fast food to once per week, if that fast. Get a wrap at Subway instead of a toasted sub. Less bread and just as filling with all the fixings you want. When you get pizza, get vegetables on it so you arent just eating bread, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. Remember just how bad fast food is for you, your waistline, and your cholesterol. Even if you are fifteen, you should be thinking about how it will affect you later in life. Starting early will make it easier on your body as you age.</p>
<p>Eating at Home<br />

The best thing to do is find a way to cook meals most nights of the week. This can take planning and team work. Have at least one non-meat dish every week. It doesnt have to be fish or seafood either. Dont use fast cooking rich to go with your meals. Those are again loaded with carbohydrates, which take your body longer to break down and will make you hungry sooner than you should be. Plan weekly meals so that you can cook casseroles and other easy to reheat dishes early in the week for days you will not have time to cook. Utilize your crock-pot and get a recipe book for it. You can make just about anything in a crock pot these days and have a good meal when you get home. Have salad a few times a week with dinner, but watch how much dressing you put on it. Have desert, but make it Jell-O. Indulge once in a while to though and it wont feel like you are depriving yourself of anything.</p>

Bromelain is one of several compounds known as proteolytic enzymes, all of which aid in the digestion of protein. Bromelain supplements are now included in some of the natural hair care products. The plant enzyme bromelain has yet to get the hair care product recommendations. But there is more to bromelain than hair care.</p>
<p>The natural plant enzyme bromelain obtained from the pineapple is known to provide a number of health benefits as discussed below.</p>
<p>Bromelain Research<br />
By 1891, researchers identified the proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which they found in the fleshy part of the fruit. This enzyme was discovered to break down protein, and as such, is still used to day as a natural meat tenderizer and digestive aid. By 1957, bromelain was widely recognized and research also began into such areas as muscle and tissue inflammation, burn recovery, infection, and even sinus problems.</p>
<p>The most recognized use for bromelain is as a digestive aid. This enzyme is commonly used in cases in which an individuals own digestive enzymes are deficient, frequently resulting from pancreatic disorders. In such cases, bromelain supplements can relieve gastrointestinal symptoms including bloating, gas, pain and cramps from indigestion and diarrhea. Studies show that proteolytic enzymes like bromelain may also indirectly relive food allergies thought to occur from a condition called leaky gut, in which whole protein molecules from foods leak into the blood causing an allergic or immune response. Bromelains digestive properties are particularly enhanced when used along side other enzymes such as amylase that digests starch and lipase, necessary for fat digestion. Some laboratory studies suggest that bromelain may also be useful for reducing bad intestinal bacteria.</p>
<p>Bromelain is so effective at digesting protein that workers who frequently cut the fruit often lose their fingerprints to the active properties of the enzyme. As well as this fruits amazing digestive qualities, it is also an excellent source of vitamins A and vitamin C, a benefit the Spaniards took advantage of on their many extended trips out to sea.</p>
<p>The fibrous nature of pineapple however, is also known to relieve constipation, as well ancient cultures frequently used pineapples to cure jaundice and kill intestinal parasites. Ripe pineapple juice is well known as a remedy to induce menstruation and relieve painful periods. Bromelains photolytic properties also make this enzyme a natural blood thinner. The digestive substance in the enzyme breaks down the blood clotting protein called fibrin, which inhibits circulation and prevents tissues from effectively draining.</p>
<p>European studies have consistently shown that bromelain is also an excellent treatment for those recovering from sports injuries and in tissue repair necessary after surgery.</p>
<p>Evidence suggests that some supplemental enzymes in particular can be absorbed directly into the circulatory system in their active form where they then exhibit anti-inflammatory and pain relieving actions.</p>
<p>Bromelain has proven especially effective when applied directly to the skin to remove dead tissue resulting from severe burns that have reached all skin layers. These third-degree burns as they are known, are extremely susceptible to infection and swelling. The digestive properties of the bromelain cleanse the areas and remove the excess dead tissue and as well, its anti-inflammatory properties may help to reduce the pain caused by swelling. Countries such as Japan and Taiwan and in the state of Hawaii where pineapples are abundant, widely recognize bromelain as a remedy to cleanse wounds. Another interesting use for bromelain may be as a cough suppressant and nasal decongestant.</p>
<p>Commercial Bromelain: Dosage<br />
Commercial bromelain products for treating number of human and animal disorders are now available in the market.Health professionals suggest that while choosing a commercial a bromelain product, choose the enzyme supplement that uses a variety of other enzymes. It is best to blend enzymes with activity units at various pH levels to assure maximum effectiveness.</p>
<p>According to experts, in most cases, bromelain should only be taken for between 8 and10 days. There are two recognized drug reactions with bromelain. This enzyme is said to enhance antibiotics. One study shows that amoxicillin blood levels are increased when combined with bromelain. Additional studies show that the antibiotic tetracycline is better absorbed when used in conjunction with bromelain, however researchers say that further investigation is still necessary since studies in this area are conflicting.<br />
<span id="more-1447"></span><br />
If you are taking the herbs gingko, ginger, vitamin C or garlic or medications such as aspirin or warfarin, a common blood thinner, bromelain could potentially increase the risk of bleeding. It is therefore best to avoid this enzyme. In any case, if you are taking any type of prescription medication, it is always best to speak with a health professional prior to adding any herbs or supplements since interactions are often common.</p>

You are invited to &#8220;Get the perfect abs in 10 minutes a day&#8221; or even &#8221; Have a sculpted body in no time.&#8221; Each machine claims to use cutting edge technology with the express purpose to get you in shape and lose pounds with a minimal effort. Oh boy! If it was only that simple.</p>
<p>We all desire to look great and feel healthy but you have to put some work in. This usually takes the form of a vigorous exercise schedule combined with a properly balanced diet. In order to lose weight and achieve a well toned body you will have to burn calories on a regularly basis. You don&#8217;t have to be a genius to figure that out.</p>
<p>There is a plethora of fitness equipment on the market and most are just fads which are fashionable for a few months then disappear never to see the light of day again. There is, however, one that is still a major player, and that is the treadmill. Torso Track, Total Gym 1000/2000, Ab Sculptor, Ab Rockers, Ab Doers, Slam Man, Thighmasters, Toning System, Door Gym, Orbitrek are the latest thing one day and then forgotten the next.</p>
<p>You may ask yourself why you never see treadmills sold on infomercials? The reason is simple. It is because it is not a high profit, hyped up, exercise gadget, which is more the product of clever marketing than a serious piece of exercise equipment. Most infomercial equipment is designed for just one purpose, to make as much money as soon as possible before people discover that they don&#8217;t work. Most of the price of this equipment is used in order to market it.</p>
<p>So who would possibly want to buy this stuff? Usually it is people who mistakenly believe that there are shortcuts to weight loss and getting in shape. Achieving your fitness goals requires that you put in some work and the results will not happen over night. No machine is going to produce the results you desire without commitment from yourself.<span id="more-1444"></span></p>
<p>Have you ever seen any infomercial equipment at a health club? No, because they don&#8217;t work and they&#8217;re not built to last. What you will see, however, are a number of treadmills, often with people waiting their turn to use them.</p>
<p>It really boils down to this. Getting fit is really the prodcut of two things &#8211; time and effort. The more time and effort you put into exercising the more calories you are going to burn and the more weight you will lose. If you are looking for fitness equipment that will maximize your efforts, then a Treadmill is the obvious choice.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When someone joins my personal coaching program, one of the first things I ask them to do is to describe exactly what their body is going to look like once I help them reach their goal weight. I ask them to do this in writing  not over the phone, and heres why</p>
<p>Deeply imbedded negative thoughts are what cause us to have difficulties in any weight loss or health enhancement program  in fact, our past failures can almost always be traced back to negative thoughts that we didnt even realize we had.</p>
<p>Most of our negative thinking comes out when we write things down on paper (or on the computer).</p>
<p>I challenge you to write out 10 brief descriptions about how your body will look in 30 days if you were coached by someone like me  someone who knows exactly how to transform the human body no matter what stage of the game youre currently at.</p>
<p>Go ahead, take a moment and write out what your face would look like, what your arms would look like, what your legs and your butt would look like  would your skin look different, would your muscles be tighter, would you be leaner  detail everything, then come right back.</p>
<p>Did you do it?</p>
<p>Make your list now before reading any further  I want you to walk away with some profound knowledge of yourself when youre done reading this article.<br />
OK, now that you have your list, let me show you something that you can use to judge whether or not youve been causing yourself to fail in your attempts to lose weight and keep it off.</p>
<p>Here are some examples of statements that a good friend of mine used to have before he and I began working together  statements that were literally holding him back from success:</p>
<p>Facemore chiseled features, no double chin, no doughy jowls or puffy cheeks, no bags under the eyes.</p>
<p>Other than improved facial shape, I really have no complaints at all about my face, hair, eyes, nose, ears.</p>
<p>Neckno double chin or wattle</p>
<p>Chestno gynecomastia (womanly breasts), muscular instead. Look, ma, I can see my ribcage and pectoral muscles instead of a soft mattress of flab.</p>
<p>Armshard sinewy curves instead of soft breadsticks. Seeing veins and muscles instead of smooth fat.</p>
<p>Abdomenare there really abs hiding in there? Theyve never made an appearance in 50 years! Itd be nice to have a tight waist not uncomfortably sliced by too-tight underwear.</p>
<p>Legsless of a conical shape, more elongated and solid. Although my calves have always been rather large and firmmy best body part, next to my brain.</p>
<p>Buttocksless sag, more form<br />
Backcould be a lot less hairy, would be nice to see a V shape instead of a truncated pyramid.</p>
<p>Can you see why he might have had a few troubles in the past reaching his goal?</p>
<p>But Ill let you in on a little secret  this guy is in great shape now and enjoying life more than ever, and hes a pleasure to speak with each week in our coaching calls.</p>
<p>Now heres a list from a woman who recently completed one of my coaching programs  this list was written out after our first session together  watch how positive every statement is:<br />

WHAT MY BODY IS GOING TO LOOK LIKE<br />

my face will be thinner, more defined<br />
my posture will be great all of the time<br />
my legs will be free of cellulite and extra fat<br />
my butt will be sculpted and defined<br />

my arms will be cut and defined and strong and sexy!<br />
my chest will be lifted and shapely<br />
my back will show definition and be sexy!<br />
I will feel the urge to walk around naked all the time! (around my house and my husband, of course)<br />
I will walk confidently knowing that I look great!<br />
I will compliment my awesome body with cool clothes that show it off<br />
I will wear a bikini from now on!!! No shorts over the bottom!<br />
I will wear those short shorts I have sitting in my closet<br />
my skin will be clear<br />
I will be unbelievably beautiful and sexy!!!</p>
<p>When making your list, make sure to avoid using any negatives, and have fun with this exercise  the short time you take out of your day to make your list will save you tons of time and frustration in the near future.</p>
