The host PC's screen displays the remote PC's desktop in a window, and the host machine's mouse and keyboard control the remote PC's counterparts. We tried the Meeting tool, too, but since we had TeamViewer installed on just two PCs, our pool of invitees was a bit small. TeamViewer is simply the easiest tool of its type we've used, and a far cry from the VPN apps of not so long ago. And it can cut down on the phone tag when friends and family need tech support!

Four balls are in play at all times, including one Quaffle, two Bludgers, and the Golden Snitch.
The Quaffle is the ball used to score points, with Chasers passing it to each other by throwing it and attempting to score by getting it past the Keeper. The two Bludgers, black balls batted around by the opposing team's Beaters, must be avoided at all costs, as their only purpose is to knock team members off their brooms. The Golden Snitch, a tiny sphere with wings, is sought by each team's Seeker and immediately ends the game when caught. Catching the Golden Snitch is worth 150 points, with each Chaser goal worth ten points apiece. The team ahead once the Snitch is caught wins the game. Players must first compete in the Hogwarts Cup before they have an opportunity to challenge for the World Cup.

Heavy Weight Thunder is the second release from the guys here at Roundhouse Entertainment. With HWT we wanted to create a different kind of PC game that delivered a broad range of action and really took advantage of the PC's capabilities. HWT blends hand to hand combat, strategy, RPG level advancement, life management, and even a little Vegas gambling.

THE COMBAT SYSTEM
Back in the day, fighting was done with a whole slew of buttons and button combinations. It was a clunky affair and did not emulate the act of fighting in any way. So we decided to create a whole new method for players to execute their attacks; the Simu-Punch system. With Simu-Punch, players use their mouse to emulate the motion of a fist. Using only the two mouse buttons, A player's simple Wrist flicks are translated into devastating haymakers. There is no button smashing, only elegant mouse motions. Also, Victory in Fighting games of the past was largely based on luck. A skilled player didn't necessarily always win against a newbie. This was mainly due to their excessive speed. The average PC gamer just doesn't have the cat-like reflexes of a pro fighter. We also didn't want to slow the game down to a crawl, as this would take the excitement out of the bouts. Therefore, we came up with the ICON system to give players a warning about which direction and height an attack is coming from. This way, a focused player can make it through even the toughest challenges with nary a scratch on him.

THE CAREER
In the past, Games that focused on Combat usually had one thing to offer, endless fighting. Well, that tends to get a bit boring, so the main focus of HWT isn't just the combat, but the lifestyle of a professional boxer. In fact, you'll probably spend more time outside the ring than in it. A chunk of the lifestyle focuses on gaining Material posessions, purchasing goods and services that will help you continue your climb towards the top. On top of purchases, you'll also need to plan out your time on a Calendar to get the most out of every month.

THE LOOK
Heavy Weight Thunder is a crazy game, and the look had to match. Standard 3D lighting just wouldn't cut it, so our programmers crafted a unique lighting engine to bring out highlights and add a bolder curvature to surface lighting. The ends result is a stunning look unlike anything seen before on the PC.

When playing the game on a lower difficulty setting a map can be used to show the location and movement of everyone on the level, but this makes things a little easy for Hitman veterans. If played without this rather too helpful map, missions require trial and error, at least until you have a better idea of what you can and can't get away with. If you see a sign on a door that says 'Private', entering in Agent 47's dapper suit won't go down well with the guards, but if you drag a guard behind a few boxes, take his outfit and then walk through the door, they'll be none the wiser. The higher the difficulty setting, the less you can get away with, meaning any slight oddity will be spotted. This is highlighted by the meter in the lower left corner of the screen, with green meaning safe, while red will have every guard in the area trying to take you down.
I don't want to spoil any particular missions, as many of them are some of the most well designed levels to grace a video game, but you can expect plenty of variety and some wickedly creative opportunities to carry out the job. It's hard not to notice that the designers IO Interactive have a particular fondness of accidental death by falling chandelier, but this is just one way to do the deed. Among other things, you get to poison people, drug them, push them over a balcony railing, or simply go the traditional route and use some garrotting wire from behind. You obviously want to avoid using a gun where possible, but as long as you don't machine gun down hundreds of people during a Mardis Gras celebration, it's not the end of the world.

The save system will undoubtedly cause a little unrest amongst players, with various options available depending on the difficulty you're playing the game on. The number of mid-mission saves you can use ranges from infinite to none, but these are purely mid-mission saves and they're lost when you quit the game or restart the system. This actually sounds worse than it is, as most missions can be completed in a relatively short amount of time once you know what you're doing. Still, if you have to unexpectedly stop playing and you're doing well, you'll have to start over next time or leave the game on until you return.
