<p>People get mixed up about their responsibility in their life.</p>
<p>You are NOT responsible for what other people do. Sometimes someone does something that harms you and you think, &#8220;I shouldn&#8217;t have let that happen.&#8221;</p>
<p>Not true. You are not responsible. If you try to claim responsibility for something that is not in your power to control, then you actually diminish your ability to control your life. Why? Because deep inside, you know such actions are out of your control. And if you make yourself responsible for something that is out of your control, then you are walking down a losing road.</p>
<p>You ARE 100% responsible for how you react to what other people do. You don&#8217;t have to be &#8220;done in&#8221; by anything anybody else does. It is your decision what you focus on. So how you react is always your choice. If you choose to react as a victim, then once again, you are walking down a losing road. The correct choice is to learn from your mistake and put yourself in a position where YOU are in control of the situation, never a victim. This may take some thought, but the solution is always there.</p>
<p>You are NOT responsible for bad things that happen in your life. You ARE 100% responsible for how you react to the bad things that happen.</p>

<p>How blessed we are to see another Christmas Morning!</p>
<p>On Christmas Morning, the air is filled with excitement and festivities, as the dawn breaks over Christmas day.  The time is much awaited by people of all ages, who celebrate it with joyful exuberance.  As the day begins people around the world began the celebration in different ways, some began with opening presents, while others began with prayers, singing and songs of praise to the Lord.   Others follow their own traditions and customs related to Christmas.  In some places, the streets are covered with heavy snow,  I can only imagine that it must be wonderful to see all the snow and the beautifully decorated outdoor Christmas trees and lights adorning the premises of the houses.  In other places people are lounging in tank tops, shorts and t-shirts.</p>
<p>Christmas morning is filled with fun and exciting activities. For some it is a tradition to set up a small miniature manger with some sand and straw to depict the Nativity scene, the birth of Jesus Christ in a stable.   Placing toy cows, sheep and shepherds around the manger.  A small cozy spot is made within the manger, where baby Jesus is lain. Usually, the young kids in a family indulge themselves in this activity.   After the work is done, prayers are recited and gifts, which were placed under the Christmas tree on Christmas Eve, are exchanged and opened.</p>
<p>In many places, people put on new clothes, scrub-clean and decorate their homes and go to church early on the morning of Christmas. In other regions, a huge procession is arranged by the Church and a parade, depicting the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, is organized early in the morning. This procession finally ends at the Church, where everyone gathers for special prayers and singing.   After the congregation disperses, people go to their respective homes and have Christmas morning breakfast.</p>
<p>In the past there was a traditional breakfast on Christmas morning  of pancakes, fried eggs, ham, wine and champagne. However, the menu for the breakfast varies from region to region, as the tastes of people vary. Family members gather with friends and relatives to have breakfast. After breakfast, they would gather at a nearby place or the home of the host, to have fun and celebrate Christmas. Some of the Christmas morning activities may include making beautiful crafts, singing songs and carols.</p>
<p>Christmas morning celebrations vary in different parts of the world. In places like Bethlehem, the small town where Jesus was born, decorations and festivities began days before Christmas and become more intense and exciting as the morning of December 25th arrives.  A bright artificial star is set up on a pole in the center of the village, depicting the &#8216;guiding star&#8217; that showed the way to the manger, where Jesus Christ was born.</p>
<p>It doesn&#8217;t matter how Christmas morning is celebrated, as long as fun, festivity and faith don&#8217;t cease to exist, among people all over the world!  Create memories that will last a lifetime and enjoy those you love!</p>

<p>How many times have you heard the saying, &#8220;You are what you eat?&#8221; But did you know that what you think is equally as important?   A positive outlook on life is one of the most important keys to success.  How we perceive ourselves, the world around us, and how we interact with others have profound effects on our brain, health, success and overall well-being.</p>
<p>Sounds good right?  But the challenge, how do you maintain your positive thinking when everything around you seems to be falling apart?</p>
<p>Here are several tips that I use:</p>
<ol>
<li> Always maintain an attitude of gratitude.  No matter how hard it may seem.  Take slow deep breaths and began to think on the things and people you are grateful for in your life.  I have found that you can’t be truly grateful and not began to feel better.</li>
<li> Eliminate all negative self talk.  This is a total joy stealer!  This is something that we have to be conscious of because, most negative self talk is automatic, we aren&#8217;t even conscious of it.  We must make a conscious effort to use positive self talk.  If you don’t have one, write one out, memorize and say it out loud daily with belief and conviction.  It is when we allow our mind to wander that we end up focusing on the negative.  But if we think positive on purpose, then there isn’t any room for negativity in our mind.</li>
<li> Have a healthy self esteem.  This comes with personal development, and should be done daily.  When we work on ourselves we learn not to take things personally, but instead we are able to stand back and see life&#8217;s lessons from a healthy perspective.  We are then able to lose the victim mentality and acquire a victor&#8217;s mentality.</li>
<li> Visualizing your life as you desire it, not as it is.  Have a dream board or dream book, and add pictures of the things you would like, and place it where you can visualize and focus on your goals and dreams.</li>
<li> Living a purposeful and passionate life.   Meaning don’t just exist, live your life on purpose, as if it were your last day.  Live for those moments that will take your breath away.  Find out what you love to do, no matter what it is, and do it.  I have found if you are doing what you love to do, you can&#8217;t help but be happy.</li>
<li> Giving.  Contributing in a positive way.  So many times when people think of giving, they think of money, but there are other ways to give.  Such as being a mentor, volunteering at shelters, hospitals, boys and girls clubs, etc.  Find a way that you enjoy to give back to the community.  The key is to give with your whole heart, expecting nothing in return.</li>
</ol>

Thinking back to when I started looking to create an additional income takes me back to my teenage years. I always dreamed of building an empire that would pay my children&#8217;s children. What was missing for almost 20 years was a plan. The statement: &#8220;Failing to plan is planning to fail&#8221; describes that time period in my life.</p>
<h4 style="padding-left: 30px;">Overcoming Obstacles</h4>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">In 2003 I decided to see what all the fuss was about making millions on the internet. I watched a few infomercials and got a few websites out of the opportunity section of some magazines and I was off on my journey to discover the end of the internet!</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Everything I looked at made my stomach crawl. Nothing seemed legit or legal. I finally came across a free program and I spent 6 months being frustrated. In those 6 months I had no contact, other than emails, with any of my upline. I finally headed back out on to the internet to find a new opportunity. I spent almost 2 years with my next adventure. I had an awesome direct upline that had joined 1 month before me and we clicked right away. There would still be many hurdles for us to jump over.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">I was constantly scratching my head trying to figure out why the upline was so diligent in making it so difficult for us. They constantly held back information, they played the favorites game, they played people off of each other and they manipulated downlines. My team was growing and the money was trickling in, but I was really struggling.</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">Then through advertising, I came across a sweet lady who asked if I had ever read &#8220;Success in 10 Steps&#8221;? I had seen the ads for it all over the internet but I kept passing it over. I finally decided to download the book based on this sweet lady&#8217;s recommendation.</p>

You know the ones with a beautiful picture on the front of the box. Inside, you have 3 or 4 brushes, maybe 20 different little paint jars, and a board with numbers all over it &#8211; each number corresponding to one of the paint jars.</p>
<p>Then you just paint by numbers. You don&#8217;t have to be an artist. Just follow the formula, You can create a pretty nice painting &#8230; almost like you knew what you were doing.</p>
<p>Marketing is a lot like that. In marketing, you track your ads and your results &#8211; your numbers. Then you try something else, and track your numbers again. Then you compare your numbers, and keep doing what works better.</p>
<p>Here are some recent numbers I think are pretty astonishing. My group is part of a pretty good-sized network marketing company. Our team uses the &#8220;Success In 10 Steps&#8221; ebook by Michael Dlouhy to find prospects, and others in the company use other means.</p>

<p>I ask, &#8220;Do you have support in your company?&#8221; And some say, &#8220;Well, yeah, I&#8217;ve got a great mentor. But they&#8217;re never there when I need them.&#8221; Or &#8220;Yeah, they&#8217;re there, but they&#8217;re not helping me. They&#8217;re not providing any training. I need help on advertising, and they don&#8217;t know.&#8221;</p>
<p align="justify">Well, we do a training that helps people with advertising. And I&#8217;m there to help them, too. I tap into all these trainings. I get all the advertising information from Dave Cones, from Michael, from Scott Thompson. And I use that when I talk to prospects.</p>
<p align="justify">So they see I&#8217;m there, I&#8217;m real, I&#8217;m helping them. I tell them exactly what to do, whether they&#8217;re in my group or not. They thank me by email. They call to talk with me and thank me.&#8221;</p>
<p align="center"><strong>My Family</strong></p>
<p align="justify">I have 2 boys, one is 5, the other is 7. My 5-year-old starts kindergarten next week. They&#8217;re into T-ball.</p>
<p align="justify">Before the boys, I cooked in restaurants for 15 or 20 years. I did barbecue, hotels, motels, mom and pop restaurants. I enjoy cooking. I like providing good service to people. I used to waitress, too. I&#8217;ve always believed in helping others.</p>
<p align="justify">My husband works in a petroleum field. He puts in gas stations, back-up generators for hospitals, He&#8217;s been doing that for 30 years. He&#8217;s had his skin cancers from being out in the sun. It&#8217;s time to bring him home.</p>
<p align="center"><strong>$25,000 In Debt In a Hurry</strong></p>
<p align="justify">So I was a stay-at-home mom and needed to create some income at home before my youngest son started school. I didn&#8217;t want to have to go to work for anybody.</p>
<p align="justify">I got into network marketing nearly 2 years ago, with a very well-known, established company. They had a pretty excessive monthly commitment to buy product.</p>
<p align="justify">Plus I did lead wheels, spending $200 a month for 40 leads. And I did 1.2 million classified ads weekly. So between that and the product, I went about $25,000 in debt.</p>
<p align="justify">And then I was trying to figure out why I couldn&#8217;t do it. I felt like such a failure.</p>
<p align="center"><strong>Michael is SO Valuable!</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Then a year ago, I answered RoisAnn&#8217;s ebook ad. I read that and called her. I talked to Michael. I told him I was $25,000 in debt, I had no more money for advertising, and I was looking for answers. I wanted to know why it wasn&#8217;t working for me.</p>
<p align="justify">And he told me it wasn&#8217;t working because the compensation plan didn&#8217;t work for me. He explained why. It made sense.</p>
<p align="justify">The education I&#8217;ve gotten just from tapping into the training is remarkable. I&#8217;m on just about every one of the calls. I hear it over and over again until it&#8217;s drilled in. I can pretty much tell you what&#8217;s going to be on each call now. They&#8217;ve even had me host a couple of the Business Briefing calls. It&#8217;s great experience.</p>
<p align="justify">With my first company, most of the leads were just curious, not serious. I had no support from that company as far as 3-way calls. I actually had to talk to people. That sounds strange, but when you&#8217;re totally new, it&#8217;s a huge challenge.</p>
<p align="justify">That&#8217;s one thing that makes Michael so valuable. No matter what company you&#8217;re with, you can get on Michael&#8217;s live training for free, 5 nights a week. You can listen in when he calls raw prospects and hear how he interacts with them. You&#8217;ll hear that he never puts any pressure on anyone. He&#8217;ll email you his script.</p>
<p align="justify">It&#8217;s the best possible training for a new person. And then all your people can do the same thing. All of a sudden, you have a duplicatable system.</p>
<p align="center"><strong>My Business Is Building</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Now I talk to qualified people. I learned from Michael not to sell them. I give them directions to get on the training calls. I help some of them with their advertising. I do just the free stuff, but it&#8217;s all in your ad copy. I try to explain that to them. I give them some ideas of what to say.</p>
<p align="justify">People are looking for mentoring. I have one ad where I get 5 or 6 good leads a day, name &amp; phone number. I even get leads from Australia and Singapore and the Philippines, all over. <strong>So I get better leads now &#8211; and more of them &#8211; than when I was paying $200 a month. And I created this myself, so they&#8217;re free.</strong></p>
<p align="justify">And I find that the ones that are really serious, no matter where they are or what time it is, they will set their alarm clock to get on Michael&#8217;s calls. We had a guy from Australia on the call the other night. They make that commitment.</p>
<p align="justify">That&#8217;s what it&#8217;s about. That&#8217;s what I&#8217;m looking for: people who are serious and willing to make that commitment.</p>
<p align="justify">I&#8217;ve learned from Michael not to mess around with the tire-kickers. If they&#8217;re not serious, this isn&#8217;t for them. When we talk and they say, &#8220;Well, I&#8217;ll try to get on the call.&#8221; Or, &#8220;I&#8217;ll get to it next week.&#8221; And then when I call next week to follow up, &#8220;Oh, no, I still haven&#8217;t had a chance.&#8221;</p>
<p align="justify">&#8220;Well, that&#8217;s OK. This probably isn&#8217;t for you. When you get time, when you&#8217;re serious, look over that information. You call me.&#8221;</p>
<p align="justify">And that&#8217;s the way I go about it.</p>
<p align="justify">I used to say, &#8220;It&#8217;s free, it&#8217;s free. I&#8217;ll sign you up for free!&#8221; And all you wind up with is a whole list of people who aren&#8217;t doing anything. I just don&#8217;t have time to waste on people who aren&#8217;t serious. I have 2 boys. I go to their ballgames &amp; school events. I work around their schedule. If somebody&#8217;s serious and I see that they need me, they&#8217;ve got my cell phone number. I take it with me, and I make time for them.</p>
<p align="center"><strong>Here&#8217;s What Makes Michael Different</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Michael is awesome. He can be hard. But the reason he&#8217;s hard is to get the point across to you. As he says, he&#8217;s got very broad shoulders himself. If there&#8217;s something I don&#8217;t like of what he&#8217;s doing, I can always call him and say, &#8220;Why did you do it this way?&#8221; I can question him. He can understand it.</p>
<p align="justify">He&#8217;s a great inspiration to me. He&#8217;s totally turned my life around. I guess that&#8217;s what I was looking for, somebody to be hard on me. He&#8217;s a REAL mentor.</p>
<p align="justify">My other company, somebody would say, &#8220;You&#8217;re not doing enough.&#8221; And I&#8217;d say, &#8220;OK.&#8221; But if Michael says that, I listen. It&#8217;s the sincerity of his voice, the understanding. He&#8217;s hard enough to get you to think about what you need to do to be successful. There&#8217;s something about him I can&#8217;t really put into words. But when he talks, you listen.</p>
<p align="justify">And by applying what he has taught me, my business has increased. I&#8217;m getting more qualified people.</p>
<p align="justify">Some people find it hard to believe when I tell them about Michael and what he&#8217;s done and what the whole team is about. They can&#8217;t believe there&#8217;s a team out there actually helping people. So all I do is direct them to the training calls and the Coaches Corner call.</p>
<p align="justify">I had a gentleman on the Coaches Corner call this past weekend who was totally blown away. It&#8217;s something he&#8217;s been looking for for quite some time. He knows what business I&#8217;m in, but I strictly talked to him about coaching him and mentoring him in what he&#8217;s doing. He appreciates that. I don&#8217;t pressure anyone.</p>
<p align="justify">The teaching and mentoring that Michael provides for everybody, I have learned and can pass on to my people. And to people who aren&#8217;t even in my company. It&#8217;s wonderful.</p>
<p align="justify">And people in my group are doing the same thing. That gets me excited! &#8220;Hey! It works!&#8221;</p>
<p align="center"><strong>It Comes Down To Belief</strong></p>
<p align="justify">Michael instill bulletproof belief in you. My belief is back up there where it belongs. I&#8217;m coming out of debt. I have income every month. So I know it&#8217;s working.</p>
<p align="justify">I&#8217;m happy and very honored to be a part of this. I&#8217;m really thankful they came into my life, both of them, RoisAnn and Michael.</p>
<p align="justify">I tell people, whether you join my business or not, Michael has made these tools available for people in any company. We can show you how to use these tools Michael has created to build YOUR business, no matter what company you&#8217;re with.</p>
<p align="justify">I ask, &#8220;Do you have support in their company?&#8221; And some say, &#8220;Well, yeah, I&#8217;ve got a great mentor. But they&#8217;re never there when I need them.&#8221; Or &#8220;Yeah, they&#8217;re there, but they&#8217;re not helping me. They&#8217;re not providing any training. I need some help on advertising, and they don&#8217;t know.&#8221;</p>
<p align="justify">Well, we do a training that helps people with advertising. And I&#8217;m there to help them, too. I tap into all these trainings. I get all the advertising information from Dave Cones, from Michael, from Scott. And I use that when I talk to prospects. So they see I&#8217;m there, I&#8217;m real, I&#8217;m helping them. They thank me by email. They call to talk with me and thank me.</p>
<p align="justify">And I&#8217;ve gotten to the point where I don&#8217;t care if they join me or not. I just don&#8217;t care. Eventually, they might. They might not. It&#8217;s OK. I&#8217;m here to help them.</p>
<p align="justify">Now &#8211; I DO get excited when they join. But it&#8217;s not life and death for me. When you build trust and loyalty, you&#8217;re building the right way. You can build a group that will be huge and last forever.</p>

<p>That is the question I asked myself over 8 months ago, and I would like to share with you what Michael Dlouhy&#8217;s long time friend Richard Dennis has to say about the man and the team that has forever changed my life and the way I do business!</p>
<p align="center"><span>The White Knight<br />
of Network Marketing? </span></p>
<p align="center">Good grief. Gag me with a spoon.<br />
I knew the man before he became &#8220;St. Michael.&#8221;<br />
You need to read THIS story &#8230;</p>
<p align="center"><span>By Richard Dennis </span></p>
<p align="justify">I have strong disagreements with Michael, but it’s not personal. I’ve known him since 1997. In person, away from business, he’s a charming, lovable character. Fun, sort of. Almost cartoon-like.</p>
<p align="justify">For some reason I can’t quite put my finger on, many people are drawn to him. My wife, for instance. Cheryl thinks he’s great.</p>
<p align="justify">Me? I’m at my wits’ end. Michael Dlouhy rubs me the wrong way. Before you think I’m petty or nasty or vindictive, let me tell you some things. This guy is going to irritate the snot out of you, too:</p>
<p align="justify">1. Michael Dlouhy spends 7-10 hours a week teaching his own network marketing COMPETITORS every secret he knows. He gives them FREE every tool he uses. His phone calls &amp; e-book show them EXACTLY, step-by-step, how to take business away from him (as if they could) … and then he doesn’t even charge them for the training!  (You’ll learn his reasoning for this in a couple minutes.)</p>
<p align="justify">By all rights, he ought to be standing at some big intersection with his spray bottle, dashing out at red lights, washing your windshield. Heck. He’d probably do THAT for free, too.</p>
<p align="justify">Here’s his motto: &#8220;Take everything I’ve got. Please.&#8221; Michael trains his own people. He trains people from other companies. He trains people in his own company, but not in his group. It’s all free.</p>
<p align="justify">It’s all nuts.</p>
<p align="justify">But what aggravates me no end is, it works. He spits on the time-tested rules of direct marketing. He makes an absolute fool out of every MLM &#8220;Heavy Hitter&#8221; on the planet. As incredible as it seems from the way he does business, my suspicion is, next thing he does is fire up his Harley and head off to the bank, saddlebags stuffed with cash.</p>
<p align="justify">Life isn’t fair. Why the heck isn’t he bankrupt?</p>
<p align="justify">2. Michael’s entire income comes from his MLM business. Yet on his conference calls, he NEVER mentions the company name. He NEVER says a product name. He trains his people to NEVER close a sale. He trains them to NEVER recruit. He tells them to NEVER promote to friends &amp; family. And yet they move a TON of product, and they build like crazy!</p>
<p align="justify">Is this any way to run a business?</p>
<p align="justify">Listen. I’ve talked to a bunch of his people. I know his motivation. Michael tells them how he was abused as a kid. His Aunt Honey rescued him and loved him. And now he wants to be Aunt Honey to all these abused network marketers.</p>
<p align="justify">Oh, brother! Wouldn’t Dr. Phil have a field day with this?</p>
<p align="justify">If you liked &#8220;The Brady Bunch&#8221;, you’ll love Michael. Bright and cheery 99% of the time. Only when the subject turns to MLM &#8220;Heavy Hitters&#8221; and direct marketers, THAT is when he gets fire in his eyes and nitroglycerin in his veins.</p>
<p align="justify">In his e-book, he catalogs every lie they’ve ever told. What drives him is helping all those who’ve dreamed entrepreneurial dreams, and then been fleeced &amp; abused by the evildoers. So when he gives everything away &#8230; it’s an &#8220;in-your-face&#8221; to the Heavy Hitters.</p>
<p align="justify">Heck. Nothing wrong with that. Strong motivation. That’s good. But then he should stick to the profit basics.</p>
<p align="justify">Instead, off he goes, riding over the countryside. It&#8217;s The White Knight of Network Marketing, Sir Michael of MLM.</p>
<p align="justify">Gag me with a spoon.</p>
<p align="justify">And what&#8217;s he doing? Saving the dreamers from &#8230; WHAT? Now it&#8217;s <em>MLM VAMPIRES</em>!?</p>
<p align="justify">The man has gone round the bend.</p>
<p align="justify">3. Michael leaves wonderful, wildly profitable MLM marketing systems on the curb if he can’t use them to build others. People instantly relate to him. They trust him. They’re loyal as all get-out. He makes relationship-building look way too easy. And he trains his people to use his e-book do the same thing.</p>
<p align="justify">Michael refuses to acknowledge that business is about profit. If there’s one business certainty, it’s the bottom line. Profit or die. Period.</p>
<p align="justify">But Michael is totally unreasonable about this. Oh, he’d never be so rude as to &#8220;correct&#8221; me when I tell him these things. He just politely listens and then continues to do exactly what he was going to do anyway, which is to build people.</p>
<p align="justify">Michael has a thing about numbers. So I’ve told him, &#8220;It’s great that you care about people, Michael. But the numbers say, most people fail in network marketing. The numbers say, if you bet everything on your people and they fail, then YOU are down the tubes. The problem with people is, they’re VERY unpredictable.</p>
<p align="justify">&#8220;But product marketing systems are VERY predictable. We can set up a product marketing system, test it, tweak it, and figure out what gets good performance numbers. Then we can just ride that profit train. It’s much more sensible than betting on people. What if your people don’t make it? What if they don’t build?&#8221;</p>
<p align="justify">And you know what he tells me?</p>
<p align="justify">&#8220;They will.&#8221;</p>
<p align="justify">What kind of a Pollyanna answer is that?</p>
<p align="justify">4. He comes into MY home, into MY living room, sits in MY chair, and thinks he can outsmart me.</p>
<p align="justify">Michael lives 200 miles away. So when he’d call to ask if he could drop by, I knew I was going to get a hard sell. I had my excuse list ready.</p>
<p align="justify">Then he’d show up and talk with Cheryl &amp; me. I have to admit, he can be a warm and engaging storyteller.</p>
<p align="justify">And no hard sell.</p>
<p align="justify">It’s worse.</p>
<p align="justify">He just sits there and INTENTIONALLY listens to me.</p>
<p align="justify">Very irritating. I’ve heard his Colors training. I know exactly what he’s doing. He doesn’t fool me for a minute. Even so, it’s tough not to blab your head off when someone gets as interested in what you’re saying as Michael does.</p>
<p align="justify">So I talk. He listens. He figures me out. Believe me, he LOVES to have that advantage.</p>
<p align="justify">5. He doesn’t know when to quit. Michael knew EXACTLY how much he annoyed me, yet he still emailed and called and dropped by from time to time, letting me know that it was perfectly OK if I wanted to work with him … OR NOT!</p>
<p align="justify">So it’s OK if I work with him. And it’s OK if I don’t. That’s just wonderful.</p>
<p align="justify">I don’t need the aggravation. Really. I didn&#8217;t give a rat&#8217;s ass about Michael Dlouhy. Why the heck should he care about me?</p>
<p align="justify">And right there, THERE is my problem. I’m very curious.</p>
<p align="justify">Several people have told me they lost money in MLM for years before connecting with Michael. Now, they’re profitable. Despite his craziness.</p>
<p align="justify">How can that be? How can you give everything away and make a profit?</p>
<p align="justify">I had to know. I called him up. We had a very long talk.</p>
<p align="justify">And I’m glad we did. Because now I understand better why he does what he does in network marketing. There really is a method to his madness.</p>
<p align="justify">Let me give you one example.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Remember how he gives everything away to his competitors, free of charge?</strong> He does that because he knows this business. MLM companies come, go and change like crazy. Michael knows that when he builds trust with people, he’s sowing the seeds for working together in the future. Just because a person is in love with their company today doesn’t mean they will be a month or a year or 5 years from now.</p>
<p align="justify">And whenever they’re ready to make a change, Michael’s door is open. Good plan, actually.</p>
<p align="justify">And, as it turns out, he has a lot of good plans. It shocks me to say this. But the conclusion is inescapable.</p>
<p align="justify"><strong>Simply, Michael Dlouhy is a networking genius. He is to relationship-building and network marketing what Muhammed Ali was to boxing, what Elvis was to rock ‘n roll, what Bill Gates is to the personal computer.</strong> These kinds of people don’t do things the way they’re supposed to. Rules just get in the way of their creativity and obsession with their work.</p>
<p align="justify">It took me years to realize what I hate most about Michael Dlouhy. It’s EXACTLY what makes him unique. Michael does not follow anyone else’s rules. He’s almost like a Mother Teresa, searching through the network marketing woods, looking for the orphaned, injured baby MLMer. He takes it in, bottle-feeds it and nurses it to health.</p>
<p align="justify">In some ways, Michael is still 6 years old. He thinks every network marketer out there is Bambi, and he’s got to protect them from the Hunter.</p>
<p align="justify">6. There are days (I swear this is true) he calls me at 9 am to talk about some marketing idea. I can’t reach him in the afternoon, because he’s on the phone for an hour and a half doing a 3-way call with someone on his 74th level, who he just MUST help. At 8 pm, he’s doing his nightly 1-hour training call (or 2 or 3 hours, depending on how much help his people &#8211; AND his competitors! &#8211; need). And then he emails me at 3 a.m. When the heck does he sleep?</p>
<p align="justify">I once asked Linda Dlouhy when her husband sleeps.</p>
<p align="justify">Her answer?</p>
<p align="justify">&#8220;He doesn’t.&#8221;</p>
<p align="justify">THIS one is personal.</p>
<p align="justify">Why should I feel guilty about getting a good night’s sleep?</p>
<p align="justify">But in the middle of the night, from the deepest sleep, I suddenly sit bolt upright in bed, eyes wide, sweat dripping, picturing Michael Dlouhy getting ahead of me. He&#8217;s already on the phone, or at his computer sending emails, or out somewhere saving baby entrepreneurs.</p>
<p align="justify">I do a lot of work. I get a lot done. I work hard. But he never stops. He really pisses me off.</p>
<p align="justify">7. Michael Dlouhy couldn’t legitimately &#8220;market&#8221; his way out of a paper bag.</p>
<p align="justify">I know a thing or two about direct marketing. I was in marketing guru Jay Abraham’s &#8220;Protégé&#8221; group, back in 1989.</p>
<p align="justify">In 1990, I worked briefly with direct mail geniuses Gary Halbert &amp; John Carlton, writing sales letters for some of Gary’s clients.</p>
<p align="justify">In 1993, I got a call from Dr. Joel Wallach at the old &#8220;Eagle Investments&#8221; MLM. Doc asked me to help him promote his &#8220;colloidal mineral&#8221; product. I took one of Doc’s old seminar audiotapes gathering dust in his closet, titled it, <em><strong>&#8220;Dead Doctors Don’t Lie,&#8221;</strong></em> and began promoting it. Eventually, over 200 million <em><strong>&#8220;Dead Doctors&#8221;</strong></em> tapes were circulated. It’s still the benchmark against which all other network marketing promotions are measured.</p>
<p align="justify">In 1996, I wrote the full-page ad, <em><strong>&#8220;I REALLY Expected To Be Dead By Now!&#8221;</strong></em> This ad appeared in numerous national magazines and many direct mail packages … along with my book, <em><strong>&#8220;The Strangest Nutritional Secret!&#8221;</strong></em> These pieces brought us a couple million dollars net over the next few years.</p>
<p align="justify">Michael, on the other hand, has never created ANYTHING like these pieces.</p>
<p align="justify">All he does is build relationships with people, and then he teaches them to do the same thing.</p>
<p align="center">&#8220;Build people. People will build your business.&#8221;</p>
<p align="justify">Michael must say THAT 20 times a day. So instead of some mile-wide, inch-thick marketing thingy, he now has tight relationships with hundreds of people who would follow him anywhere.</p>
<p align="justify">That absolutely is NOT direct marketing. But it sure makes me wonder if he’s back there behind the curtains, the Wizard of Oz, pulling the levers &#8211; laughing at ME!</p>
<p align="justify">8. Which brings me to why I REALLY hate Michael Dlouhy. Because as I watch what Michael is doing now, and as I talk to many of his people, I have a realization:</p>
<p align="justify">EVERYTHING I did back in the ‘90s, ALL the success, WAS A MISTAKE!</p>
<p align="justify">I don’t believe I’m saying this.</p>
<p align="justify">Trust me – I’m not being humble. I look at me back then, and I look at Michael, now, and it’s the only logical conclusion. I was using Direct Marketing tactics to do Network Marketing. It worked great, right up until it crashed and burned and our income perished.</p>
<p align="justify">Listen. I was never arrogant. In many ways, I was stunned by success. But I did think it meant something. I thought it meant I knew what I was doing.</p>
<p align="justify">Wrong.</p>
<p align="justify">Oh, I could market, all right. But I didn’t build relationships. I would never, ever <em>shoot</em> Bambi. But I’d never give her my phone number, either. Let alone go out in the woods and search for her.</p>
<p align="justify">So I had a direct marketing mindset, and I was doing a network marketing business. It was doomed from the start. I made a lot of money. So did many of our people. But then, suddenly, it fell apart.</p>
<p align="justify">Had I built people rather than income, that business would still be going strong today.</p>
<p align="justify">Live and learn.</p>
<p align="justify">So here I am, years later. I find myself working with Michael, learning from him.</p>
<p align="justify">It&#8217;s not always easy. We have very different viewpoints. I&#8217;ve been in this industry, off and on, for almost 30 years. And it&#8217;s definitely tough to teach an old dog new tricks.</p>
<p align="justify">But Michael has certainly convinced me that to build an MLM that lasts, you MUST build relationships. You MUST build people. I’ve learned that from him, and I appreciate it.</p>
<p align="justify">Look. I won&#8217;t go into details. But Michael has PROVEN to me that he is 100% committed to my success using his system.</p>
<p align="justify">Pretty smart. Astonishing, really. He&#8217;s turned me from a skeptic into a raving Michael Dlouhy fan.</p>
<p align="justify">After all these years, I now have a mentor. If you’re smart, you’ll let Michael teach you, too. He will train you every inch of the way until you&#8217;re successful in MLM.</p>
<p align="justify">What else would you expect from the &#8220;White Knight of Network Marketing&#8221;?</p>
