Can anyone help me to furnish a new comp department with lead racks, furniture racks etc. Also a random with typecase rack below it? I am taking in interns to pass on my comp skills and keeping letterpress printing alive on my Heidelbergs and Vandercook. I\'ve come full circle after 50 years in the trade!

Desperately Need Mechanic for Intertype C4 - $0

I have an Intertype C4 that was in good shape until I got the bright idea of DISSASEMBLING THE RIGHT HAND SIDE of the machine to fit it in a storage space. But i am disabled and had to sit while two young men and a fairly mechanical guy my age did it in front of me. I used to disasemble entire machines alone. But this was like watching three chimpanzees try to service a car. They got halfway through, with the magazine rack hanging by a thread in the harp and couldn\'t figure out how to finish. So now, my beautiful machine lies with the right hand side half disasembled, in a shambles, and all i want is the machine back together again. But i can\'t find a mechanic to do it. I know about Dave Seat of Tennessee, but he is rarely where the machine is (in Central NJ) and I hear he specializes mostly in Ludlows. Can anybody travel to Frenchtown, NJ and put my machine back together? I will pay all expenses plus labor by the hour or talk a flat fee. DESPERATE!! http://blog.keithcorcoran.com/?page_id=23 Most of this ink is Braden Sutphin Sheet Fed Offset Ink which was salvaged from a print shop in the process of decreasing it’s inventory. After speaking with a few letterpress printers online the general concensus is that this ink is ideal for letterpress applications. This ink is vegetable oil based and has less smell than other oil based ink. The ink varies in age with the open ink cans being skinned over. Each unsealed can was opened and the amount of useable ink inventoried. Ink from opened cans will be transferred to airtight plastic containers for shipping. If you wish to store your ink in a traditional slip lid tin container you can purchase 1# tin cans at various sites online.
