A pesquisa de satisfação de cliente é  fundamental em qualquer prestação de serviço, e não poderia ser  diferente para os prestadores de serviço de calibração e ensaio, mesmo  para os laboratórios que estam inseridos em organizações maiores.

O  requisito 4.7.2 da NBR ISO/IEC 17025:2005 diz que o laboratório deve  procurar obter realimentação, tanto positiva quanto negativa, de seus  clientes

Podemos dizer que dentre todas as fontes de influência, as condições ambientais são as que mais influenciam nas medições, principalmente quando fazemos referência a calibração de dimensões e execução de ensaios que dependem de locais extremamente limpos.

Normalmente as condições necessárias para a execução das atividades de calibração são: 20 °C com tolerância de 2 °C para temperatura e 50%

Constantemente estamos enviando instrumentos a laboratórios de caibração, os quais emitem um documento, normalmente com o título, Certificado de Calibração, contendo uma série de informações relacionados ao instrumento enviado mas, o que fazer com as informações contidas neste documento ?.
