who is whorley and why do i say whorley is an asshole?

he’s a pedophile who had pictures of well… he’s a pedophile for having
child porn; nuff said. he got 20 years for that. good or whatever.

but why is he an asshole? because the DOJ decided to give it to him on
account of possessing explicit manga and sending an email with some graphic
sexual fantasies (presumably involving aforementioned proclivity). now, i
hope he enjoys all 20 years for the first part of his crime. but the latter
two segments are different, and the DOJ shouldnt make a federal case (or any
other for that matter) out of the cartoon porn and thought crime.

he is being prosecuted thanks to the protect act (grats to the
No-Longer-Honorable Alberto Gonzalez, you filthy whore), which is a
brilliant script we should all read because its a pretty easy brief(
http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/1466A.html). Its mostly a spit in the
face of someone who’s going down anyway in this case (http://bit.ly/z631E),
but Wired reports of a Christopher Handley (http://bit.ly/v4oRf) who is
apparently not a peder-; he just digs the twisted manga as part of a whole.
he got a plea bargain, but his circumstances are even less suspect. i think
he just felt guilty, or knew he’d get screwed or had too much to lose.

a. you have to love any law where there doesnt need to be a victim ( 1466A.
(c) *Nonrequired Element of Offense. *It is not a required element of any
offense under this section that the minor depicted actually exist. )

b. the always classy “(B) *lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or

c. but what kills me is section (D) wherein it lays out the transportation
elements of said non-existent exploitation object.

as always, im not trying to be a dick, but…
*you have committed a heinous crime (likely to get you on the sexual
predator watchlist) because you transported something that construes
something else that doesnt exist, and that thing you transported has no
value, but for to get you in jail and get you off. oh well, you got

but also, if i am 15, and my girlfriend is 15, and we make a video of
graphic/explicit stuff, and i keep it on my hard drive, and i graduate from
high school three years later, and move to the next state over for college

if you go to preferences, then the search tab; it lists the keyword
shortcuts for google, ask.com, yahoo, and amazon vertically in one column.
when read from top to bottom, their keywords are:

‘g’
‘a’
‘y’
‘z’
(i shit you not)
now i dont know if this is a persistent thing with opera, and im not trying
to be a dick, but i cant have been the only person who noticed this…
