Let’s get the negative characteristics out-of-the-way first so we can focus on only the beauty of purple. Not mixed properly, purple can appear cheap or artificial.  Too much purple and/or the wrong tone can bring too much introversion. Because purple symbolizes royalty, wealth, and power, on the flip side, it can be correlated with snobbery, cruelty, and arrogance.

Purple has such a mystery and magic to it…I want to share only the positive characteristics in my photo gallery found of all rooms purple.

Yellow is the most visible, attention grabbing color there is!!  Therefore it is used on street signs and advertisements, to draw notice.  However, I would like to share how yellow is perceived in the home and its heart warming qualities.
