Mahilig ba kayong kumain ng Buffalo Chicken Wings?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ito yung fried chicken wings na coated ng spicy na sauce.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Marami na ding mga resto ang nag-o-offer nito at depende kung gaano ka-spicy ang gusto mong kainin.&lt;br /&gt;

Nitong isang araw, naisipan kong magluto not exactly itong buffalo chicken wings.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Basta fried chicken wings, pero di ko pa alam kung anong sauce ang ilalagay. ko.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Wala akong ginaya na recipe para sa sauce basta pinagsama-sama ko na lang yung bottled sweet-chili sauce, pure honey bee at chili garlic sauce.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ayun natumbok ko ang tamang lasa at sarap ng chicken wings na ito na may honey-chili sauce na glaze.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ang mainam pala dito, pwede mong i-adjust sa sarili mo yung anghang na gusto mo.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; O di ba?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Buffalo Wings na lutong bahay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Try it!&lt;br /&gt;

Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1 kilo Chicken Wings&lt;br /&gt;
1 pc. Lemon (juice, zest)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Cornstarch&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Flour &lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
For the glaze:&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Sweet Chili Sauce (bottled)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Chili Garlic Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Pure Honey Bee&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Water&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Timplahan ang mga pakpak ng manok ng asin, paminta, katas at zest ng lemon.&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ng 1 oras.&amp;nbsp; Overnight mas mainam.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang plastic bag ilagay ang mga minarinate na pakpak ng manok, harina at cornstarch.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Alug-alugin hanggang sa ma-coat ng breadings ang lahat ng piraso.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp; I-prito ito ng lubog sa mantika hanggang sa maluto at mag-golden brown ang kulay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hanguin sa isang lalagyan.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp; For the glaze:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang kawali, ilagay ang lahat ng mga sangkap para sa glaze.&amp;nbsp; halu-haluin hanggang sa lumapot ang sauce.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tikman at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagaya sa sauce ang piniritong pakpak ng manok at halu-haluin hanggang sa ma-coat ng sauce ang lahat na piraso.&lt;br /&gt;

Bistek ang tagalog version natin ng Beef Steak.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Karne ng baka ito na hiniwa ng maninipis at niluto sa toyo, katas ng calamansi at sibuyas.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Masarap itong pang-ulam at paborito ito sa mga karenderya ng marami.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hindi lang naman karneng baka ang pwedeng gawing bistek.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Pwede din ito sa karne ng baboy o anumang karne.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa bangus nga nasubukan ko na din na magluto nito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This time, sa pork liempo ko naman ito ginawa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Nilagyan ko ng konting twist ang pamamaraan ng pagluluto para lalo pa itong mapasarap.&amp;nbsp; At hindi naman ako nagkamali.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Masarap at malasa ang kinalabasan ng aking niluto.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; At ano yung twist na ginawa ko?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Di ba pangkaraniwan, basta na lang natin pinagsasama-sama ang lahat ng mga sangkap at saka lang natin ito pinapakuluan hanggang sa lumambot at maluto.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This time, pinirito ko muna ng bahagya ang karne at saka ko niluto sa toyo.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Huli ko inilagay ang katas ng calamansi para hindi mawala ang masarap na flavor nito.&lt;br /&gt;

Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1 kilo Country Style Pork Belly or Liempo (cut into 2 inches long)&lt;br /&gt;
10 pcs. Calamansi&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 cup Soy Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. large size White Onion (cut into rings)&lt;br /&gt;
1 head minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp. ground Black Pepper&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp. Maggie Magic Sarap (optional) &lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
Spring Onion or Leeks for garnish&lt;br /&gt;
3 tbsp. Cooking Oil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp; Timplahan ang hiniwang karne ng asin at paminta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ng ilang sandali.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp; Sa isang non-stick na kawali, i-prito ang liempo hanggang sa mag-brown lang ng bahagya ang magkabilang side.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp; Sa isang heavy bottom na kaserola, i-prito ang mga onion rings ng bahagya sa kaunting mantika at hanguin sa isang lalagyan.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp; Sunod na igisa ang bawang hanggang sa mag-golden brown ang kulay nito.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na ang na-pritong liempo at isama na din ang toyo.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan ng 1 tasang tubig at takpan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaang maluto hanggang sa lumambot ang karne.&lt;br /&gt;
6.&amp;nbsp; Kung malambot na ang karne, ilagay ang katas ng calamansi at timplahan ng paminta at maggie magic sarap.&amp;nbsp; Hayaang kumulo pa ng mga 5 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
7.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sauce at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hanguin sa isang lalagyan at ilagay ang nilutong onion rings&amp;nbsp; sa ibabaw.&lt;br /&gt;

Ang Beef Caldereta ay kino-konsidera dito sa atin na espesyal na putahe sa hapag man o sa mga handaan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Dahil siguro sa kamahalan ng karne ng baka at sa mga sangkap na inilalahok dito.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Isa din ito sa mga putahe na minana natin sa mga kastila, kaya siguro maituturing na pagkain ito ng mga ilustrado o yung mga may kaya.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Marami ding version itong beef calderata kahit saang panig ng ating bansa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Di ba nga sa bayan ng aking asawa sa Batangas ay iba ang pamamaraan at mga sangkap na ginagamit nila?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa amin sa Bulacan naman minsan ay nilalahukan ng peanut butter para maging mas malinamnam ang sauce.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Pero kahit ano pang version itong calderetang ito ay panalo pa din sa panlasa nating mga Pilipino.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sa version kong ito ng beef caldereta, nilahukan ko ito ng olives at sa halip na tomato sauce, tomato paste ang aking ginamit para sa mas masarap na sauce.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Mas maganda din ang naging kulay nito sa dito.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I-try nyo din po.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;CALDERETANG BAKA&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1 kilo Beef (cut into cubes)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Tomato paste&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Olives&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Sweet Pickle Relish&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Potatoes (cut into wedges)&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Carrot (cut into cubes)&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Red Bell Pepper (cut into cubes)&lt;br /&gt;
5 cloves minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;1 large Onion (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Tomatoes (slice)&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp. Chili-Garlic Sauce (more kung gusto nyo na mas maanghang) &lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp; Timplahan ng asin at paminta ang karne ng baka.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ng ilang sandali.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp; Sa isang non-stick na kawali, i-brown ang karne sa olive oil. &amp;nbsp; Hanguin sa isang lalagyan .&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang heavy bottom na kaserola, igia ang bawang, sibuyas at kamatis sa olive oil.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na agad ang na-brown na karne ng baka at lagyan ng mga 3 tasang tubig.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan at hayaang lumambot ang karne.&lt;br /&gt;
5. &amp;nbsp; Kung malapit nang lumambot ang karne, ilagay ang sweet&amp;nbsp; pickle relish, tomato sauce at olives.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ng mga 5 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
6.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sunod na ilagay ang patatas, carrots at red bell pepper.&amp;nbsp; Timplahan pa ng asin, paminta at chilli-garlic sauce&lt;br /&gt;
7.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sauce at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Nitong huling uwi ko sa aking bayang sinilangan sa Bocaue Bulacan, pinauwian ako ng aking Tatang Villamor ng kanyang aning patola.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Gustong-gusto ko ang gulay na ito lalo na kung simpleng luto lang ang gagawin.&amp;nbsp; Mas mainam na simpleng luto lang ang gawin para naroon pa rin yung masarap na flavor ng sariwang gulay at hindi natatabunan ng iba pang sangkap.&lt;br /&gt;

Natatandaan ko pa noong araw lagi itong inilalahok ng aking Inang Lina sa Misua na may bola-bola.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Madalas simpleng ginisa lang ang ginagawa nitya dito na may lahok lang na maliliit na hipon.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ang sarap talaga, nagbabalik tuloy ang ala-ala nang aking kabataan.&lt;br /&gt;

250 grams Dried or Fresh Miki Noodles&lt;br /&gt;
5 cloves minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Onion (slice)&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Cooking oil &lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang kawali o kasirola, igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa kaunting mantika.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Halu-haluin.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp; Sunod na ilagay ang chicken fillet at timplahan ng asin at paminta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaang ma-prito ng bahagya ang manok.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan ng 2 tasang tubig at takpan hanggang sa maluto ang manok.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sunod na ilagay ang patola.&amp;nbsp; Takpan muli at hayaan ng mga 3 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na ang miki at halu-haluin.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan mulia&lt;br /&gt;

Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1 kilo Chicken Thigh Fillet (skin on, cut into bite size pieces)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup toasted Peanuts &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 pc. Lemon (juice and zest) &lt;br /&gt;
25 grams Fresh Sweet Basil Leaves&lt;br /&gt;
2 thumb size Ginger (slice)&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Onion (slice)&lt;br /&gt;
5 cloves minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Patis&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Sesame Oil&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Cornstarch&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Timplahan ang manok ng katas ng lemon, lemon zest, asin at paminta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ito ng mga 30 minuto o higit pa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Overnight mas mainam.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang non-stick na kawali, igisa ang luya, bawang at sibuyas.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp; Isunod na agad ang tinimplahang manok at lagyan ng patis.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Halu-haluin at hayaang masangkutsa.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp; Kung nawala na ang pagka-pink ng manok, ilagay na ang oysters sauce, soy sauce at brown sugar.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sauce at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
6.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na ang fresh basil leaves at toasted peanuts. &amp;nbsp; Halu-haluin.&lt;br /&gt;
7.&amp;nbsp; Huling ilagay ang tinunaw na cornstarch para lumapot ang sauce at kasunod ang sesame oil. &lt;br /&gt;

2 thumb size Ginger (slice)&lt;br /&gt;
1 pc. Onion (slice)&lt;br /&gt;
5 cloves minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
3 pcs. Siling pang-sigang &lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Whole Pepper Corn&lt;br /&gt;
Patis or salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Cooking Oil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang kaserola, igisa ang luya, bawang at sibuyas sa kaunting mantika.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na agad ang manok at timplahan ng kaunting asin at buong paminta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kayaang masangkutsa.&amp;nbsp; Takpan&lt;br /&gt;
3. &amp;nbsp; Lagyan ng nais na dami ng tubig para sa sabaw. &amp;nbsp; Hayaang kumulo.&lt;br /&gt;
4. &amp;nbsp; Sunod na ilagay ang hilaw o green na papaya, siling pang-sigang, laman ng buko at sabaw nito. &amp;nbsp; Takpan muli at hayaang maluto ito.&lt;br /&gt;

Kahit sa kinalakihang bayan ng aking asawang si Jolly sa Batangas, iba ang luto nila ng adobo.&amp;nbsp; Also, ang ina-adobo nila ay yung mabutong part ng baboy.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Madalas nila itong handa sa mga espesyal na okasyon kagaya ng mga fiesta at kasalan.&lt;br /&gt;

Hindi ko alam kung ano-ano ang mga sangkap na inilalahok nila sa kanilang adobo maging ang pamamaraan ng kanilang pagluluto.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Pero isa lang ang masasabi ko sa version nila, masarap talaga at malasa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kahit nga ang aking asawa ay paborito ito.&lt;br /&gt;

1 cup White Vinegar&lt;br /&gt;

3 tbsp. Sweet Pickle Relish&lt;br /&gt;
2 heads Minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Onion (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Cooking Oil&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Freshly ground Black Pepper&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang heavy bottom na kaserola, igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa kaunting mantika.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na agad ang nalinis na buto-buto.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na din ang suka, toyo, sweet pickle relish, paminta at brown sugar.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan at hayaang maluto ang karne hanggang sa lumambot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Maaring lagyan ng tubig kung kinakailangan.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sauce at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;

Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang kaserola, igisa ang luya, bawang, sibuyas at kamatis sa kaunting mantika.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp; Lagyan ng nais na dami ng tubig pang-sabaw at hayaang kumulo.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kapag kumulo na, ilagay ang sitaw, siling pang-sigang at okra.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan at hayaan ng mga 3 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Sa eleksyon, ito lamang ang pagkakataon sa ating buhay kung saan ang bawat tao ay pantay-pantay lamang ano man ang estado ng kanyang buhay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ibig kong sabihin, pare-pareho lang tayong tig-iisang boto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Kaya naman sana, dalangin ko, na sana ay pagisipan nating mabuti ang ating pipiliin sa ating mga balota.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Dito nakasalalay ang hinaharap ng ating bansa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Huwag sana tayong padala sa popularidad ng mga kandidato o sa tamis ng kanilang pananalita, kundi sa kakayanan nila na mag-silbi sa ating bayan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Isipin natin, kung tayo ay magkakamali sa ating pipiliin, 3 taon muli ang ating hihintayin para sila mapalitan.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Panghuli, ipagdasal natin na sana ay maging mapayapa at makatotohanan ang kakalabasan ng Halalan 2013 na ito.&lt;br /&gt;

Dun sa post ko about our department team building activity, isa sa mga food na kinain namin ay itong pasta dish na ito.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Spaghetti Pasta with Roasted Bell Pepper, Ham and Bacon.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ni-request nila na magluto ako para naman daw matikman nila ang mga pino-post ko dito sa blog.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Napaisip tuloy ako kung alin sa mga pasta recipes na nandito ang lulutuin ko.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kung white, green o red sauce ba?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Syempre naman dapat magustuhan nila ito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dito ko naisipan na gawan ng kakaibang luto ang pasta dish na ito. &amp;nbsp; Ang ginawa ko, inihaw ko muna yung red and green bell pepper at saka ko hinalo sa sauce ng pasta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; First time kong gumawa ng ganito at hindi naman ako nabigo.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Masarap at nagustuhan ng lahat ang niluto ko.&lt;br /&gt;

Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1 kilo Spaghetti Pasta (cooked according to package directions)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tetra brick All Purpose Cream&lt;br /&gt;
1 tetra brick Alaska Evaporated milk (red label)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Cheese Wiz&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup grated Cheese&lt;br /&gt;
250 grams Bacon (cut into small pieces)&lt;br /&gt;
250 grams Ham (cut into small pieces)&lt;br /&gt;
1 pc. large Red Bell Pepper&lt;br /&gt;
1 pc. large Green Bell Pepper&lt;br /&gt;
1/ 4 cup Butter&lt;br /&gt;
5 cloves minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1 large White Onion (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1. &amp;nbsp; Lutuin ang spaghetti pasta according to package directions.&amp;nbsp; Huwag i-overcooked.&lt;br /&gt;
2. &amp;nbsp; I-ihaw ang red at green bell pepper hanggang sa malanta lang ng bahagya ang mga ito. &amp;nbsp; Alisin ang mga sunog na part o balat. &amp;nbsp; Hiwain ng pa-cubes.&lt;br /&gt;
3. &amp;nbsp; Sa isang kawali o sauce pan, igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa butter.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp; Isunod na agad ang bacon, ham at ang inihaw at hiniwang bell pepper.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na din ang evaporated milk at cheese wiz at timplahan ng asin at paminta.&lt;br /&gt;
6.&amp;nbsp; Kapag medyo kumulo na, ilagay na ang all purpose cream.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hinaan na lang ang apoy.&lt;br /&gt;
7.&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sauce at i-adjust ang lasa.&amp;nbsp; patayin na ang kalan.&lt;br /&gt;
8.&amp;nbsp; Ihalo ang pasta noodles sa ginawang sauce.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Haluin mabuti hanggang sa ma-coat ng sauce ang lahat ng noodles.&lt;br /&gt;
9.&amp;nbsp; Isalin sa isang lalagyan at ilagay sa ibabaw ang grated cheese.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ihain na may kasamang toasted o garlic bread.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Hindi ko alam kung may gumagawa sa inyo ng ganito.&amp;nbsp; Yung naglalagay ng gatas na evap sa pinakbet sa halip na gata ng niyog?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yup, pwede naman na gatas na evap ang ilagay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Nakakadagdag ito ng sarap at linamnam sa lutuin nating gulay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kahit nga sa chopsuey mas masarap kung nilalagyan nito.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Wala naman talaga akong balak lagyan ang pinakbet na ito ng gatas, kaya lang nang makita ko yung natirang evap na ginamit namin sa champorado, naisipan kong ilagay ito para dagdag sarap nga sa gulay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; At tama nga, masarap ang gulay na naluto ko.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Subukan nyo din.&lt;br /&gt;

Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
Kalabasa&lt;br /&gt;

Ampalaya&lt;br /&gt;
Kangkong&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Bagoong Alamang&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Alaska Evap (original)&lt;br /&gt;
5 cloves minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1 medium size Onion (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Canola Oil &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang kaserola, igisa ang bawang at sibuyas sa kaunting mantika.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na ang mga gulay at ang bagoong alamang.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan din ng mga 1/2 tasang tubig.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan at hayaang maluto ang gulay.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp; Kung luto na ang gulay (huwag i-overcooked), ilagay na ang gatas na evap.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sabaw at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ihain kasama ang paborito nyong pritong isda.&lt;br /&gt;

Last Saturday May 4, nagkaroon kami ng Team Building Day ang aming departamento sa Megaworld sa isang lugar sa Antipolo City.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ang pangalan ng lugar ay Philip's Sanctuary.&lt;br /&gt;

One of my favorite itong pochero.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Mapa baboy, baka man o manok at okay na okay sa akin.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Gustong-gusto ko kasi yung naghahalong alat, asim at tamis ng sauce at syempre yung kakaibang lasa na naibibigay ng chorizo na ginamit.&lt;br /&gt;

This time pata ng baboy naman ang ginamit ko para sa pocherong ito.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Mainam kasi ito kasi magbibigay ng masarap na lasa ng sabaw o sauce ang butong part ng pata.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; At nilahukan ko din pala ito ng kamote para magdagdag pa ng lasa at tamis sa sauce.&lt;br /&gt;

Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1 whole Pata ng Baboy (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tetra pack Tomato Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Gourmet Sausages (sliced) &lt;br /&gt;
Pechay&lt;br /&gt;
Repolyo&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Kamote (cut into cubes)&lt;br /&gt;
4 pcs. Saging na Saba (hiwain sa dalawa)&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Onion (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp; Sa isang heavy bottom na kaserola, pakuluan ang bata sa tubig na may asin at paminta hanggang sa malapit nang lumambot ito.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sunog na ilagay ang gourmet sausages, kamote, saba, sibuyas at tomato sauce.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan muli at hayaang kumulo ng mga 5 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Timplahan ng brown sugar at tikman.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I-adjust ang lasa kung kinakailangan.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp; Huling ilagay ang pechay at hiniwang repolyo.&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ng ilang minuto at patayin ang kalan.&lt;br /&gt;

Ihain habang mainit pa.&lt;br /&gt;

1/2 kilo Skinless Chicken Breast Fillet (cut into strips)&lt;br /&gt;
2 cups Instant Oatmeal&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp. Lemon Zest&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Egg (beaten)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp. Maggie Magic Sarap&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
Cooking Oil for frying&lt;br /&gt;

Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I-marinate ang chicken fillet sa asin, paminta, katas ng lemon, lemon zest at maggie magic sarap.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ng 1 oras o higit pa.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilubog ang bawat piraso ng chicken fillet sa binating itlog at saka igulong naman sa instant oatmeal hanggang sa ma-coat ang lahat na bahagi nito.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay muna sa isang lalagyan.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay muna sa freezer ang chicken fillet para kumapit ang oatmeal breadings sa manok.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I-prito ito ng lubog sa mantika hanggang sa maluto at maghing golden brown ang kulay.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hanguin sa isang lalagyang may paper towel.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ihain habang mainit pa kasama ang paborito ninyong dips.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The best ang pinaghalong mayonaise, peanut butter at konting sesame oil.&lt;br /&gt;

Hindi pangkaraniwan tayong nakakapagluto at nakakakain ng paksiw na lechon.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Bakit naman?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Una, may kamahalan ang kilo ng lechon.&amp;nbsp; Pangalawa, kung maka-kain naman tayo nito ay kung may mga espesyal na okasyon lang.&amp;nbsp; Ang sarap pa naman nito at gustong-gusto ko yung balat ng lechon na napaksiw na na talaga namang it melts in the mouth.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hehehehe&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ako pag hinahanap-hanap ng dila ko ang paksiw na lechon, gumagawa na lang ako ng lechon kawali at saka ko pina-paksiw.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ganun din naman yun at kapareho din lang halos ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
May ilang paksiw na lechon recipes na din ako sa archive, but in this version, nilagyan ko ng rosemary yung karne ng baboy bago ko ni-roast sa turbo broiler.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ang resulta, mas naging malasa at malinamnam ang aking lechon kawali.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Try nyo din po.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;PAKSIW na LECHON KAWALI with ROSEMARY&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1.5 kilo Pork Liempo&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp. Dried Rosemary&lt;br /&gt;
1 bottle Mang Tomas Lechon Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Onion (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;
1 head Minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
3 tbsp. Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Vinegar &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp. ground Black Peper&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Rock Salt&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp; Hiwaan ng mga 1/2 inch ang parteng balat ng liempo.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Timplahan ito ng pinaghalong asin, paminta at rosemary.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan din ang mga pagitan ng hiwa.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lutuin ito sa turbo broiler o sa oven sa pinaka-mainit na settings hanggang sa pumula at mag-pop ang balat.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp; Hanguin at palamigin sandali.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hiwain ng pa-cube o sa nais na laki at ilagay sa isang heavy bottom na kaserola.&lt;br /&gt;
6.&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na din ang nalalabi pang sangkap: &amp;nbsp; Bawang, sibuyas, mang tomas sarsa ng lechon, brown sugar, suka, asin at paminta.&lt;br /&gt;
7.&amp;nbsp; Takpan at pakuluan ng mga 15 hanggang 20 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
8.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; tikman ang sauce at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;

Mula noong nagsimula ako dito sa food blog na ito, naging mas open ako sa pamamaraan ko ng pagluluto.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ang ibig kong sabihin, hindi ko nililimita ang paraan ko ng pagluluto sa pamamaraan na nakagisnan na natin.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hindi lamang sa pamamaraan kundi pati na din sa mga sangkap na gagamitin.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Di ba nga ang adobo nagiiba-iba depende sa lugar kung saan ito niluto?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ibig sabihin depende ang sangkap na gagamitin sa lugar na kung ano ang mayroon doon.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dito pumapasok ngayon ang tinatawag na twist sa mga lutuin.&amp;nbsp; Yun bang naghahalo tayo ng ibang sangkap bukod sa basic na sangkap at yung iba naman ay iniiba ang pamamaraan kung paano lutuin.&amp;nbsp; Kagaya nitong dish natin for today.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yes, isang simpleng afritada lang siya.&amp;nbsp; Pero dahil nilahukan ko pa ito ng herb na rosemary at sinamahan ko din ng malasang klase ng sausages, naging mas masarap at kakaiba ang kinalabasang lasa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Try nyo din. &amp;nbsp; Masarap talaga.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;CHICKEN AFRITADA with ROSEMARY and SAUSAGES&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1 whole Chicken (cut into desired size)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tetra pack Tomato Sauce or Afritada Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Any Gourmet - Hungarian, Spanish, etc. (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Potatoes (quatered)&lt;br /&gt;
1 pc. Carrot (cut same size as the potato)&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Red or Green Bell Pepper&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Onion (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
5 cloves minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Tomatoes (Sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Dried Rosemary &lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Olive Oil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang heavy bottom na kaserola, igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at kamatis sa olive oil.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaang masangkutsa.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp; Sunod na ilagay ang manok, hiniwang sausages at dried rosemary.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Timplahan na din ng asin at paminta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan sandali at hayaang masangkutsa.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na ang tomato sauce o afritada sauce at asukal.&amp;nbsp; Takpan muli at hayaan ng mga 5 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na ang patatas, carrots at red bell pepper.&amp;nbsp; Haluin bahagya.&amp;nbsp; Takpan muli at hayaang maluto ang patatas.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sauce at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Last Sunday April 28, nag-celebrate ang apo ko sa pamangkin na si Margaret ng kanyang ika-7 kaarawan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa bahay namin sa Bulacan ginawa ang handaan at todo abala talaga ang kanyang lola na aking kapatid sa paghahanda ng mga pagkain para sa may birthday.&lt;br /&gt;

2pm nang dumating kami sa amin sa Bulacan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Naka-ready na ang buffet table at may ilang putahe pa na niluluto ang aking kapatid.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ang may birthday naman ay abala na sa pagbibihis ng kanyang damit na isusuot.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yung unang damit pala ay binili ng aking asawang si Jolly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Nakakatuwa kasi yun pala ang gusto ng may birthday.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Yung kulay purple ng daw na may glitters.&lt;br /&gt;

1 kilo Pork Kasim or Pigue (cut into cubes)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tali String Beans o Sitaw (cut into 2 inches long)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Cane Vinegar&lt;br /&gt;
3/4 cup Soy Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Oyster Sauce &lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;
1 head Minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. ground Black Pepper&lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1. &amp;nbsp; Timplahan ng konting asin at paminta ang karne ng baboy.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang non-stick na kaserola, i-brown ng bahagya ang mga karne sa kautning mantika.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ilagay na ang bawang, suka, toyo, brown sugar at paminta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan din ng kaunting tubig.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan at hayaang maluto hanggang sa lumambot ang karne.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Maaring lagyan pa ng tubig kung kinakailangan.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kung malambot na ang karne, ilagay na ang sitaw at takpan muli hanggang sa maluto ito.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sabaw at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;

Hindi na bago sa atin ang paglalagay ng prutas sa ating mga lutuin lalo na sa mga pang-ulam na dish.&amp;nbsp; Pangkaraniwang nilalagay natin ay ang pinya o mangga komo marami nito sa ating paligid.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ako, madalas pinya ang ginagamit ko, fresh man o yung nasa lata.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Na-try ko na din na gumamit ng fresh oranges sa mga niluluto ko.&lt;br /&gt;

This time, sinubukan kong pagsamahin ang pinya at mangga sa isang chicken dish na ito.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Komo nga mainit ang panahon ngayon at pahirap ang magtagal sa harap ng kalan, ito ang naisip kong gawin sa 1 kilo ng chicken legs na nabili ko.&amp;nbsp; Simple lang ang paraan ng pagluluto at mga sangkap pero wag ka, ang sarap ang finish product nito.&amp;nbsp; Try nyo din po.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;BRAISED CHICKEN in PINEAPPLE and MANGO&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

1 kilo Chicken Legs (cut into 2)&lt;br /&gt;
1 small can Crush Pineapple&lt;br /&gt;
2 pcs. Ripe Mango (hiwain ng maliliit)&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar&lt;br /&gt;
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce&lt;br /&gt;
5 cloves Minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1 large Onion (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp; Timplahan ang manok ng asin at paminta.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ng ilang sandali.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang non-stick na kawali, i-prito ng walang mantika ang manok hanggang sa mag-brown lang ng konti ang magkabilang side nito.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp; Isalin ang manok sa isang heavy bottom na kaserola at ilagay ang lahat ng mga sangkap.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan ng mga 1 tasang tubig.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Takpan at hayaang maluto sa loob ng 30 to 40 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Maaring lagyan pa ng tubig kung kinakailangan.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tikman ang sauce at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Maaring hanguin na kung kkaunti na ang sauce.&lt;br /&gt;

1 medium size White Onion (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Bagoong Alamang (sweet style)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp; I-ihaw ang talong at alisin ang balat.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hiwain sa nais na laki at ilagay sa isang bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp; Hiwain din ang itlog na maalat sa nais na laki.&amp;nbsp; Ihalo ito sa inihaw na talong.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp; Isama na din ang hiniwang sibuyas at kamatis at ilagay na din ang bagoong alamang.&amp;nbsp; Haluing mabuti.&lt;br /&gt;

1 pc. Pata ng Baboy (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
3 tbsp. Mirin &lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Cane Vinegar&lt;br /&gt;
1 head Minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
1 pc. large Onion (sliced)&lt;br /&gt;
Bulaklak ng Saging (dried)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Whole Pepper Corn&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar &lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang heavy bottom na kaserola pagsamasamahin lang ang lahat ng sangkap at isalang sa kalan.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Hayaang maluto hanggang sa lumambot ang karne.&amp;nbsp; Maaring lagyan pa ng tubig kung kinakailangan.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kung malambot na ang karne, tikman ang sabaw at i-adjust ang lasa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Paborito ng aking pamilya ang roasted chicken o turbo broiled chicken.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kaya naman basta may espesyal na okasyon o kahit ordinaryong kainan, hindi nawawala ito sa aming hapag.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Di ba nga ipinangalan ko pa ang aking recipe sa aking bunsong anak na si Anton, ang Anton's Chicken?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Marami-rami na din akong version o flavor sa roasted chicken.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kung gusto nyong i-check punta lang kayo sa archive at i-select ang may label na chicken.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Dagdag na itong entry natin for today.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; This time, minarinate ko ito sa gatas (evap), curry powder.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; At gamit ang pinagbabaran ay ginawa ko naman itong sauce.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Masarap naman at kaiba sa mga pangkaraniwang lechong manok o rasted chicken na nakakakain natin.&amp;nbsp; Best talaga kung kakainin naitn ito ng bagong luto lang.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Try nyo din po.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;ROASTED CHICKEN with CURRY and MILK &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
4 pcs. Chicken Legs &amp;amp; Thigh&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp. Curry Powder&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup Evaporated milk&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup Chopped Lemon Grass o Tanglad (white portion only)&lt;br /&gt;
1 tbsp. grated Ginger&lt;br /&gt;
1 head minced Garlic&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp; Timplahan ng asin at paminta ang lahat ng piraso ng manok.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang bowl, paghaluin ang tanglad, grated ginger, minced garlic, evaporated milk at curry powder.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Haluin mabuti.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang plastic bag, pagsamahin ang manok at ang marinade mix.&amp;nbsp; Hayaan ng isang oras o overnight.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Balutin sa aluminum foil ang mga manok bago isalang sa oven o turbo broiler.&amp;nbsp; Lutuin ito sa 200 to 300 degrees sa unang 30 minuto.&lt;br /&gt;
5.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; After ng 30 minutes, alisin sa aluminum foil at lutuin muli hanggang sa pumula ang balat nito.&lt;br /&gt;
6.&amp;nbsp; For the sauce:&amp;nbsp; Ilagay sa sauce pan ang pinagbababaran ng manok.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan pa ng mga 1/2 cup na evaporated milk at timplahan ng asin, paminta at maggie magic sarap.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Remember nung nagluto ako ng baked tahong na may spinach?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Pansin nyo din ba na wala akong sukat na inilagay para sa mga sangkap?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Depende kasi yun sa dami ng tahong na lulutuin.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Kaya ang nangyari nun, may natira na spinach mix na mga 1 cup din siguro ang dami.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bukod pa sa spinach mix na yun, may tira-tira ding ginisang canned tuna na ulam namin ng nakaraang araw.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Dun ko naisipan na bakit hindi ko ito pagsamahin at initin para naman di masayang.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; At laking gulat ko sa kinalabasan.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Masarap ito at pwedeng pangulam sa tinapay o kahit sa kanin man.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In this recipe, gagawin ko siyang hindi mula sa tira-tira para masundan ninyo ng ayos.&amp;nbsp; Although, mga estimate lang ang gagawin ko sa mga sukat ng mga sangkap, pero halos ganito na din ang kakalabasan nito.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I-try nyo po.&lt;br /&gt;

Mga Sangkap:&lt;br /&gt;
1 can Tuna Fillet in Water (i-drain yung sabaw)&lt;br /&gt;
3 pcs. Tomatoes&amp;nbsp; (cut into small cubes)&lt;br /&gt;
2 cups Fresh Spinach Leaves (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;
1 medium size White Onion (chopped)&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup grated Cheese&lt;br /&gt;
Salt and pepper to taste &lt;br /&gt;
Butter or margarine&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Paraan ng pagluluto:&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sa isang bowl paghaluin lamang ang lahat ng sangkap maliban sa butter o margarine.&lt;br /&gt;
2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan ng butter o margarine ang bottom at paligid ng ramekins o yung mga heat proof na cups.&lt;br /&gt;
3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lagyan ito ng nais na dami ng tuna spinach mixture na ginawa.&lt;br /&gt;
4.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Isalang ito sa oven, turbo broiler, microwave oven o kahit na oven toaster hanggang sa maluto at mautnaw ang cheese.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ihain ng medyo mainit-init pa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
