As of the project of CS302 and CS250 classes is working good. We initially had a problem with the sponser to get a space to host the website. But still we had the analysis and documentation done previously which helped us a lot to move fast once we got the permission from the project sponsers.

Now we got the space working fine, and the layout of the web is done, we are still waiting for the client to provide us with the content to populate the website and get this project tested by the client.

I have to say that the problem we had earlier could h ave caused the project to fail if we didnt have other solutions, which we already discussed with our client. Now that we have almost every element we need to get this project done I have to say that one of the most successful techniques that helped the project not to fail is the whole team being patient, and the effort made of the project managers to push the sponsers to collaborate with us.

Dealing with the issues that we faiced in the project internally helped the project to success and the team not to panic.

From doing many presentations in my life I learned a lot of how to communicate with the audionce.

It was a really good practice for me to know how to deliver a piece of information to the people without letting them getting bored of me or what im talking about.

I think that in my presentations, my strength was my voice. I know how to use my voice to prioritize the different points that im talking about. To show which is more important, and which is not.

Also I think my strength was also my visual communication with the audience. I think I am good with making eye contacts with my audience to grab their attention to me and to understand what they think of my presentation so I can change the style slightly without their knowing to make it better for them.

I think one of the most factors that make successful companies or organization around the world is freedom and creativity.

When you work in a place that has a work-code that you have to follow, sometimes you forget what you are suppose to do as a job trying to keep up with these rules.

Also I think when you work in a place like most places are, in a fixed time limit and you cant be flexable with the timing is hard to keep up with too.

I think a work place should be a place where you are required to do certain or specific job and once you are done you are free to do whatever you want.

Also a place where you can be creative in the way you do your job, and in order to be like that you should be in a good state of mind. In order to feel that you dont want to be opressed and scared by all of these rules and the bossing around.

One final thing, the workplace should be a place where you trust and respect your fellow workers, to create a happy environment.

IT environment gives the opportunity to understand how the system should work, and how it should be designed. It is a guide through all neccessary steps to get a good final system.

Not to forget also the management of the development process. Information technology provides the concept of project management which is important to track the involvement of the personal to keep the project up to date.

There are a lot of charactaristics of this speech that make it a great speech.

First of all Malcom X was talking about the Level of education any nation needs to stop one of the most effective problems which is racesim.

Then he talked about that Muslims live together in a brotherhood invironment and there is no discremination between them, which non-Muslims around the world dont know about. So it was an interesting point made by MalcomX to get people’s attention and let them know something about Islam which is against the sterotypes they hear on the news.

Third point that made this speech great, is that MalcomX is not standing against the people of his own country even though most of them aren’t Muslims. Rather, he is defending the people and trying to erase the discremination from their dictionary.

Fourth point is that Malcom X shows the entire nation that he is prepared to start fixing these problems by working hand to hand with any organization that is welling to change to the positives.

Finally, Malcom X shows that he has a big influence on black people and he is trying to protect them and get them rights in this country. When he said that encourages holding rifles and guns to defend themselves against white people who were attacking them all the time and he said “Tell your people to stop being violent to my people, I will tell my people to put their guns down”

For me I feel nervious in a good way, so i can use this to talk about more stuff.

We all do the same mistakes while presenting. We all dont manage our voices to get people’s attention. We also get nervioius and it shows up on our body language like some people put their hands inside of their pockets or crack fingers.

Also the engaging of the audience is important during the whole presentation not only at the beggining.

I dont really think that internal politics affect the success of a project that much. There are more important factors to a project to succeed. The internal politics does affect the success of the project when it comes to dealing with the client. The success is different from a client to another, every client has his own aspect of success. One client may be willing to sacrifice features for a quicker delivery, another may be happy to extend the timeline to add in additional features. In both cases, the client gets what they want and the project is considered a success.

The main success factors are :

Have satisfied stakeholders

Meet the project’s objectives/requirements

Meet an agreed budget

Deliver on time

Add value

Meet quality requirements

Sense of professional satisfaction for the team

The internal politics controls how to manage to do all of these stuff or most of them to get a final successful project.
