Obama Refuses to Answer Birth Certificate Lawsuit

A Pennsylvania lawsuit alleging that Barack Obama is not a “natural-born citizen” of the United States took an unusual twist this week, after a federally mandated deadline requiring Obama’s lawyers to produce a “vault” copy of his birth certificate expired with no response from Obama or his lawyers.

The lawsuit, filed by former Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General Philip J. Berg — a self-avowed supporter of Hillary Clinton — alleges that Barack Obama was born in Kenya and is thus “ineligible” to run for president of the United States. It demands that Obama’s lawyers produce a copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he is a natural-born U.S. citizen.

Berg's suit and allegations have set off a wave of Internet buzz and rumors, though Obama could easily have put the matter to rest by providing the federal court with the basic documentation proving he is eligible to take the oath of a president. But Obama has apparently decided to deny the court and the public that documentation.

The Constitution provides that any U.S. citizen is eligible to become president if the person is 35 years of age or older and is a natural-born citizen; that is, born in the territorial United States.

By failing to respond to the Request for Admissions and Request for the Production of Documents within 30 days, Obama has “admitted” that he was born in Kenya, Berg stated this week in new court filings.

Berg released a long list of “admissions” he submitted to Obama’s lawyers on Sept. 15, and asked that they produce documents relating to Obama’s place of birth and citizenship.

Instead of responding, lawyers for Obama and the DNC asked the court to dismiss the case. But Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania has issued no ruling in the case that would have given Obama’s lawyers more time.

“There are lots of legal ways to stonewall,” a well-placed Republican attorney told Newsmax, who was not authorized to comment officially on the case. “But failing to respond is not one of them.”

“The first thing they teach you in law school,” he added, “is don’t put a complaint like this in a drawer. That’s how a nuisance case can become a problem.”

The 30-day deadline for defendants to comply with a discovery request is set forth in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures.

“It all comes down to the fact that there's nothing from the other side,” Berg said after he filed a motion on Thursday for summary judgment.

“The admissions are there. By not filing the answers or objections, the defense has admitted everything. [Obama] admits he was born in Kenya. He admits he was adopted in Indonesia. He admits that the documentation posted online is a phony. And he admits that he is constitutionally ineligible to serve as president of the United States.”

In a contentious case, lawyers on both sides will haggle over the production of documents, and will frequently go beyond the deadlines, several lawyers told Newsmax.

“The rules are more often complied with in the breech rather than the observance,” a senior trial attorney who has close ties to the Democrat Party, but is not involved in the current case, told Newsmax.

“Lawyers frequently do not return telephone calls or meet discovery deadlines because of sheer inadvertence. Therefore, we do not consider a failure to respond as a ‘violation,’” he said.

Allegations surrounding Obama’s place of birth have been swirling for months. Earlier this year, the Obama campaign sought to put down the rumors by making available a computer-generated Certification of Live Birth, issued in 2007 by the State of Hawaii. Respected conservative blogger Ed Morrissey called the Berg lawsuit a “conspiracy theory” that had been put to rest by the Obama campaign over the summer but ”has arisen like a zombie yet again to suck the credibility out of the conservative blogosphere.”

However, the 2007 document produced by the Obama campaign omits key information that normally appears on birth certificates in the United States, including the name of the hospital where he was born, the size and weight of the baby, and sometimes the name of the doctor who delivered him.

In addition, the critics of the 2007 document note that Obama's father is described as “African,” a term used today. The formal language in official documents at the time — 1961 — would have identified his race as “Negro” or “Colored.”

The Web site snarkybytes.com has produced a vault copy of a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth from 1963, issued by the Hawaii Department of Health. [See the vault copy — Click Here.]

In addition to naming the hospital and more details about the baby, the 1963 vault copy also includes the “usual residence of the mother,” and the “usual occupation” of the father. None of this information appears on the 2007 Live Birth certificate produced by the Obama campaign.

Berg has been a perennial political candidate in Pennsylvania, having run in Democrat primaries for attorney general, lieutenant governor, governor, and other offices without success. He served as deputy attorney general of the State of Pennsylvania from 1972-1980.

His credibility was tarnished by work he did for the far-left “9/11 for the Truth” campaign, which alleged in a federal lawsuit that the collapse of the twin towers in New York was caused by “controlled demolition” ordered by the president of the United States.

Nevertheless, in recent weeks, lawsuits have been filed in seven additional states demanding that Barack Obama produce an original vault copy of his birth certificate, to dispel the rumors that he is not a natural-born United States citizen.

The latest suits have been filed in state and federal courts in Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia, New York, and Connecticut to compel Obama to release his birth records.

Lawsuits in Washington and Georgia are seeking state superior courts to force the states’ secretary of state, as the chief state elections officer, to require Obama to produce original birth records from Hawaii, or else decertify him as a candidate for the presidency.

Ironically, Obama mentions his birth certificate in passing on Page 26 of his 1995 memoir, “Dreams of My Father.” “I discovered this article, folded away among my birth certificate and old vaccination forms, when I was in high school,” he wrote.

Lawyers for Obama and the DNC did not return calls for comment on the current status of the case, or explain why the Obama campaign did not simply put to rest the whole controversy by releasing the birth certificate that Obama apparently cherished as a teenager.

In the past, questions about Sen. John McCain's legal status have arisen. McCain was born in the Panama Canal Zone at a U.S. Army hospital. McCain had legal experts vet his constitutional qualifications, and he also disclosed a copy of his birth certificate.

A friend whose mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. The Doctor told her: women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.

The doctor said that the heat and the plastic of the bottle have certain chemicals that can lead to breast cancer. So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car, and, pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind we need to know and be aware and just might save us!!!! The heat causes toxins from the plastic to leak into the water and they have found these toxins in breast tissue. Use a stainless steel Canteen or a glass bottle when you can!!!

Vacation

I'm on my vacation right now, I took 2 weeks vacation in total but I took in between weeks to spend quality time to my family. This time I decided not to travel, I just want to stay home and relax. Hubby is on vacation as well so we decided to stay at home and just go places here in our area. Tomorrow, we're going to SixFlags to bring the kids and the weather is gonna be perfect so that will helps us enjoy our moments. Sometimes, it's nice to do nothing at all because every time I go on vacation, I don't rest at all I'm always on the go, so when I come back I always end up drained! It's fun but at the same time NOT! Hehehe...

I'm excited to our trip to SixFlags it's gonna be my first time to visit that theme parks hehe. I've been to different theme parks in California but never been to one here in Texas, it's funny isn't it? I'm a very boring person when it comes to roller coasters so I'm not really sure if my family will love me during our trip to SixFlags, since I'm not really a huge fan of roller coasters hehe... so will see what's gonna happen....

Till my next entry! I have to go we have a family dinner tonight at my BIL's house so I betta get off mu'a## to prepare for something. We're bringing desserts, going to bake strawberry shortcake uhmmmm.... Tata for now!

Spicy Fried Mushrooms

I love this appetizer! Me and hubby always order this at the bar. Since it's one of our fave I decided to cook this para mas tipid lol.

Here's how:

2 packs of fresh mushrooms
1 bottle of ranch dressing
1 cup flour
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg
black pepper
salt
chili powder or oil ( whatever, you like to add )

wash the mushrooms and let it dry
ready the pan
mix all the dry ingredients flour, pepper, salt and bread crumbs
then beat the egg, add chili powder or oil ( to make it spicy )
dip the mushroom to the egg
roll it to the flour
fry it

And there you go, you're done simple and easy very delicious yan hope you like it! Perfect if you have party at home hehe or while drinking beer or margarita! Enjoy ...

After church, we all went to a Mexican Resto the place is not that big and in fact I think na mukang canteen pa sya lol but they serve really authentic foods not Tex-Mex! Hubby and the kids love going here because of their famous homemade tortilla, I ordered different kind which I totally forgot what it's called but it's delicious, I'm pretty sure this has the word " bistek " on it. Then they ordered some beef fajitas, all in all we had a blast eating in this Mexican place, I'm telling you when it comes to Mexican food hubby is always in lol.

Chicken n' Rice

Hubby is one the best cook ever, I guess it's in his genes all the members in his family cooks. Perhaps, that's why they gave me tons of cookbooks last Christmas for me to practice my cooking skills lmao. He loves to cook for us which benefits me the most especially when I'm too lazy to cook something he will cook dinner for us.

He made us Chicken n' Rice - ( This is a very simple dish which the kids love the most ) Here's how:

2 kilo of rice
5 pcs potatoes
1 can campbell's cream of mushroom
2 kilo of chicken breast
salt
peppers
garlic
grated cheese
butter
mushrooms
onions

Step by Step procedure:

Boil rice in a rice cooker
Cut potatoes in half or 4 pcs then fry it in a warm pan with butter add garlic & onions
Fry the chicken breast while it's a little bit brown
Grab a pyrex pan then add all the remaining ingredients in the pan, put it in the oven. Set Temp to 350, cook for 15 mins or so.
After 15 mins, remove the pan to the oven spread the cream of mushroom then put the rest of the rice, chicken, potatoes and such. Add pepper & salt to taste.
Cook it for 15-20 mins
When it's almost done add the cheese on top
and viola dinner is ready!

Crispy Pata

Thanks to Ate Rhebz, since she helped me with the rest of ingredients on how to marinade the crispy pata I'm totally clueless on how to deal with it. I went to the Asian store to grab some crispy pata and I'm lucky enough to snag some. I called Ate Rhebz, immediately to get instructions on how to cook it. Here's how:

Purchase some crispy pata
If you have a pressure cooker that will really help but if NOT just grab a pot pour some hot water and boil the crispy pata until it's soft
marinade it with soy sauce and key limes or if you have knorr toyo mansi that will be better ( marinade for about 15-30 mins if desired )
add some salt and pepper ( if desired)
if you have deep fryer that's a lot easier but if not preheat your pot with canola oil then toss the crispy pata when it's hot and ready and viola!
ready to eat! Pair it with steam or garlic rice w/ Mang Tomas sauce if you want.

Hubby brought the kids to school this morning! Yeah, the fun part is over they have to be back to reality now. My daughter is too lazy to get her ass off this morning, but hubby told her to hustle! I can't believe that Spring break is totally over, the time gone by so fast April is just around the corner.

I'm thankful that they're back to school finally after 12 days of being off they really worn me out. It's hard when they are off since I have to come up for a bunch of plans just to entertain them. As early as now we're thinking of different ways where to put them this summer. I'm pretty sure W, will be back in his hockey lessons by June in preparation for the house team and I'm planning to put M, in the art camp again since she had a blast in " Color Me Mine ".

Bicol Express

Few days ago, I cooked Bicol Express it's one of the main dishes that I can really cook as far as my cooking skills is at stake! It's not that hard to make though here's the quickest ingredients that I can share so far:

2 kilo of pork
1/4 green beans
1 red bell pepper
1 potatoes (optional)
1 cup carrots (optional)
1 can of coconut milk
salt n' peppa lol =)
jalapeno (optional)

Cut pork into cubes
Slice red bell peppers, potatoes and carrots ( I usually buy the one in can so I don't need to cut them into strips hehe it makes my cooking a lot easier)
I usually fry the pork a lil'bit then once the pork is soft I pour the coconut milk
Bring to boil
Add dash of salt n' peppa
Add the veggies last so that it will not be soggy

I usually pair it with steam rice of course and my family loves it, very quick and easy guys so you can try this as well.

McAllister Deli is one my favorite place especially for my lunch. I usually go there a lot lately, my daughter loves to get the bread bowl soup, it's her all time favorite. After work, I got the chance to grab something to eat because yeah I'm one of those people who is very lazy to cook sometimes lol... so I rely on fast foods lol I got some of their grilled chicken breast oh boy this one is the best and I love it as in. We love chicken wings whether it's from Hooters or WingStop, to me they are all the same lol since they are part of a chicken.
