Se aseaza pulpele intr-o tava,pe un singur strat. Se coc cam 30-40 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp,se da in clocot supa de pui si se adauga orezul basmati. Se aseaza prunele intr-o tava.&lt;br /&gt;Fulgii de ovaz se amesteca impreuna cu zaharul si cardamonul. Pe acesta il puteti adauga dupa gust, la mine a fost o jumatate de lingurita. Eventual puteti adauga si o lingura de unt, dar e optional. Spargem ouale pe rand, unul cate unul intr-o farfurie separata, pentru a ne asigura ca nu avem oua stricate. Cand incepe sa fiarba, luam oala de pe foc, mai amestecam inca o data cu telul compozitia de ou si o turnam peste lapte, amestecand continuu. Rupem si ciocolata in bucatele si le adaugam in bol, apoi amestecam usor, doar cat sa se incorporeze ingredientele. Daca le amestecati prea tare, muffins-urile nu vor mai creste.&lt;br /&gt;Punem in forma de muffins hartie, iar daca nu aveti, ungeti formele cu ulei si faina. Am folosit un sos de soia dark, pentru o aroma mai puternica, daca nu gasiti se poate folosi si cel light. Lasam sa se prajeasca si pe partea cealalta, apoi o punem intr-o farfurie. Nu stiu daca e mancarea de care sa te indragostesti la prima vedere, eu eram tanara cand am incercat-o pentru prima oara si eram la primul contact cu gastronomia thailandeza, cu doar cateva tentative de mancare asiatica la activ. Nici cu felurile spicy nu ma prea intelegeam, deci a durat ceva pana cand ne-am acomodat :) Si totusi nu in Thailanda am ajuns sa iubesc acest curry, acolo era prea pur, prea trebuia sa fii de prin partea locului sa il apreciezi. De fapt, am ajuns sa ador mancarea asta tocmai prin Nordul Americii si datorita pastei pe care am folosit-o si in reteta de mai jos. Este pasta cea mai cunoscuta, cea mai buna din cele incercate de mine si este fabricata in Thailanda. Ceapa se taie marunt, iar cartofii se feliaza, in felii de grosime egala.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se pune tigaia pe foc si o lingura de ulei. Se caleste ceapa si se adauga carnea tocata. Se tin cam 10 minute pe foc, se sareaza si se condimenteaza cu amestecul de piper si usturoi. Se adauga rosiile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In forma pentru cuptor, se pune un rand de cartofi si un rand de carne tocata si se continua tot asa. Ultimul rand sa fie de cartofi. Se taie miezul de lapte in felii rotunde si se pun peste cartofi. Pasta de tomate se amesteca impreuna cu o cana de apa si se toarna deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se lasa la cuptor cam o ora, 45 de minute acoperit, iar ultimele 15 minute fara capac.
