Halloween Party! - Voyage Ultra Lounge in Brickell

So I totally have the idea stuck in my head of having a HUGE Halloween party.

There is this one CRAZY warehouse in Aventura that is painted from floor to ceiling. EVERYTHING is painted. The place looks like this hippie acid trip exstacy extravaganza. I love it.... but I can’t find it on google anywhere. The name is ________ Warehouse. Forgot the name of this mad house. :(

Can anyone help me with this or do you know what I’m talking about? It’s like 1,100 to rent and I love it.

Once we figure out the time and place… I will let you all know. I’m tired of the Grove and South Beach already. Time for a new crazy change for Halloween....

How do you guys feel about setting up a dinner at one of the local restaurants? Have a set menu with reasonable prices so you can have a taste of my stomping ground. (Downtown/Brickell)

Manny’s Steakhouse is AWESOME for large groups. For sure I can talk to the owners, the building they are in is owned by the same people of the JW Marriott. The Oceanaire is another good one, one of my favorites.... Kevin, the GM, is awesome.

We can make it a little outing. Maybe visit one of the little night spots after dinner. My birthday is November 10th, maybe Nov 8th (it’s a Saturday)

Miami voted #13th best city for singles

A recent Forbes poll just listed Miami as the 13th best city to live in if you’re a single.

Forbes determined which U.S. cities amongst the 40 largest urbanized areas in mainland America are most comfortable for soloists based on seven different categories: number of singles, nightlife, culture, cost of living alone, job growth, online dating activity and coolness.

My question: who @ Forbes is coming up with these ridiculous poll results?

Orlando is a better place for singles than Miami?!?!?!?

Hot spots in October

Hello all,

I will be heading down to Miami (the weekend of October 16-20) with a few friends and was wondering if anyone could recommend some nice hot spots while we are down there. I have been keeping up with all the topics and looked at the event calender as well but didn’t see anything that jumped out at me.

Since we’re going to be there for 5 days and 4 nights anyone got recommendations for the 4 nights we’re there? Looking to hit a few clubs and such but nothing to extravagant.

What do you all think? Appreciate any feedback and thanks in advance!
