I had the pleasure of meeting Heather and Andrew at one of my favorite places: Cracker Barrel. When they agreed to meet me there I pretty much knew they were my kind of people, and sure enough after our meeting I was looking even more forward to photographing their wedding. They arranged a beautiful day just after both a hurricane and a snow storm. You could not have asked for a better day, in a better location, with better people. We had a great time watching Heather and Andrew get married, and I hope you will enjoy the photos from their magical day.

New York Wedding Photography – Emily and Matt

I had been looking forward to photographing Emily and Matt’s wedding ever since we had such a fun engagement session the previous year. That wasn’t the only reason, although it was a big one after getting to know them a little better. I was also looking forward to photographing in the beautiful Riverside Church on the Upper West Side of New York City, as well as in the stunning Carlyle Hotel on Central Park’s eastern border. We all had fun getting ready, and being transported to the ceremony in a beautiful 1950′s Cadillac on a gorgeous fall day was a special treat. A beautiful ceremony followed by an elegant and fun reception made the day unforgettable. I told Emily that if she ever wanted to quit her day job, she would be an excellent event planner. The day was planned and executed to perfection (a rarity, indeed!). Congratulations to Emily and Matt on a beautiful wedding day!

I was given the honor of providing the photography services for the south Jersey wedding of Francesca and Owen, at The Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees, NJ. I always love it when my couples smile and laugh together, even with something as simple as a glance and a shared thought. Francesca and Owen have that wonderful connection, and I was honored to have been able to share in the joy of their wedding day. The Baldwin Family

We had a beautiful fall day to photograph with the Baldwins and their two very… energetic kids. We love them and had a wonderful time shooting some family portraits with them on the campus of the University of Delaware. We followed the shoot with some ice cream at the U.D. Creamery, which I highly recommend. These two kids were tree climbing fools, so naturally we got them enjoying the great climbing trees in the area. Thank you for letting me photograph you all, I had a great time!!

We shot in beautiful Yardley, PA at Washington Crossing State Park and even did a few shots in the back yard. We had a great time seeing them, as always, and their kids are doing wonderfully in their current activities (dance and karate).

New Jersey Engagement Photography – Amanda and Peter

I had a wonderful time with Amanda and Peter, photographing their engagement photos on a beautiful September afternoon. After having a great time and laughing a lot (always a good sign in a couple!) I’m very much looking forward to photographing their wedding day next year. Their engagement photographs actually come from two locations in the same weekend. Some were taken at Sunset Beach just south of Cape May, NJ while others were taken at Wharton State Forest and Atsion Lake. Amanda and Peter are having a summer wedding, so we thought the beach would be a perfect location. We just barely beat a rather nasty storm that came in, too!

I was honored to be asked by Kevin to photograph the 20th Anniversary recommitment ceremony between he and his partner Adrian, at The Water Club in Manhattan’s east side along the river. I had photographed a wedding which Kevin officiated last year, and was very happy to be the one chosen to capture such an important day in their lives. Wedding Photography – Amanda and Aiden

Amanda and Aiden, as well as a good sized set of their family and friends, all flew over from the U.K. to be a part of Amanda and Aiden’s wedding at Central Park’s Belvedere Castle. It was a beautiful ceremony performed by Reverend Will Mercer, followed by a somewhat brisk walking tour of the Shakespeare Garden, Bethesda Terrace, and then over to the Metropolitan Museum of Art to board the bus for Hoboken and the reception at Amanda’s Restaurant on Washington Street. No, this Amanda doesn’t own the restaurant, it’s a different Amanda. It was a lovely place with excellent staff, so if you’re ever in Hoboken and are looking for an elegant place to dine or have a drink, I highly recommend them.
