Art with heart: Just painted, first listing.  I used an Iwata airbrush for for the barn and most of the background for a clean, soft, out of focus look. And lots of thick paint in Fullers Teasel, the Bird, barbed wire, etc. You could turn off the lights and almost find them, with your hands.

April 8, 2012: SOLD.

Art with heart: The glass insulator was patented May 2, 1893. I very much enjoyed painting many nights on the glass, and many more painting the Hawk.

At 2 x 3 feet (canvas), the Hawk and insulator are larger than life size. And just to be clear, the painting was painted by me, in 2012. Note, the insulator is a CD 162 H.G.CO.
