I'm down 1 whole dress size! Starting TODAY, I'm hitting the weights EVERYDAY, alternating upper/lower body workouts so that I can TONE &amp; SCULPT while losing weight!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
FORMS OF EXERCISE THROUGHOUT THE WEEK&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. 30 minutes on the home treadmill, daily&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Jazz and Hip Hop classes on Saturdays and Sundays (starting this weekend)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Full body workout and weight training at Bally's Total Fitness Sports Club (starting today)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Extensive weight training with Personal Trainer, Valerie Tinsley, at USA Gym&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
One of the primary purposes for my blogs is to be of encouragement while making myself accountable to someone, to all of you and most importantly, to myself. There's something that happens when you commit something in writing. You can't forget about it because every time you walk away from it, when you return, it'll still be right there!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I just wanted to take a moment to say, "IT AIN'T EASY!"&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
First of all, in most cases, Appetite Suppressants DOES NOT WORK!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
"Appetite suppressants are designed to eliminate or drastically reduce your appetite so it will be easier to eat less. Some appetite suppressants such as Hoodia Gordonii, kind of "trick the brain" into thinking you are full. When you feel full you don't have the urge to eat. And when you do eat your meals you should be able to eat smaller portions since you should feel fuller faster."&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Well, what about for people like me who DON'T ALWAYS EAT BECAUSE THEY'RE HUNGRY? Listen, my name is Michele Brock and I am a Food Connoisseur! I know and love my cuisine from Soul Food, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, India, Greek, Cajun &amp; Creole, American and African and plan to add more to this list in the near future! LOL I have learned that when I'm really hungry, after several forkfuls of food, I have satisfied my hunger. However, I eat the rest off my plate because I'm enjoying the texture and the tastes on my tongue and that good feeling that you get when you're really enjoying the delicacy that has been placed before you. Prime example, "WHO EATS ICE CREAM BECAUSE THEY'RE HUNGRY?" I know I don't. I can be stuffed and can still enjoy a bowl of Rocky Road or Pralines 'n Cream and baby, you ain't had no ice cream if you've never had ice cream served to you by Cold Stone Creamery http://www.coldstonecreamery.com! OH, MY GOD! Ever hear the saying, "It's a sin and a shame for something to be so dang blasted good!"? Ha, ha, ha! Hooooo, Lordy! You can definitely overindulge at that place!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You know, as I've begun to work towards completely changing my mindset on my life and how I look at food and taking better care of my body, I've become a great deal more sensitive to my surroundings, the people around me, the businesses around me, people's attitudes about themselves, how people carry themselves, some with pride and dignity, others...not so much, and I've come to realize, it's NO WONDER THAT AMERICA IS ONE OF THE MOST OBESE COUNTRIES IN THE WORLD. Depending upon what community you live in, have you ever counted the number of fast food restaurants that are readily available to us. I haven't necessarily done the research, but, I'm going to throw out some numbers to drive home my point. There are probably 50 fast food restaurants to every hospital or medical facility within a single community. There are probably about 75 fast food restaurants to every health club, health food store, produce store, with none of them being fast food restaurants that cater to the health conscious or vegetarian/vegan population. There are a few programs for our youth, but, an even fewer number of them that are affordable to our inner city youth and mid to low income familes, BUT, there are plenty of fast food restaurants available so that you can get your diabetes, high cholestorol, high blood pressure and heart attack symptoms on, and the situation that I am describing is EQUAL OPPORTUNITY in that it doesn't discriminate between gender, race or age! Isn't that just peachy? I would love to see a study on this major issue in our society done and disclosed to the public by, but, not limited to the following:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Administration for Children and Families&lt;br /&gt;
* Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality&lt;br /&gt;
* Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition&lt;br /&gt;
* United States Department of Health and Human Services&lt;br /&gt;
* Food and Drug Administration&lt;br /&gt;
* Health Resources and Services Administration&lt;br /&gt;
* National Institutes of Health&lt;br /&gt;
* National Women's Health Information Center&lt;br /&gt;
* President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In the mean time, we have to look in the mirror and decide for ourselves that WE ARE GOING TO DO BETTER and WE'RE GOING TO TEACH OUR CHILDREN TO DO BETTER AND HOW TO DO BETTER! The government can't be 100% responsible for the decisions that we make in the privacy of our own homes. We have no one to blame when we choose to get up at 11:00 PM and make a mad dash to Barbara Ann's BBQ to get some of them thick juice rib tips, hot links and chicken wings. We have no one to blame when we choose not to do things in moderation including eating an entire pint or half gallon of ice cream...IN ONE SITTING! We have no one to blame when we choose to put exercise on the back burner because, "THERE'S NOT ENOUGH HOURS IN A DAY" so based on your list of things to do, EXERCISE TAKES A BACK SEAT! OUR PRIORITIES ARE SKEWED AND SCREWED UP and by the time our bodies began to react to all of the decisions we've made, then guess what, IT'S A LITTLE TOO LATE! It is said that by the time you have a symptom, the damage has already been done! So then ask yourself, "DO YOU WANNA DIE?" Yes, that is the only guarantee that we have in life, that each and every one of us is going to die, but, do you want to die today? If the doctor told you that you could add years on to your life while also increasing your quality of life, all you had to do was "EAT RIGHT", "EXERCISE" and choose calming activities to lower your stress levels...WOULD YOU DO IT? Well, I bet that everyone reading (and not reading) this blog has had a doctor tell them that in their lifetime. Everyone has heard this so it's not nothing new, but, then why do we continue to be gluttens for punishment. Listen, I'm not intending on beating up on anyone. I am writing this from my heart! It's therapy for me and is really written to me, to keep me in check! I choose to make my writings public because I know that I AM NOT ALONE IN THIS STRUGGLE, but, it's not easy! God knows it's not easy! I'm losing a lot of weight because for the past 3-4 weeks I have COMPLETELY removed breads, carbs and processed sugar from my diet...100%! That fact, coupled with my weekend weight trainings and my daily cardio on my treadmill, my pants are starting to fall off me. That reminds me, when I'm done with this blog, I must go invest in some velcro, some double sided sticky tape and some safety pins! Ha, ha, ha! However, when I look at myself, I'm not necessarily "SEEING" the change and that, in and of itself, is disheartening, but, I continue on my press towards greatness!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
***SIGH*** What I have learned and continue to learn is that it doesn't matter how much my children, my parents, my friends, you guys or anyone encourage me, motivate me, support me or help push me towards my goal, it doesn't matter if "I" am not doing all of those things for myself, internally! 90% of the encouragement, motivation, support, drive, push, press, praise, support, boost, lift, endorsement...etc. HAS GOT TO COME FROM WITHIN! It's got to come from your gut! You have to be in a place where you're sick and tired of being sick and tired! You're fed up, finally at your breaking point! NO ONE and NOTHING can stop you from achieving your goals! I, Michele Brock, have been on this quest for several years and each year, I make a pit stop on the side of the road, like it there and eventually find my way back on the right road headed down the path that I originally started on! My motivation comes from within coupled with the fact that I WANT TO LIVE, I'm working towards extending my life while also increasing my quality of life and I use anything NEGATIVE as fuel to increase my burning desires towards reaching my health and fitness goals and all of my goals actually! We have to learn to motivate ourselves! My Pastors always tells us that we should surround ourselves with people who are on the same path as us, so that we can encourage and motivate one another and with people who are already in the place where we want to be! It gives you something physical, tangible to strive towards! My Personal Trainer, Valerie Tinsley, is one of my external motivating factors! She's awesome and she's flawless, with her itty bitty self! LOL She's in shape from the tip of the longest hair on her head to the tip of her toes! Just cut, defined, precision, she's just great and she's very encouraging and motivating while working you to death, letting you know that if you can conceive it, you can achieve it and you have her standing right there in front of you as LIVING PROOF of what you can achieve! Having joined her gym, USA Gym in Bridgeview, IL, is another one of my external motivating factors! You cannot walk in that place and not see, hear or feel the sensation of working out and building towards a better you! I CANNOT WAIT for it to arrive! Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE (1). "Jubilee Juice" and (2). "Jamba Juice". They are my all time favorite places to go for smoothies, fresh squeezed juices and protein drinks! I love watching the staff at Jubilee Juice make their drinks in their industrial sized juicers, putting in whole oranges (with the peels), lemons, carrots, broccoli, celery and so forth and so on and watch those great drinks end up in a cup! Hmmmmmm! I would dream of having one of those juicers in my home! So, when I just so happened, during a channel surf, saw Montel Williams promoting the Living Well HealthMaster™ on his show, watching him just throw in all kinds of vegetables and fruit (blue berries, strawberries, melons, oranges, kiwi, red and green grapes...etc.) and have children drinking his concoctions, smacking their lips, I COULD RELATE and I knew that I was up that time of night specifically to take my health and fitness goals to a whole other level, changing the way that I look at food and not only completely changing my dietary intake, but, my family's dietary intake as well. THEY ARE GOING TO LOVE the Living Well HealthMaster™ almost as much as I am going to! I may even VIDEO BLOG myself using the Living Well HealthMaster™ as a part of my chronicling my process and my progress towards a healthier lifestyle and a more fit Michele, so, STAY TUNED!&lt;br /&gt;

Externally, my body has yet to show signs of my physical transformation, but, internally, I have indeed increased my physical well-being and my quality of life! I am no longer that woman, that person who lead a sedentary for far too long! Exercise is not an activity that I have to "fit" into my daily routine. It is now a MANDATORY activity that takes place 7 days per week, without fail or falter. I now look at food differently, as a means of not only sustaining my life, but, as one of the resources necessary to increase physical balance so that my machine operates at it's highest capacity, fueled with premium products...NO MORE JUNK! I now treat my body with the same respect as I treat my car. I don't put water in where the windshield wiper fluid goes. I don't put Crisco oil in where the motor oil should go. I don't put "sugar" in my gas tank! So, then why would I treat the machine that our heavenly Father has blessed me with any different than the way that I treat a vehicle made by man! Ooooooooooohhhhhhhhh! I'm go SHOUT up in here! THERE'S NO TURNING BACK! I'M A WOMAN ON CRACK! THE CRACK OF LIFE AND OF BEING PHYSICALLY FIT AND OF FINALLY BEING ON THE PATH OF MY FATHER'S BUSINESS! Like CHRIST, my goal is to "LEAD BY EXAMPLE" and represent my Father's Kingdom starting with taking better care of all that He's has blessed me with! In me, the look of God will be fine, physically fit, defined, certain, empowered, in the full armor of God, ready to represent His goodness and His wealth, even here in the earth realm and always, always, always in the spirit of giving Him all the glory and all of the praise! Once I create my playlist of uptempo music and then a few wind down songs, I'm going to increase my incline to 5.0, my speed to about 3.0 - 3.5 and my time from 30 minutes to about 1 hour. Have also been weight training and cross training on the weekends with my Personal Trainer. Will add cross training to my morning workouts at home! I'm attempting to start a "WORKPLACE STAIR EXERCISE GROUP" at my job in an attempt to get in 5-10-15-20-30 minutes of cardio per day by doing the stairs. I am so geeked! I'll tell you, it wasn't easy and I expect that it's going to get harder. However, I know that I can do this! I have to do this for a number of reasons. First, I'm tired of looking, feeling and being obese. I am tired of my heart beating as though it's going to pop out of my chest after walking up one flight of stairs. I am tired of looking my age and feeling older than I am. I am tired of NOT being the best that "I" can be and I'm tired of being neglectful of God's temple. Valerie was a joy to work with and although there were moments when I felt like I couldn't push myself any longer, she was patient, she encouraged me, but, she pushed me to do what she knew I could do. This time, this time, I am going to succeed. NO MORE EXCUSES! NO MORE MAKING EVERYTHING OTHER THAN MY LIFE, MY HEALTH AND MY PHYSICAL WELL-BEING MORE OF A PRIORITY! The changes that Valerie has assigned to my life is the beginning of a new me. I'm not doing this because I have a dress that I want to get into for a class reunion or because I have a bikini that I want to get into for my cruise with my children in August. Nope! This is a life change and an opportunity to increase my QUALITY OF LIFE! A lot of folks have the attitude that you're going to die anyway and that is the truth! Death is probably the only guarantee that we have in life, but, one thing's for certain, since God continues to bless me with this life, in addition to my praise and worship, I can show Him just how much I treasure the life that He's given me by taking ultimate care of the body He hand chose for me! &lt;b&gt;THIS IS IT!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

However, I had an alleged Chicago based Personal Trainer who turned out to be extremely unprofessional, unreliable and untrustworthy!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I had to quickly regroup and backtrack to a professional trainer whom I trust explicitly! Worked with him BRIEFLY in 2007! He's based out of Memphis, TN! However, he is extremely well known throughout the bodybuilding circuit, 100% reputable and trains the pro athlete bodybuilder competitors working with "A" list clients in the NPC, and IFBB! I am both lucky and proud to have him as my Personal Trainer...no matter the distance between us! I wasn't as focused or driven when he and I first met and am lucky that he remembered me and wants to work with me! His name is Cliff Bomar aka Rolex of HardBodies International!&lt;br /&gt;

Because of Cliff, I have my meal/nutrition plan, my list of supplements and he's getting me my workout regimen! The other part of my delay in starting the challenges is waiting on my shipment of supplements to arrive! It is going to take 3-8 days for delivery via UPS and I just placed the order today! Remember, Cliff and I reconnected today (Friday, February 6, 2009). I could kick myself, but, I'd probably pull a muscle! LOL The only reason why I didn't reach back out to Cliff was because of the distance. I was hoping to find a Personal Trainer who was reasonable and local so that I could physically train with that person at least once per week. Well, after some of the ridiculously high quotes that I've been given by Personal Trainers and then the fiasco with the one I am going to pursue in court, I am going to work with Cliff Bomar and relocate to Memphis, TN, if it comes down to that and I'm dead serious! If that is what its going to take, I'll relocate in a heartbeat, but, I'm going to see if he and I can make a go of it with the distance between us! I think that with his tenure as a pro trainer and my drive, I think that the probability of he and I making this coach/client relationship work is EXCELLENT!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

I'll just continue on with the &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt; at the end of the &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;BODY FOR LIFE CHALLENGE&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I always knew the approximate date of when I was going to start. The delay is due to me finally making the decision to build my Pre-Paid Legal business and structuring my process around the fact that I will also be in school full-time this semester carrying 15 hours. I have also been interviewing for a 9-5. Wanted to position myself financially so that I could afford the EAS supplements in addition to being able to shop for the types of foods that I will be eating, 24/7. The other thing that most of you have been unaware of is my impending divorce. It's fine! Don't frown! Ha, ha, ha! Everything is amicable and we'll still be friends, but, financially, this whole transformation process just wasn't or isn't feasible, but, will be by my official start date of Monday, February 9, 2009!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, now, I'm combing through the BODY FOR LIFE website for both the nutrition and workout plans information. Will do the same on the TRANSFORMATION.com site. Just attempting to kind of map out every minute of this process.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first week of February, I will take my BEFORE PICTURES! I will shoot my first video on Saturday, February 7, 2009 which will be VIDEO 1 OF 18! On that piece, I will have my measurements taken again to see if they are the same or different from the ones that I took earlier this summer. They are posted on Bodybuilding.com - MicheleBrock's BodySpace at...&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;center&gt;&lt;a target="blank" href="http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/MicheleBrock/"&gt;&lt;h2&gt;http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/MicheleBrock/&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/center&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will also highlight both my weekly workout plans, my nutrition and meal plans and the EAS supplements that I plan to take! Then each week, I will shoot a new video which will primarily start off as a type of journal of my experiences for that previous week and there'll be shots of me working out at the gym. As of this moment, my gym of choice will be BALLY'S TOTAL FITNESS! There'll be live clips of me struggling through routines, reps and also getting my cardio in which will include the treadmill, both at the gym and at home and perhaps some aerobic classes, if they will allow me being filmed during the class.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, as you can see, this is being extremely WELL THOUGHT OUT! I've been attempting to do the BODY FOR LIFE CHALLENGE now for the past couple of years! Now, I HAVE TO DO IT for a myriad of reasons! There is NO TURNING BACK even though there are some health issues that have started to rear their ugly head to try and stop me from this forward momentum that I am on mentally, but, you know what, as the church says...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;center&gt;&lt;font color="red"&gt;&lt;h1&gt;"THE DEVIL IS A LIAR!"&lt;/h1&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/center&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am not only going to do this, but, I am going to exceed my wildest dreams in this endeavor and be extremely successful in all my goals thereafter! I claim it and I'm walking in that belief and in the faith that I am on the path that I should be on! &lt;b&gt;THIS IS MY SEASON!&lt;/b&gt; Nobody knows where I've been mentally and in the depths of my soul these past few years! Only me and my God! It is not my intent to come off preachy, but, I know where I've been! I know where I could be! I know where I should be by the life that I've lived, but, I also know that God had an order of protection on my life! His angels surrounded me and when I walked away from the church and my church famly and had basically given up on my life, God never gave up on me! He was always in my ear telling right from wrong, letting me know that He was there, but, I tried to pretend like I wasn't hearing Him as I made my own decisions, opposite of the decisions that He wanted me to make. It got easier and easier as time passed on to where I stopped hearing Him, but, no matter what, He was in my heart. I couldn't get Him out, even if I'd wanted to. So, with each passing day as I drifted deeper and deeper in that dark place, He kept tugging at my heart and thoughts of my church and His word could never be completely suppressed. Then something began to happen! I began to see my own destruction and I knew that I was letting a lot of people down, starting with myself, then my children and then my Father! I knew that there was a purpose for me being here and that the reason I remained was that I had not yet fulfilled that purpose, but, more importantly, God had not given up on me to the point where He would reassign whatever it is that I am charged to do, to someone else. I am slowly, but, surely, getting reconnected to Him and He is ordering my steps. I was heading down a path that in and of myself, I would have been unable to recover from, but, when I began to acknowledge Him with all my heart, he's lifting me out of that place and has placed a quickening in my heart that makes me feel that I can't do enough in His name! I can't do enough to praise who He is in my life! I don't care what anyone else says, I know who and what He is and has been in my life! I can't speak for anyone else and no one else's experience is mine, but, I have my own to go by! I am unstoppable! I am a warrior for the Kingdom! These CHALLENGES are as much for the world as they are for me, preparing and strengthening my temple, the domain in which He dwells within me, for battle as I fight whatever fight in whatever war that He places me in! See, the United States Government have our children and we go off to war, NO QUESTIONS ASKED and we fight and kill whatever and whomever the government tells us to without blinking an eye! Well, that is my position with the Father! That fact will be evident in my workouts as I push myself towards excellence! As I push myself towards a body of perfection which will in turn not only strengthen my physical being, but, also my mental and spiritual being! It would be great to have others to join me in this fight, first for quality of life; to once and for all, quit talking about it and just being about it; knowing what we should be doing and not doing and simply DO THE RIGHT THING, but, if I have to stand alone in this fight, that's alright because I now know that even as I stand alone, I AM NEVER ALONE! We are Winners! We accomplished what many dream of, but can’t find the inner strength to execute, and we did it together. Now I won’t be cliché and say “it was a great bonding experience”, because that will give you the impression that this was a walk in the park, on the contrary…..we got on each others nerves. We were tired, sore and hungry most of the time. Jahid was moody and grumpy from being tired, sore and hungry. I was irritated about everything from Jahid’s moods, another blasted cardio session to someone leaving the toilet seat up. Man, you could cut the tension with a knife. Let’s keep it real here-Heathcliff and Claire Huxtable we are not. We didn’t end each day cuddling, smooching and feeding each other grapes. Puleeze! It was a good day if we managed to end it saying “good night”. No, our marriage isn’t in jeopardy, far from it, but man there was very little room for fun and we weren’t always bosom buddies. Between work, exercising, the kids and closely managing our nutrition plan, fun was a bonus. There were rough spots and many a days we asked ourselves “Why in the heck are we doing this?” This is the raw truth-a dose of popular reality at it’s finest. We’ll be the first to tell you this wasn’t easy. No sugarcoating here, because let’s be honest, if it were that easy fewer Americans would be obese, right? If its fantasy you want, watch the Cosby Show on Nick-at-Nite. Yet hard as it was, just when Jahid thought he was too tired to go another day, he’d do cardio before work to get in his 20 minute aerobic solution and the following day bust out a weight workout at lunch. And when I thought my knee was going to completely give out and I’d to say screw the whole thing. I’d put on “Loose Yourself” by Eminem or “Mama Said Knock You Out” by L.L. Cool J and make my cardio loop around our local lake pushing my jogging stroller and improving my time by 2-3 minutes. So as we began to see the fruits of our labor take shape both internally and externally, we knew why we were doing this. We were growing by stretching ourselves beyond our own self-imposed limitations, and it felt good. An extra $40,000 in our bank account would be fabulous, but even without it we are Champions. We trusted and believed enough in ourselves and each other to accomplish what at times seemed impossible. We’ve empowered ourselves with the pride of success that comes from staying true to our word and from knowing that we can do and be anything. Nothing is beyond our reach. We are Winners and living our life in healthy celebration. One of the first things we did after completing the Challenge was a victory dance with our two biggest supporters and greatest inspiration, our kids. Next we’re going to take a much needed and deserved short family getaway over the Christmas holiday. Starting now, even the sky is no limit. At 35 years, I felt “old” for the first time in my life. That day, I stood on the scale, studied myself in the mirror, and was devastated to realize what had become of my body after three pregnancies and much nutritional negligence. I was tired all the time and as much as I ate, I never had the energy to play with my children, much less to take them to the park or even the library. Up until that day, my daily exercise had consisted of walking from the couch to the pantry and back. It’s no wonder that my weight had ballooned to 142 lbs. on my 5’4” frame. My father is severely overweight and suffers from diabetes, high cholesterol, and depression. His mother died at age 58 of complications from her diabetes and I realized that my fate could be the same if I continued my negligent ways. That was when I decided to change my life, first for my family, then for myself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I had known about the Body-for-LIFE Challenge for many years after a friend from college told me about it. I never thought it was something I could or would do. To my surprise, when I got online and began to read what the challenge actually entailed, the ease of the meal plan and work-outs, I began to feel very optimistic. I enlisted the help of a trainer to perform a complete initial evaluation, progress evaluations, and to help me learn the gym equipment and proper workout techniques. I told all of my family and friends about the Body-for-LIFE Challenge and what my goals were for the 12 weeks. This way, I knew I had to follow through. Talking incessantly about the details of the program, I was so excited that my husband was inspired to join the challenge and four of my girlfriends also decided to hit the gym and get healthy with me. After a couple of weeks, I suffered a set-back when my three-year-old daughter fell from the couch and broke her collar bone. I stopped going to the gym and stayed with her for ten days while she healed. Although I had no way of exercising, I continued to eat healthy substituting one or two of my 5-meals-a-day with AdvantEdge Carb Control bars and shakes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I began the 12 weeks weighing 142 lbs. with 31.38% body fat. By the end of my ninth week I was already down 23 lbs. and 11% body fat. I was extremely motivated and ready for more. I continued to work hard and exceed every goal I had set for myself. At the end of the 12 weeks, I weighed 115 pounds and registered a cool 18.92% body fat! Even better than that is the rush of energy I now feel every morning when I get up. We have family game and movie nights, we make trips to the park, the museum, and we even make the gym a fun part of our weekend.
