After a few in the studio we headed outside for a few in the grass. Thankfully the rain had stopped and we had a gorgeous (hot & humid) day. Here she is in her cute little sun dress taking it all in. I love the curiosity of babies!

If you are not a fan of my facebook pages you may think I fell off the earth!

So far it’s been a crazy Spring, in business, personal life, and in weather! One day 30 degrees and the next 90! Oh, and let’s not forget about the wind/snow/rain/tornadoes all in the past month. Oh my!

Being spring, we also have the added activities for the kiddos. My littlest is playing T-ball of which both my husband an I are a coach. My middle is playing baseball of which my husband is a coach. My oldest is busy being a teenager ;) Add girl scouts, boy scouts, skeeball (yes, I play in a skeeball league!) and then my husband’s hobbies and I don’t know whether I am coming or going. It definitely keeps thing interesting.

And what does spring bring (besides showers?) Babies! I love it, there are babies being born all around me. All little girls! I love all the headbands with bows and flowers! Then we have preschool spring portraits, lots of inquiries about outdoor family portraits, Easter portraits, getting my 2012 & 2013 high school seniors in for their model shoots, working on 2011 graduation announcements, and even people talking me into Weddings! I kid of course if you are one of my brides. As most know I don’t normally photograph weddings. Just a personal preference. However, I do have one wedding on the calendar for this summer.

So, I will be playing catch up with posting some images from each session on here. Look for them through the next couple of days. I want to give everyone their own special recognition, but what’s a photography blog without pictures?

I just realized I never shared my daughter’s birthday party! Her 6th birthday was an Alice in Wonderland theme and it was a hit! I made her cake which was no easy task but I am proud of myself! She is wearing MY dress from when I was little! This was my flower girl dress from my aunt’s wedding. She had just given it to me a few months before and I though it was a great Alice Costume! She loved it!!! Without further adieu…my little Alice (Bella)
