Greeting to all of you reading my post hehe I'll finally back in Singapore😁😁 a lot of you have been asking me about my derma so......

Ok, this will be a super long and lengthy post about my past and present with Cutis Laser Medical,:) so if you are looking for a honest aesthetic review on facial and women's health ( post will up next Tuesday), this is the right place.

Past:

This was what happened to me years ago, due to some very bad facial experience.

I was severely depressed on my outlook so much so that I start to grind when I sleep due to stress and I refuse to step out of my house, until ❤️ decided to drag me to seek help and medical advise from a lot of dermatologist ( seriously, I tried taking vitamin A, I tried facial, I tried herbal therapy...NOTHING WORK until we met Dr Sylvia from Cutis Laser Medical by chance.

Honestly speaking...I had already given up all hopes on myself, I start to binge eat, I start to isolate from the outside world, I would get really sensitive and won't allow anybody to visit me, but ❤️ convince me to try Cutis Laser medical out and Dr Sylvia change my life completely. You might say I am a tact too drama but do continue to read on:)

You see, Dr Sylvia, she did not hard sell her therapy to me at all, the first thing she told me after hearing my encounters with the many other dermatologist was

"Look Michelle, I know you must be depress and have doubts on the treatment I provide, but I want you to know, I am confident that i can fix you up. External wound can be heal, but it's the internal wound, we need to heal first."

With that, I decided to place my faith and trust into her hand and on our very 1st session, after a series of scans, she concluded my sudden breakout was due to usage of bad expired facial products, (that is story for another time) and I suffer from Rocensa which trigger my skin to breakout so badly , and the treatment she introduced to me was Laser genesis.

After the first treatment, I did not see any changes at all, I was impatience, however Dr Sylvia was very patience to me, explaining and assuring me that I will start to see the change 3 weeks from my treatment.

Soon I start to note the change, the breakout start to lessen and my skin start to clear up, and after the 2nd session, my skin was 75% cleared up :

By the 3rd session, I am free from rocensa and you couldn't see any scars on my face at all!!

And every time, during and after my therapy with Dr Sylvia, she will never fail to encourage me and even call me up, just to check how am I after the treatment.

I once, asked Dr Sylvia, why didn't you try to hard sell me your products by putting me down and telling me to get extra treatments, when you know your therapy works wonder. You would have earn so much more.

And her reply simply was :" my job, is not just about making you look good but feel good about yourself. Sometimes it's not about the money but passion, and my passion is to make you feel good about yourself."

Soon, families and friends who saw my transformation are so amaze and impress with Dr Sylvia skills, that one after another, they too start to visit Dr Sylvia for treatment and all of them are converted because of the result.😊😊

And with my new found confident, I start to dabble into blogging and all till present.

Present:

My mum too, decided to try out laser treatment from Dr Sylvia recently and the result was unbelievable, she had facial laser treatments and even had her freckles , which bothered her for the longest time removed!!😊😊

while I will not reveal my mom photo, to protect her identity and she is really shy about having her photos in my blog, for those who know me personally, and have seen my mom before, most of them would say she is doesn't look her age😊😊.

So while waiting for my mom to have her facial before her treatment start, who is done by Faye, Dr Sylvia assistant. Dr Sylvia and I start to catch up and she start to notice, that my jaw line was pretty protruded and after I explain to her that , I still grind my teeth when I sleep at night, both she and her husband gave me a surprise that I will never forget.

Dr Sylvia decided to sponsor me, botox injection for my jaw muscle, so that it will help to lessen my grinding of teeth at night, since I often wake up in the morning with a mouthful of blood in my mouth and who doesn't want a sharper looking jawline?:)

Now before you start to judge me for having botox injections and throw me with the pros and cons of Botox.

I just wanna say, I did not accept Dr Sylvia offer right away, in fact Dr Sylvia gave me a series of read up material to study and we had 3 meet-ups to prep me mentally and Dr Sylvia even had a Q&A session with me, answering all the "urban myth about Botox" before I decided to go with it.

The photos below might not be suitable for minors.

The process took less then 10 mins, it was painless (trust me, My tolerance level for injection is zero but I really felt nothing after the numbing gel was applied in my jaw) and I was given a total of 52 units for my jawline. As one side of my jaw line was a lot more muscular than the other.

I was told that, Botox on jawline would normally take around 6 weeks to see the result and will normally last to about 6 months, depending of your eating and chewing habit😊

6 weeks after, Tadah!! A shaper jawline 😊😊😊

No, I did not experience any discomfort after the injection, unlike what most say, their jaw feel sore, I feel absolutely fine:)

And the most important thing is, it helps in my bad teeth grinding habit!!!❤️😍❤️😍❤️

So for my readers out there, if you are looking for a good aesthetic medical centre, to have facial or body treatments etc, I would highly recommend Cutis laser medical😊😊 because,

1- they do not hard sell their products, they only give you what you need and nothing more.

2 - most treatments are handled by Dr Sylvia herself, unless it is a very simple treatment, like cleansing your face or extractions.

3 - each and everyone who work for Cutis laser medical, are constantly upgrading their treatments and skill, so much so that, they know exactly what you do not need.

If you are Looking for a comfortable and cosy environment to gym away, Contour Express is definitely the place to go to=)

I was impress by their staffs, on how friendly and attentive they were, when I told them I have a bad back injury prior to my session with them!=)

Hehe taking my pluses and blood pressure before and after the circuit training session!

I love the fact, that it is a circuit training kinda gym, its good for people like me=) who wanna see results within a short period.of time!=) not to mention, it work your wholE body!

Hehehe time for Cooling Down exercise, after all these training! Heheh

While the place do look a tact rundown, as it is located in a shophouse, I appreciate the fact that, contour express thou small, there have all the basic facilities you need.

From lockers To changing room to shower area. You need it, they have it=) I Would definitely intro all the ladies to go try it out if You would like to go the gym with personal trainer who will assist you, without hardselling their packages=)while you are gymning away hehe And not to mention, it is relatively cheap as compared to the commercial gym.

I would say it is definitely worth the Money, if you are Looking for a good workout.place, with trainers who will take note of your growing process :-)

Last month, Nov was my super sweet and adorable instructor, agnes bday^^

So to celebrate, we actually went to Pan Pacific for a bday lunch!

We were greeted by this beautiful sight when we walked into the Edge Food Theatre.

I mean, look at their wine collections!!!!

My theme for my Halloween event this year is "Ayakashi" meaning strange, demons and monster.

Soooo, basically everybody just dressed up as whatever they like and find it strange.

well, judging from my blog title " Social Media Rehab ", can you guess what is all is about?=)

heheh soooo, i suspended my phoneline 3 months ago and i have been living my social media life only when there are WiFi around.

one might asked, "why would i wanna suspend my line?"

hmmmm....allow me to explain myself and how this rehab program comes about.=)

the first thing i've done was to suspend my line temporarily, so i can only be contacted when there is WiFi, and honestly even thou you might say singapore has got hotspot everywhere, trust me when i say " nope, it isnt that easy to get wifi especially if you are out in the train station or bus stop or on the street."

i will spend those few mins or hours without wifi, observing the people around me, the scenery around me, appreciating nature's beauty, listening to the person i am interacting with, giving them 100% of my attention and most importantly, going the extra mile to make an effort to have a fruitful conversation=)

"but why the extreme measure as to suspend the mobile phone line?"

One of the main reason was, i have realised that most people would message me via wassapp or facebook instead of calling me via my mobile line, and with that i've decided to suspend my mobile line until further notice. i wanna go back to the times where smart mobile phones weren't invented yet...that was say...in the 80s=)

i do miss the times where letters and pager were some of the alternative communcating tools, when i would arrange meetup with my friend the day before and both my friend and i would turn up puntually at our location.

I miss chatting.

I am a lot happier now, i have learn to strike a balance between my personal space and social media life=)

in fact, i'm learning to appreciate my own paces, without being rush or influence by the peeps around, and that alone, makes me a healthier and more vibrant person to be around with.=)

So i was invited by Street Grub for food tasting last week!

Upon entering Street Grub, i was very pleasantly surprise that there wasn't an single ounce of the oily smell (you know, how sometimes you enter those food stall, and the smell of the oil and food will just stay onto your clothes and hair as you leave the place")

I was told by the owner, Sidd that street grub is a zero oil concept stall, which means no deep frying of food, only steaming and roasting so as to keep the natural taste of the food, so that city people like us, can have a healthier alternative!

Ok, So how about the price?

MUAHAHAHAHA get ready to be whelm my friends!

Lol, Ladies and Gentlemen, $4.90 for their Black Angus Beef Wrap and Bun ;)

But my personal fav is their chicken bun, hehe cuz im totally in love with their spicy tomato sauce!

Hi all=)

My very own charity group - NATASHA SUPPORT will be having her 4th major charity drive this year!=)

As mooncake festival, is around the corner, I would like to invite all of you, in the making of this charity drive!=) as usual, we WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY FORM OF CASH, for this event=) .

Here are the details=)

Venue: Jalan Besar and Maude Road area, where most of the low income families and elderly stay, should they be extra leftover all donations will proceed to :

( we will release the name of the old folk home after evaluation)

We are looking for :

3000 packets of 1 kg rice.

2600 pieces of halal plain mooncakes.

6000 bottles of vitamin C tablets.

12000 cans of assorted can food (preferrably halal).

6000 packets of milo packs.

6000 bottles of glucosamine.

Additional :

Will be a bonus if anybody can help.

- 2500 pcs of brand new blankets/pillows/mattresses.

- 6 vehicles to help with the transportation of the items.

- 2000 packets.of plastic bags.

- a team of medical care peeps to help access the elderly health conditions.
