		 Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent. 
		 Minimum of 2 years' experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies and techniques as a Project Manager. 
	  

REQUIRED FOR BA ROLE 
	  
		 Minimum of 3 years' experience providing business analyst support on Medicaid-related projects to federal and/or state Medicaid agencies. 
		 Minimum of 2 years' experience as an analyst with government policy and systems design experience for assistance programs such as program eligibility, payment systems, data analysis and reporting systems. 
		 Minimum of 2 years' experience as lead analyst implementing business changes through the use of technology solutions. 
		 Minimum of 1 year or experience leading and facilitating meetings to identify requirements, business rules and business flows. 
		 Minimum of 1 year or experience designing, testing and implementing systems that automate business processes that manage individual demographic data, history, data changes and system processing for data interfaces. 
	  

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS 
	  
		 This role will involve work for a government agency and will require work on site in government offices and the use of a government computer network. The government agency conducts a background check on all contractor requests for access credentials to government buildings and networks. The Government agency will not issue access credentials to any individual who has a felony conviction on their record. Because of that restriction, we are unable hire a candidate for the position if they have a felony conviction on their record.

OVERVIEW

		 Create logical/physical/dimensional data models and data dictionaries. Write system requirements, general and detailed design documents 
		 Review specifications, materials, tools, techniques and methodologies. Act as technical liaison with software vendors (e.g. Cognos). 
		 Perform Cognos training for reporting users across agencies.

General Description: 
Create a flexible elementary grade program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth; establish effective rapport with students; motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for upper elementary grade education in accordance with each student's ability; establish good relationships with parents and other staff members. This position is grant funded and continuation is contingent upon continued funding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Teach reading, language arts, social studies, mathematics, and science to students in a classroom utilizing course of study adopted by the Board of Education and other appropriate learning activities.
*Instruct students in citizenship and basic subject matter.
*Develop lesson plans and instructional materials and provide individualized and small group instruction in order to adapt the curriculum to the needs of each student.
*Use a variety of instruction strategies, such as inquiry, group discussion, lecture, discovery, etc.
*Translate lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize the available time for instruction.
*Establish and maintain standards of student behavior needed to achieve a functional learning atmosphere in the classroom.
*Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.
*Communicate with parents through conferences and other means to discuss students' progress and interpret the school program.
*Identify student needs and cooperate with other professional staff members in assessing and helping students solve health, attitude, and learning problems.
*Create an effective environment for learning through functional and attractive displays, bulletin boards, and interest centers.
*Maintain professional competence through in-service education activities provided by professional growth activities.
*Participate cooperatively with the appropriate administrator to develop the method by which the teacher will be evaluated in conformance with guidelines.
*Select and request books and instructional aides; maintain required inventory records.
*Supervise students in out-of-classroom activities during the school day.
*Administer group standardized tests in accordance with state testing program.
*Participate in curriculum development programs as required.
