A Light Dipping Sauce

Fresh rosemary and garlic give a gourmet flavor to this simple-to-make dipping sauce. Use it for fries or potato wedges, or add a dollop atop a good steak or salmon. Experiment and let us know how you used it. See the simple recipe.

Easy Does It.

Never having tried Skyline Chili, or 3-way chili, or Cincinnati-Style chili before I actually made this dish, I was hesitant. But a new, easy main dish was needed. The flavors are perfectly complimentary with nothing overpowering. Thanks to my sister for giving me this recipe! Feel free to share [...]

My Twist on French Toast

I used Creme Brulee flavored Coffee-Mate (instead of milk and sugar) and a sliced french baguette. Add a drizzle of syrup, and top with blueberries. C’est magnifique! Recipe follows.

Low-Carb Inspiration

Taylor is writing a paper on low-carbohydrate diets, and I couldn’t help but be inspired. This recipe is good for one or two people and can be made using variations of meats, cheeses and spices. It cooked in the oven in about 15 minutes and was similar to a crustless quiche. See the recipe.

Boo.

This will always be a favorite fall treat. You just can’t beat the good old oreo dirt recipes. This year, I happened upon Hershey gravestone chocolates and just shaved them at the top to form the gravestones…so easy I’m gonna give you step by step pictures this time.
