John Boehner is ready again to shut down the Government if the GOP does not get it’s way on the national debt. Now here is a fantasy of mine! Imagine if John Boehner was a Democrat and Nancy Pelosi was a Republican! Let’s remember that Nancy Pelosi was Speaker of the House two years before Barrack Obama became president. For two long years we continued to pile up body bags in Iraq and a mounting debt crisis because of George Bush and his vast right wing social engineering experiment in Iraq!

Well if John Boehner had been a Democrat and was in Nancy Pelosi’s shoes in 2006, then the Iraq War would have been over! You have to admire the man’s guts! He is not afraid to use the contitutionally mandated “power of the purse” to pursue his agenda. Nancy Pelosi had the opportunity to end the war before Obama even became president. But she refused to use the “power of the purse”.

Maybe the solution for Democrats is to lock Barrack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid into a “Tanning Salon Chamber” till they come out lobster red!

Instead this “Troika of Impotence” went on and on making apologies for winning the 2008 elections!

“Oh dear we would not want to use the power of the purse to end the war in Iraq in 2006. That would be to dangerous”! Can you hear the pathetic “meow…Meow…MEOW”!

Democrats Lack Testosterone!

I am a Progressive Social Democrat! Let’s be quite frank! Democrats are the biggest pussy cats going! Just look at our President! I have no respect for this wimp. Nancy Pelosi is also a wimp! Really you got to admire John Boehner! I really wish we could convert him to be a liberal Democrat! This guy is willing to bring the whole nation to a stand still while he has a temper tantrum! Why don’t so – called Democrats like Barrack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid have the drive that John Boehner has? Instead of advancing the agenda of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt who wanted a “Second Bill Of Rights” that would make us like Euro-Social Democrats we instead have the “Charge of the Castrati Brigade”… Obama, Pelosi and Reid.

Oh Barrack I want so much to join you so we can make the “hard choices” and compromise ever more with Republicans! After all we middle class Americans need to know our place in this Brave New World where corporations are persons! President Obama, is the 2008 Goldman Sachs PAC winner receiving the largest donations from the nice people at Goldman Sachs!

But wait those mean nasty Republicans never gave our hero of “Change We Can Believe In” a fighting chance!

Yes that is true but Obama is a wimp who does not use the bully pulpit! We had control of both Houses of Congress and a super-majority in the Senate. I would still support Obama even if he did not get one piece of legislation passed. My problem with Obama is that he is a wimp who plays make  believe liberal inside the corporate sandbox. He accepts their limitations and does not want to offend his corporate sponsors! Doubt me? Then answer the question below.

Question: Why didn’t he strong arm corporate Democrats and push for real reforms?

Answer: Barrack Obama is a wimp! Better to vote third party even if it results in a President Romney! You do realize that Democrats can also filibuster? If Obama is re-elected we will have trickle down testosterone deficiency in the Democratic Party!

But then again he is just like Harry Reid and Chuck Schumer! Well I refuse to play “make believe progressive”! Stop defending this wimp!

Barrack Obama knows his place in the new Brave New World where corporations are people! That is why I think every Democrat should follow along with President Obama and Wall Street Chuckie Schumer!

Let’s make believe we had real financial reforms!

Barrack Obama’s reforms have made credit card companies disclose out right their high interest rates without outlawing the practice of usury! Oh yes this is CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN! That is why we need to re-elect Barrack Obama to show that we middle class Americans KNOW OUR PLACE in this Brave New World of corporate personhood!

Economic debt slavery to serve our social betters is what real progressives should rally around! Re-Elect Barrack Obama and let’s show the world we middle class Americans know our place!

“Barrack Obama – making the middle class strong with usury, free trade agreements, and off shoring of both blue and white collar jobs!

Let’s Make Believe We Had A Real Job Stimulus!

Stop making excuses for this wimp! Racism is when you judge by skin color rather than job performance! We NEVER had a real stimulus package and even if Obama where to push for one when we had control of Congress the stimulus would not be effective without some type of tariff!

Obama should have issued a “recall” on the Cut and Run Corporations and investors  that flee America, the nation that gave them birth, protection, incorporation and profits  for our potential enemy –  China!

But instead Obama wants to play “make believe progressive” inside the CORPORATE SANDBOX of his monied corporate contributors! Yeah this is “Change We Can Believe In”!

Let’s Make Believe Obama Is Fighting Against Corporate Personhood

The fact is that before the Supreme Court even made it’s ruling Barrack Obama was practicing “corporate personhood” by allowing the leaders of the Health Care Industry to participate in direct discussions! He was afraid they would mount ads against his bill as they had done with the Clinton Bill!

This is why we have an Occupy Wall Street Movement! These few individuals who run these giant corporations are being given power way beyond their numbers! Instead the “numbers” are the cash they can put out! Who pays for that cash by the way? We do in the form of our insurance premiums and drug costs!

We are being forced to finance the political agenda of the 1% when they use our insurance premiums and drug costs to finance their K-Street operations and super-PACS. Middle class Americans are being forced to submit to “taxation without representation”. Where is the outrage from Obama?

Why isn’t Barrack Obama calling for a Constitutional Amendment to separate corporation and state? Can you hear the pathetic “meow” of Barrack Obama while playing liberal inside the corporate sandbox of his donors?

Republican members of Congress have the right to sit with the President and talk because they represent real people. But if we had a separation of corporation and state with real campaign financing from the treasury then even the Republicans would be more pliable since they would not be as much afraid of the far right wing.

Obama And The Brave New World Of The Corporate Plutocrats

We are seeing the subjugation of the middle class!  Barrack Obama’s testosterone challenged leadership is the reason it is succeeding!

President FDR said that

“Necessitous men are not free men”!

The 1% are building a nation of necessitous citizens where in the value of a dividend check has higher value over the value of a pay check! Add to this the problem of “trickle down identity” that makes those who own some stock believe in the fantasy that they are beyond the middle class when in effect if their jobs ended tomorrow they would fall fast.

We need a president who will use the bully pulpit.

But Barrack Obama is looking the other way as we are being converted into a nation of necessitous citizens!

Sure the kitten meows when pressed but never takes decisive action such as calling for:

1. A constitutional amendment to separate corporation and state.
2. Ending free trade. Only last fall he signed another free trade treaty!
3. Calling for the end of “usury” by credit card companies, mortgages and student loans. Yes on the last he just made some progress. To bad these students will see their white collar jobs off shored or diminished at home.
4. Real health care instead of the phony system he passed.
5. The recall of Wisconsin Governor Walker and going to that state to stand with the unions!
6. Laws to make union membership available to all, both blue and white collar employees!
7. A real job stimulus! Because of Obama people will now believe that Keynesian economics does not work. But we never had a real stimulus.
8. Elimination of not simply the Bush Tax Cuts but the Reagan and Kennedy Tax Cuts as well!

RACISM TEST!

If you believe this is “Change We Can Believe In” then you are going against Dr. Martin Luther King who wanted Black people to be judged as “individuals” and by their individual deeds rather than their skin color! You are putting your head in the sand if you believe Obama fought for “Change We Can Believe In”! Again the issue is not how much legislation he could get passed but that he gave up when we had the majority in Congress rather than arm twist.

Obama Groupies Have To Face Facts

Because Obama treated corporations as people we now have a health care law that forces Americans to buy a corporate product when they should have the option to opt into a real public option plan.

True the issue is not just Obama but many Democrats who are also play “progressive” inside the monied confines of the corporate sandbox of their sponsors!

Obama did not give us a “starter house”. It will never be completed even if we Democrats had 110 Senators in a Senate of 100 because corporate power is to extensive and Obama does not want to use the bully pulpit to call for a constitutional amendment to separate corporation and state.

Occupy Wall Street Stands For Change We Can Believe In

The time has come to stop putting our heads in the sand and support the Occupy Wall Street Movement. Obama has turned his back on “Change We Can Believe In”.

Chris Matthews reported that former President Clinton advised President Barrack Obama to drop the flip flop attack against Mitt Romney and instead to portray Mitt Romney as a hard core conservative. The idea being that Romeny has painted himself into a corner that now will alienate him with the center and with woman.

While President Obama may indeed use that strategy I believe the reasons for doing so involve much more. This is not just a strategy to appeal to the center.

Which Party Has A Base That Is Fired Up?

I believe the Republican base is more fired up! I believe that fire is not really “for” Romney as much as it is “against” Barrack Obama! The Democratic Party base is having some real problems with Obama! I have family and friends that just don’t understand that Progressives, like myself, view Barrack Obama as a sell out.

I would never sit out an election but could vote for the Green Party or even Buddy Roemer who is now running a third party candidacy! Many Progressives feel the same way I do.

Now follow Obama’s logic with three groups!

1. The hard core conservative base of the Republican Party.
2. Independents and moderates.
3. The hard core left base of the Democratic Party

Mitt Romney is indeed a flip floper! But Obama does not want to pursue that label against Romney. Instead he will, according to Chris Matthews, label Mitt Romney a hard core conservative.

Obama knows that the first group listed above, the GOP base, has such a hate for Obama that it is pointless to use the flip flop strategy. The flip flop strategy would work with the second group, centrists and moderates.

Labeling Mitt Romney a right winger would also work to win over the centrists. So either strategy would work with group #2.

The Real Issue Is Obama’s Base!

Remember voters like myself, who are progressive social democrats, have a conflict with Obama! We could either sit out this election or vote for a third party candidate! Doing either could throw the election to Mitt Romney!

If Obama labels Mitt Romney a “flip floper” then every progressive who is entertaining the idea of either sitting out the election or voting third party would feel more comfortable doing so because Mitt Romney’s election would not be so negative after all!

The motivation for Progressives, like myself, to vote third party or sit out the election are three fold!

1. To purge the Democratic Party of corporate shrills like Obama who “play” make believe liberal  inside the monied confines of the “corporate sandbox” of his Goldman Sachs donors!
2. Absolute disgust at how much of a damned wimp Obama has turned out to be in pursuing the progressive agenda!
3. Fear that an Obama win could herald the collapse of the New Deal as Obama leads the Democratic Party down the path of a “Grand Compromise” that would roll back Social Security, Medicare and the fight to close the income gap! Where is Obama in pursuing a Constitutional Amendment to separate corporation and state? Obama is a wimp who sat down with the insurance industry corporations as if they represented millions of Americans when in fact they represented millions of dollars that they collect from average citizens to advance their political agenda!

Obama is just now reaching out to college students to prevent their student loan interest rates from rising! Fine how about stopping the loss of high tech jobs from being shipped overseas?

This wimp just signed another free trade treaty last fall! It is not just blue collar union jobs that are being lost but white collar high tech jobs that are also being lost!

I do not want a President Romney! But not at the expense of having Obama re-elected so he can pine about “sacrifice” and “compromise” where by the legacy of Franklin Delano Roosevelt is not only not advanced but rolled back!

This is not “Change We Can Believe In”! Without Obama as President at least Democrats would not be masochistically destroying our own legacy!

YOU DO REALIZE THAT 40 DEMOCRATIC SENATORS COULD FILIBUSTER ROMNEY IF HE TRIED TO DESTROY THE LEGACY OF FDR?

But of course I forgot something!

We are talking about Democrats! Oh we would not want to stand up and act like we had some testosterone now would we? However with Obama at the helm we would have the charge of the castrati brigade to compromise with the Republicans and send this nation back to Pre-FDR times! You know “hope and change we can believe in”!

If Obama is President then corporations will not only have a president in office but a “Democratic Party” President in office to do their bidding! I would rather vote for the Green Party candidate or Buddy Roemer then to have Barrack Obama give away my social security and medicare!

If we have Barrack Obama then the issue will continue to be the National Debt instead of the growing Income Gap!

The answer is simple:

1. Build a strong protective tariff to protect both American blue collar AND white collar jobs!
2. Define foreign investments by Americans as a NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE. Place strong restrictions on foreign investments unless it serves the interest of the people of the United States rather than the CUT AND RUN CAPITALISTS!
3. Repeal both the Bush and Reagan Tax Cuts. If needed also repeal the Kennedy Tax Cuts!
4. Pass a Constitutional Amendment to separate corporation and state!

Barrack Obama is too beholden to his friends at Goldman Sachs to do any of the above. If Romney were to win by progressives voting for a third party candidate then at least our party would be purged of corporate shrills!

I believe it is worth it!

As a progressive I am afraid the 2012 election is going to be about “damage control” rather than advancing the progressive agenda. By now, if you were to believe my conservative co-workers, Barrack Obama should have turned this nation hard left! I should be toasting our new and ever glorious euro-socialist motherland! President Franklin Delano Roosevelt‘s dream of a “second bill of rights” would have already been enacted by our glorious President Barrack Obama!

After all we won the 2008 election in a landslide, with both houses of Congress in our pocket! We even had a super-majority in the Senate!

But we forgot the bad news!

We elected a wimp for a president who did not have the guts to strong arm Joe Lieberman and his corpocrat democrats! In our enthusiasm and zeal we forgot that the Goldman Sachs PAC awarded Barrack Obama as #1 actor to play make believe liberal inside the confines of the “corporate sandbox”!

There are no real Democrats except for Senator Bernie Sanders and he isn’t really a registered Democrat! Thus our nation has to endure more conservative rant about a so called “left wing news media” when it should be termed the “corporate news media”. The corporate news media undermined Howard Dean and gave us John Kerry. The corporate news media never mention the legacy of FDR. Americans don’t even know about President Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s push for a “Second Bill of Right”!

Brave New GOP World: Experiencing The Joy Of Serving Our Social Betters

But the Republicans and their fellow travelers in the corporate Democratic Party have another name for a nation of necessitous citizens! They call it a ‘business friendly environment”.

This is the America they strive to achieve! Barrack Obama is their enabler when he should be the advocate of FDR’s second bill of rights! Barrack Obama is not responsible for the Supreme Court’s ruling on Citizens’ United giving corporate personhood. But Barrack Obama is responsible for not launching a drive to amend the Constitution to separate corporation and state! STOP MAKING EXCUSES FOR THIS WIMP!

But really would you expect the winner of the Goldman Sachs PAC to call for a separation of corporation and state?

So Who Will Bring Out Their Base?

As I mentioned this election is not about moving forward but just preserving what FDR gave us! We have a wimp as the leader of the Democratic Party! That is why I will not vote for him. I will vote for Buddy Roemer or please God let him run, Senator Bernie Sanders!

While Romney will have problems pulling out the GOP base Obama will have even more of a problem bringing progressives to his side.

Ed Schultz just loves to live in fantasy land! Hey Ed here are some slogans you can run for Obama!

• Vote for Obama so we can play make believe financial reform! I just love financial reform that protects usury!
• Vote for Obama and preserve “to big to fail”!
• Vote for Obama and let’s ship even more jobs overseas and have more “free trade deals”.
• Vote for Obama so we can compromise with the GOP and eliminate social security, Medicare and what few workers still have pensions in America!
• Vote for Obama so we can have more compromises on our civil liberties!
• Vote for Obama and let’s make believe we had a stimulus package while we gave more money to AIG than infrastructure repair!

The bottom line is this my fellow Progressives. Neither Obama or Romney is a Progressive. But if Obama is President than Democrats will continue to suffer from Obama Trickle Down Testosterone Deficiency Syndrome! When Obama wants to cave in they will follow. But if Romney is President then at least Congressional Democrats will not be lead into compromising the legacy of FDR!

You do realize that if Democrats can control either House or at least 41 Senators then a President Romney’s agenda cannot pass.

There is a problem though. I am assuming that Democrats can be fighters just like the Republicans. Republicans know how to take a loss of the Presidency and both Houses of Congress yet still block the Democratic Party agenda! If the situation were reversed could Democrats do the same thing?

While I am a Progressive Social Democrat who may not vote for Barrack Obama I cannot believe he would actually utilize the “wag the dog” scenario! However I believe circumstances are going to make that scenario very probable this fall! Please bear with me as I lay out this scenario which which I believe is above partisan politics!

I don’t like the way our national agenda is so closely linked with Israel. I am not against Israel. But I have to wonder why all this attention to the chaos in Syria when just a short time ago a genocide was taking place in Darfur! Below Senator John McCain calls for American involvement in Syria.

I would not be against helping the rebels in Syria but again why the collective amnesia when there was a genicide taking place in Darfur? Dear reader remember the business slogan … “location…location…location”! If you do not suffer from Sarah Palin Syndrome but understand world geography, then you realize that Darfur does not share a border with Israel but Syria does.

Now what was that slogan? Oh yes! “Never forget!” I guess genocides in Darfur do not count!

An Israeli Strike This Autumn Against Iran?

Unless events change rapidly I believe Israel will strike against Iran this fall and I have to confess I do not blame them. Economic sanctions do not work. Just look at North Korea!

The difference between North Korea and Iran is that China is most likely protecting North Korea behind the scenes! It would have been more logical for Bush to attack North Korea than Iraq except for then we would anger China.

While an Israel strike “could” have enormous consequences for the price of oil, the growing tensions will also jack up prices.  The video below discusses that issue.

Most analysts believe that Israel could start the operation but not finish it completely! The outcome would either result in:

1. An incomplete destruction that would set Iran back but not end her program.
2. Iran then attacking American interests in the Gulf which would then bring about American armed forces finishing the job Israel started.

Thanks to the Bush Doctrine an imminent strike by Israel could be the justification of an American preemptive strike against Iranian military assets that pose a threat to our Gulf interests. This American preemptive strike would be strengthened by Iranian posturing that has already taken place and future Iranian statements and military movements!

Function Vs. Purpose: How Obama Can Wag The Dog

Many have stated they believe Israel will strike right before our elections. These analysts state such a strike by Israel would embarrass Obama into action! I don’t believe that is the full story as to why Israel will act.

There is actually a strong reward for Obama to back the Israeli strike.

Obama fears losing the support of his base. But if Israel takes the heat then Obama is free of blame but can still play the game for gain!  Since the nation will be in a quasi state of war just before the election the president’s poll numbers will rise! After all he supports the action but only wanted to delay it! Republicans will be playing the “drill baby drill” slogan and blaming Obama for higher gas prices. Obama could unleash the reserves which would fix prices till the elections. But the rising crisis may drive prices even higher. Israel will take the heat off Obama, by attacking Iran and let him enjoy higher ratings as a war time president. 

Again Obama is not doing this “on purpose”  but a “function” of his invoking the Bush Doctrine and finishing what Israel started will be a “wag the dog scenario”! 

Israel has to do this because she cannot allow Iran to have nukes – period! We cannot allow Iran to have nukes else the Gulf states will take their money and use it to develop nuclear weapons!

Function vs. purpose.

If a married couple takes out life insurance and the husband is killed six months latter the wife gets the money. That is a “function” of the act. The fact that the wife benefits does NOT prove there was a criminal “purpose” to the wife buying life insurance.

What we have in late 2012 is the overlapping of two circles in a Venn Diagram! Israel’s needs and Obama’s re-election. That Obama will benefit in no way PROVES that he set it up this way! Israel knows this and must realize that America is to indecisive to act. By acting now Israel can sooth the American government as the “function” of an Israeli attack would be to wag the dog for Obama’s gain! 

But the fact is that Israel knows there is this conjunction of circles on the Venn Diagram of life. Israel must act. I agree completely!  Israel realizes that this “function” of the timing of her attack on Iran will reduce American objections.

Perhaps if we had not been sidetracked by Iraq then Saddam Hussein would still be there to fight the Iranians and be a buffer as he was before! Israel MUST ACT! As a Liberal who believes in ethical relativism I actually believe we should have stopped the old Soviet Union from acquiring nuclear weapons by preemptive strikes! We live in a world where throwing kisses does not work. This liberal actually believes in the Bush Doctrine! You read correctly! My only problem is the wrongful application of the Bush Doctrine in Iraq!

Now that the Republicans appear to have a candidate I am all fired up to go out and campaign for Obama! –  (Oh sure).  I just cannot wait till Obama gets re-elected and we have four more years of compromising and undermining of every progressive value I hold dear! • Social Security
• Universal health care,
• The Bush Tax Cuts

• Off shoring of jobs,

Ok maybe I should give Obama “some” more credit but I think I will be voting for Buddy Roemer!

I have been a political blogger now for several years. I have noticed that Obama seems to create a “Trickle Down Testosterone Deficiency” among my fellow Democrats and especially among progressives! I enjoy placing political satire videos in my site but have noticed a massive reduction in Obama support among their authors!

Speaking for myself I find I cannot support this wimp any longer! Sure occasionally some Republican will say something and I will appear to rise to Obama’s defense. But I want to make it plain to my readers I have no respect for Obama since he has no drive for progressive values nor even to defend himself!

Ed Schultz: Obama Groupie Who Cannot Break Free

I really do love Ed Schultz but I find it so sad to watch him! Ed Schultz is acting like a high school girl waiting for her boyfriend to pick her up for their date! But the boy friend has jilted her and the poor girl just cannot believe it!

Oh please Ed stop this constant making excuses for Obama! We never had a real stimulus package and Obama was treating the health insurance companies as “corporate persons” at his conferences before the Supreme Court even ruled on their “personhood”! Where is the call for a constitutional amendment to separate corporation and state from Obama? Do you really believe Barrack Obama, the 2008 winner of the Goldman Sachs PAC, would call for such an amendment?

The issue is NOT that Obama could not get the progressive agenda passed! The issue is that he did not even try! Obama allowed the national focus to change to the deficit!

Republicans say:

• Obama is a communist!
• Obama is a nazi!
• Obama is a Muslim!
• Obama is a Rev. Wright terrorist!
• Obama is a secular humanist!
• Since Obama loves gays by removing “Don’t ask –  don’t tell” he must want to impose not just Sharia law on America but “gay sharia law”!
• Obama hates white people that is why he wants to emulate Europeans with their Social Democratic Values! As we all know there are no whites in Europe!

I say the Republicans are all wrong concerning Obama! These things are contradictions but then again the realization that these accusations are contradictory require the brain of an amoeba and we are talking instead about people who watch FOXNEWS!

No Obama is none of the above things they accuse him of being! Obama is just a plain wimp! He plays “Progressive” inside the monied confines of the “corporate sandbox”! That is why Obama won the 2008 Goldman Sachs PAC highest contributions! 

I want Bernie Sanders to run for President! But in his absence I am voting for Gov. Buddy Roemer for President! I am glad he is running a third party candidacy!

I don’t care if Romney does win! You do realize that if Democrats get some testosterone we can also filibuster? Now I really am scared because Democrats just do not have any guts!

For the past few weeks we have heard the chorus of endless right wing apologists saying that the murder of Travon Martin was a mere regrettable accident. His “stalker”, George Zimmerman was an individual who was defending himself at least in his own mind. In the midst of this debate is the Florida law that gives a potential “victim” the right to:

1. Stand their ground and not retreat even if such retreat is possible. Most states demand that you first take advantage of a retreat strategy if that is possible before using deadly force.
2. Use deadly force if they believe they are being attacked or about to be attacked.

It alleged that Travon Martin attacked Zimmerman! Well here is a thought!

Picture a light weight teen age boy carrying skiddles  and a soft drink who then realizes a huge man is following him. The boy (if he were white) would be “allowed” to fear that this was either a mugger or a sexual predator! We have cell phone evidence that Travon Martin actually believed he was going to be attacked by what he perceived as a male pursuer!

Why isn’t the right wing news media asking questions concerning the following facts”

1. Doesn’t Tavon Martin have the same rights under Florida’s law to STAND HIS GROUND and ATTACK?
2. Travon Martin was being pursued and Zimmerman had no right to pursue only to report!
3. Zimmerman did not identify his motive to Travon Martin. Apparently if you are white (by the way I am white) you have the “right” to fear black males and males with hoodies even if they are not following you! But a frail young black boy does not have the same right even when he is followed by a stocky older white male!
4. If Zimmerman was going to his car after it was established that he was pursuing Travon Maritn, then Travon Martin had the right to believe his unknown pursuer may have been going for a gun!

The Bush Doctrine And Travon Martin

Under such conditions I believe Travon Martin had the right to believe he was still under attack and do launch a “pre-emptive strike” while his pursuer did not yet posses an ultimate weapon!  Why isn’t ok for Trevon Martin to use a Bush Doctrine Strategy? Especially since this occurred in Florida?

Who “Owns” The  Right To Fear?

We don’t know if Travon Martin attacked Zimmerman but it was already established that Zimmerman was following young Travon! Furthermore Travon knew he was being followed and was scared beyond belief. The teen boy even told a girl this on his cell phone!

What teenage male would say such a thing to a girl unless he was really in deep fear?

If it is latter shown that Treveon Martin did attack Zimmerman I believe such an attack was justified!

• Doesn’t Travon Martin have the right to fear for his life and under Florida law not retreat but stand firm?
• Doesn’t the young, small framed Travon Martin have the right to fear that a psychotic or even sexual predator is after him after it has been established that George Zimmerman was following him? Or is the “RIGHT TO FEAR” only reserved to whites when they simply merely see a black person?
• Does  just the presence of a young male, black or white, in a hoodie give a white adult the “RIGHT TO FEAR” while a young black boy who has a stocky older white male pursueing him does not have such a right? Much less the right to defend himself?

Maybe Travon Martin should have been a member of the NRA and had a gun along with his skittles and then he would be alive today!

Senator John McCain continues to preach for a continuation of the vast costly right wing social engineering experiment in Afghanistan. Today on “Meet The Press” he outlined Republican talking points concerning the war and American foreign policy!

Senator McCain just does not get it!

Maybe he had a consultation before going on the air with that foreign policy genius Sarah Palin!

Let me list McCain’s points then I will discus each of them.

1. “We can win the war”!
2. “We can stay forever just like we are in Europe and North Korea!
3. “We should get involved in Syria but Obama is not providing leadership to stop a humanitarian crisis!
4. “The deficit is out of control”!

Time For A Reality Break!

Let’s Discuss Each Of Senator McCain’s Points

1. “We Can Win The War!”

Senator where have you been we have won the war! Opium production is through the ceiling! We have burned Korans when we should have been burning opium! The British want to destroy the opium but according to British sources we do not want to do this! Meanwhile our religious zealot allies in Afghanistan seem to have no problem with raising opium and killing heretics! Oh yes let’s send Americans to die for them!

Osama Bin Ladin is dead as is most of the senior leadership of Al Qaeda! So why should we stay? We can bomb any Al Qaeda base camps after we leave if they should build them!

We win world wars in the space of 3 – 4 years. We have been in Afghanistan for over a decade! What can we possibly do that we haven’t done already?

2. “We Can Stay Forever Just Like We Are In Germany”!

The difference is that Poland and France are not controlled by Nazis. The Nazi resistance in Germany had no external safe havens. Thus it died. In Afghanistan the Taliban do! Germany also had a more democratic history prior to the Nazis. Afghanistan has no democratic history! Furthermore we never had enough troops in Afghanistan to begin with. Bush even side tracked us to Iraq for years. Time to move on.

3. “We should get involved in Syria for humanitarian reasons but Obama will not provide the leadership!”

Well I would have no problem dropping arms to the Syrian rebels but if John McCain is so worried about people dying I wonder if he ever heard of “DARFUR”! Well now let’s see why is “Syria” so important while “Darfur” is not? Could it be that “Darfur” has no border with “Israel”? Please correct me if I am wrong but why hasn’t Israel screamed the loudest at the genocide in Darfur?

4. “The Deficit is out of control!”

What is even more amazing about John McCain’s logic is he talks about the rising national debt! Great continue the war in Afghanistan and the Bush Tax Cuts! Care for some opium?

Meanwhile Back At Home Time For Hope And Change!

Well at least we have Barrack Obama as president! While our nation is threatened by the subjugation of the individual to the CORPORATE COLLECTIVE we can all sleep peacefully at night with the 2008 Goldman Sachs PAC winner at our helm!

No need to worry that our democracy is going to be undermined by corporations after the citizen’s united ruling! No we live in the era of “Change we can believe in!”

Just look at  the way our decisive president used the bully pulpit to call for a constitutional amendment to separate corporation and state can make us progressives feel a sense of pride! If you believe that then you dear reader have been smoking with McCain some Afghan opium!

Sure I am glad that navy seals took out Osama bin Laden. Now can we have a predator drone go up Senator Joe Lieberman’s ass? Can we get Democrats to once again act like Democrats and demand we take our troops out of harms way? Maybe I need some Afghan opium!

I am very disappointed that Senator Bernie Sanders has not decided to run against Barrack Obama in the Democratic Primary or better still as a third party candidate. Yes Obama is starting to act and talk like the man I voted for in 2008 but I don’t believe it for a moment.

As a Progressive I really fear the re-election of Barrack Obama! He seems to have this aversion to the goals of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt! FDR wanted to have a second bill of rights that guaranteed:

1. Freedom from unemployment
2. Freedom from the fear of health care costs.
3. Freedom from living one’s old age in poverty!
4. Freedom from tuition prohibitions in gaining a college degree!

Barrack Obama And The Democrats Face A Values Crisis

It is bad enough that the rational element of the GOP has all but been destroyed! But Democrats seem to now want to “play” make believe Progressive inside the moneyed confines of the corporate sandbox! Just look at the phony financial reforms that leave our nation vulnerable to yet another crash while corporations are now declared “persons”!

In this era of “licentious permissiveness”, to use a rhetorical phase of the conservatives, these corporate persons have no responsibility to the nation that gave them birth, protection and profits! They weasel their profits to off shore hideouts while the middle class pays their taxes! Conservatives have a term for this! They call it “FREEDOM”!

Yes in this brave new world we are to “enjoy” the freedom to serve our social betters! While the corporate news media never mention FDR’s Second Bill Of Rights! and our so called Progressive president seeks re-election in order to have a “grand compromise” that will undermine social security and Medicare instead of expanding it!

But isn’t Obama now starting to speak up?

Sure but you know we are nearing the end of his first term and he is only now discovering that as president he has a bully pulpit! Nice speach he just gave about bringing American jobs back home but why did he sign yet another free trade deal only months before?

The issue we face today in our nation is this:

What do we value more, the income from a paycheck or the income from a dividend check frequently acquired from the work of the ancestors of the 1%?

True not all the income of the top 1% is from their ancestors.

But their paychecks just keep giving and giving and giving and giving! While they ship both blue and white collar jobs overseas! Being far above the norm their income can be diverted into stocks while the rest of us see our income diverted into repayment of college loans, credit cards and mortgages!

Yes this is the “FREEDOM” they want for America!

The “freedom” to see our prices for goods and services charged by corporations used against us! Corporations can now directly tap their own treasury to advance their favorite causes! We pay for their political advocacy! This is “taxation without representation”!

Meanwhile their sugar coated tongues talk about the “freedom” of the individual vs. the collective!

As FDR said:

1. A person without a job is not free!
2. An elderly person with out financial security is not free!
3. A person who has medical costs that are not covered is not free!
4. A college student who is burdened with heavy tuition while their white collar job is being off shored is not free!

Yet this is the “FREEDOM” that both the Republicans and corporatist Democrats wish to impose on America!

What About Barrack Obama In 2012?

Barrack Obama is like a moth flying straight into a flame! He has this obsession with a “grand compromise” that will weaken social security and Medicare.

Both Obama and Buddy Roemer talk about so –  called “tort reform”! This is the last thing we need. Trial lawyers are the last line of defense for the “individual”  average Joe in a world of corporate collectivism!

Tort Reform: Just Say “NO”!

We live in an era of licentious permissiveness where laws protecting the individual in our work environment, product purchases and medical consumption of services are being weakened in the service of corporate profits! A trial lawyer who sues in our behalf is a free market answer to defective products, malpractice, environmental pollution, dangerous work environments and discriminative corporations!

Yet even this is to be denied us! Worse yet is that Barrack Obama is willing to give the Republicans tort reform and Buddy Roemer already says he is for it!

How Progressives Need To Face 2012

No Progressive wants to stand up to Barrack Obama! Ralph Nader did not even go through with his testosterone deficient challenge to Obama. Ralph Nader was supposed to recruit half a dozen college professors and college presidents to run against Obama in the primaries so we could have a discussion of the issues!

Ralph Nader even said he wanted several candidates so that Obama would still win. The purpose of this exercise was to pull Obama leftward. Ralph Nader even stated he did not really want to unseat Obama only to reform him!

Ralph Nader seems to have contacted “Obama testosterone deficiency”! This makes liberals the laughing stock of the nation! Imagine a committee of egg heads to simply “debate” Obama without the real goal of winning! Is it any wonder that the word “liberal” has the taint of being wimpy?

This leaves Progressives out in the cold. As a blogger I really do NOT want to get caught up in the election process defending Barrack Obama! Sure I think the Republicans are nuts! But when Obama just stood by as the Tea Party changed the nature of the debates in America I realized that Obama is a wimp! If it were not for the Occupy Wall Street Movement then Obama would have given even more away! Just look at how weak his financial reforms were. But then what would you expect from the Goldman Sachs 2008 PAC winner?

My solution is to not focus on supporting Barrack Obama. His friends at Goldman Sachs can take care of that! Instead this blog will become an instrument to wage psychological warfare by exploring the rhetoric of the right and how you can turn it back at them in your face to face dealings with conservative friends.

Progressives must channel their energy into issue oriented groups instead of working for Barrack Obama! I will be listing “how to” guides in turning conservative rhetoric around to use against right wingers!

If I do vote for Obama I will still not volunteer for his campaign.

Yesterday I watched on the news a heavy set elderly woman “demand” that Romney promise her unequivocally that he would end “Obamacare”! Romney replied “absolutely”!

This wacko Romney supporter is probably a member of the Tea Party and works at Walmart for minimum wage!

Hey but she wants to “show dem damn socialists we aren’t going to take it anymore”!

To achieve freedom from the corporate collectivists goes against her “self identity” as a corporate slave! She is nuts! Let’s see how loyal our social betters would be to her and her elk when they go into old age in poverty. Especially when their mate dies!

Freedom To Serve The Corporate Collective

These idiots in the Tea Party seem to get some kind of vicarious sense of power by destroying their own self interest because they suffer from “Trickle Down Identity”! We have progressed down the trail of idiots. We not only have tricle down economics but as I mentioned in a prior article a new soical meme! That of “trickle down identity”.

This fat elderly woman is a great case in point. She seems to derive her identity from serving the corporate collectivists and their fellow travelers in the Republican Party! The “act of destroying her self interest” is at least an “act” which is what attracts these members of the legion of the helpless!

Just think of what four more years of testosterone free leadership by Barrack Obama can do to those of us who really believe in “Change We Can Believe In”! My point is that Obama is partially responsible for this woman’s idiocy! Americans love ACTION FIGURES and Barrack Obama is a wimp!

Obama should have:

1. Commanded the air waves calling for a constitutional amendment to separate corporation and state. But the Goldman Sachs 2008 PAC winner would not do that.
2. Pushed for single payer health care.
3. Argued for repeal not only of the Bush Tax Cuts but the Reagan and Kennedy ones as well!

I have no respect for anyone who could let our party go from a super majority in the Senate and control of the House to the position we are today where the issue is “how can we best lower the deficit”! That is not why I voted for Barrack Obama!

But let’s get back to this old lady who hates Obama Care.

Maybe we should allow corporations to refuse fat old ladies like her medical coverage on the ground that she is fat and we have to pay for her future diabetes! Maybe we should oblige her and take away her socialist social security! The sight of her is pathetic! To try to pander to the likes of Mitt Romney against her own self interest makes you wonder just how bad this nation has become!

This elderly lady is a perfect example of the future of America! When “Change We Can Believe In’ can only be practiced inside the monied confines of the “CORPORATE SANDBOX”!

When that happens people loose faith but they still want to see “ACTION”! Thus any action, even against their self interest is better than the testosterone free political style of our current President Barrack “Goldman Sachs” Obama!

While the actions of that old lady were pathetic I blame Barrack Obama for the continuation of the “meme of trickle down identity” that is infecting our society today!

People want ACTION not a college professor who lacks the testosterone for a dirty fight against the Tea Party crowd! Just think of what four more years of testosterone free leadership can do for the promulgation of the progressive agenda! Thank God for the patriots in the “Occupy Wall Street Movement”! 

People will chose to destroy the work of FDR just because doing so involves “ACTION” rather than the “celebration of the testosterone free lifestyle” that  Barrack Obama role models every day!
